The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

The activity aims to provide quality management assistance of financial governance on UD “DUA PUTRA” rice mill business in Kutorenon Sukodono, so that the company is able to improve the human resources ability in managing its business management; strengthen the human resources ability in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; improve the ability to separate between business and household finances; find easy capital access. The method used in this community service activity has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews in order to find offered problems and solutions, business management assistance, financial management and UKM operational funding assistance. The weakness of partner mainly lies in the limited human resources ability in manage their business, the unavalaibility of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly, unseparated business and household finances and limited capital access. Targets to be achieved, include: increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and obtaining easy capital access.

Community service is one of the duties that must be carried out by every lecturer in Higher Education as one aspect of Tri Dharma University. This community service was titled "The Production of F0 Oyster Mushroom Seeds (Pleurotus ostreatus), The Post-Harvest Handling, and The Utilization of Baglog Waste into Compost" which involved two partners. Partner 1 was in Pegajahan Village, Pegajahan Sub-District who experienced problems with the availability of high-quality F0 and F1 seeds and low production in terms of quality and quantity. Partner 2 was in Blok H Village Dolok Masihul Sub-District, Serdang Bedagai Regency who had a lack of knowledge about post-harvest handling and composting from oyster mushroom baglog waste. Solutions offered for both partners were: (1) transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions; (2) training; and (3) mentoring about the cultivation of F0 and F1 oyster mushrooms. Goals and targets of this activity were: (1) the communities or the farmer groups were able to produce and cultivate F0 and F1 oyster mushrooms, so they did not need to buy F0 and F1 seeds from other regions and can fulfill the market demand; and (2) Partner 2 was able to make compost from oyster mushroom baglog waste and various processed food from oyster mushroom to increase their income. The results of this activity have provided benefits to Partner 1 regarding their ability to produce F0 and F1 seeds, ability to process post-harvest oyster mushrooms into several types of food to increase its selling value, and ability to make compost from baglog waste which can be used for plants to overcome environmental pollution and to increase Partner 2’s income.

The economic burden that is so heavy is felt by most housewives as financial managers. Therefore, mothers must be able to manage their finances properly and also empower themselves by increasing income through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.Applying the right way of financial management, the housewife is expected to get the maximum benefits from the money she has at this time so that it can ultimately be beneficial for improving the welfare of life while increasing family income through MSMEs.Majelis Taklim/ MT Namirah is a member of the Majelis Taklim who live in Makassar City, South Sulawesi as the partner of this activity. Alternative problem solving is done by conducting public lectures for MT Ibu-ibu Namirah by the post graduate lecturer at the Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen Stiami, according to their competence, namely Family Development in household, Women's Participation in politics, and Management of Household Finances and Women's Empowerment in MSMEs. Some factors that support the implementation of community service activities by conducting public lectures are the amount of interest and enthusiasm of the mothers as participants in the activities so that the activities take place smoothly and in an orderly manner. While the limiting factor is the limited time for public lectures.This activity can increase the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah ladies about financial management and types of businesses, knowing tips for dealing with obstacles in managing household finances and MT women’s businesses. Namirah, and get the knowledge and understanding of MT Namirah about the need for halal financial sources in financial management.

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. Household financial problems occur due to expenditure exceeds income. Ideally, financial planning is based on the amount of expenditure divided into 40% for consumption or living cost, 30% for credit, 20% for savings or investment and 10% for another unexpected cost. The most important things that need to be done in managing household finances is the existence of savings or investment. However, the people of Kiarasari Village, Sukajaya Sub-District, Bogor District still face several obstacles such as minimum road access and lack of banking retail. Arisan in Kiarasari Village was expected to be an alternative to providing non-formal financial services. Arisan has a function for saving and lending money in a traditional way. This community service aimed at counseling and educating household financial planning and Arisan management. Based on the results of the activity, the target community was committed to applying the counseling material in real life. This activity had an impact on the community to be able to manage household finances in a disciplined manner

Coffee is one drink that is very popular with people in the world. Coffee produced and consumed by the Rembang public is called Kopi Lelet. Lelet coffee is typical Rembang coffee. Lelet coffee is identical to the activity of nglelet with the media of cigarettes and the ink uses lethekan (pulp) lelet coffee. SMEs that produce lelet coffee is Cap Cangkir and Cap Leo Lelet coffee. However, both SMEs have obstacles in developing their business, namely: 1) Limited insight and knowledge about management and entrepreneurship owned by Kopi Lelet SMEs; 2) The production process is still manual, not using a machine so the production results are still limited; 3) Marketing areas are still limited in Rembang Regency and conventional with still simple packaging; 4) Financial management is not good, income is still used for daily needs; and 5) Limited capital owned by partner coffee lelet SMEs, especially for the procurement of production equipment. To overcome these problems, the team undertook the following activities: 1) Conducting entrepreneurship training and business management; 2) Facilitating the procurement of coffee grinding machines and packaging presses; 3) Facilitating the procurement of product packaging with attractive designs; and 4) Business assistance for Kopi Lelet SMEs partner especially recording business transactions. The results of these community service activities are:  1) Lelet coffee partners SMEs can implement good business management; 2) Availability of coffee grinders and packaging presses; 3) Availability of attractive product packaging; and 4) Lelet coffee partner SMEs already has a simple bookkeeping.

This community service aims to improve the understanding and skills of travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda in using integrated information system applications with macro in excel. The problems faced by travel entrepreneurs are bookkeeping and financial management which are still conventional so that the majority of them cannot know for sure their financial position and assets. This community service is carried out with training that begins with a process of observation and discussion with travel entrepreneurs in Samarinda. Furthermore, the entrepreneurs were given material about the urgency of an information system based on Macro in Excel for business management. The results of the service activities reveal that travel entrepreneurs can practically use the macro in excel well, but still need to be careful in the data input process. Programs that have been created can be developed because the facilities available in macro is very customizable.

The Stimulus Community Partnership Program (SCPP) activities aims to support oyster mushroom farmers in Jember by improving skills and knowledge for diversifying oyster mushroom processing, building networks and markets, stimulating capital, and improving business managerial which are the main problems of partners in developing their businesses and economies. The SCPP activity method uses capacity building with a community driven development approach which is based on activities that are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor in the context of added value products and oyster mushroom business management including marketing to increase income and partner economy. The results of SCPP are in the form of improving partners' skills in processing oyster mushrooms into 5 prospective products that are needed by the market. In addition, increasing skills in business management starting from planning, organizing partne r members, evaluating product quality, simple bookkeeping, opening online/offline market access as well as strengthening capital in the procurement of production infrastructure are the next outputs of the service activities carried out. This program has been able to solve partner problems in improving the skills of diversifying oyster mushroom processing into processed products that have high prospects in the market. Improved business management and access to new markets, especially online, as well as injections of capital into fresh energy for partners and members to develop their businesses and economies.

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) was a “Soba Padu” UKM. The objectives to be achieved in this service activity are (1) providing management / financial management assistance in making simple bookkeeping to partners and (2) providing promotional media and marketing / selling products in the form of a website as well as conducting training on the use of online sales websites to UKM partners "Soba Padu" in Bongomeme Village, Gorontalo District. Specific targets to be achieved are: (1) Availability of online sales website for UKM partners “Soba Padu” (2) There is simple bookkeeping produced by UKM  partners “Soba Padu”. To achieve these specific goals and targets the method used is through training and mentoring to UKM partners “Soba Padu” with lecture and demonstration techniques and practice. The end results of this Community Service activity are (1) the promotion of products produced by UKM through online sales websites, (2) increased sales of products from UKM "Soba Padu" and (3) creation of regular financial management in accordance with the principles correct financial management.

Community Forest Program with nutmeg commodities, since the year 2010 followed by about 80% of farmers of Tanjung Jati Village, East Kotaagung District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. Now nutmeg plants have begun to bear fruit, but the processing of the fruits is limited to drying of mace, seeds, and flesh, while the price of nutmeg flesh is still very low (wet Rp.2.000/kg or dry Rp.7.000/kg). This Community Service aims to provide short-term solutions to build a nutmeg processing business into candied, syrup, candy, dodol, wajik, wingko nutmeg flavour products, to increase the added value of the product. The object is Berkah Jaya Farmer Group and Khanggom Dipati Women Farmer Group from Banjar Sari Hamlet, Tanjung Jati Village. The Community Partnership Program is implemented with the following stages: nutmeg post-harvest handling, increased value added of processed nutmeg, business management training, business financial administration training, packaging design training and product promotion, product marketing assistance, consultation and guidance without limit. The running business is the production and sale of candied nutmegs with BEP 1.8 while other processed businesses have not yet received an adequate market.
