Human resource development in the home industry sector is mostly done by human resources with limited resources but have the will to be able to produce and have an impact on family and community economic resources. Mothers who are pioneers of productive economy in this pioneering are generally still weak in their capacity and capability in developing business, both in terms of business management in general, financial management, production management, marketing management, to human resource management itself in order to explore the deepest potential possessed. Science and technology for the Community (IbM) is intended to provide reinforcement for the management of business management Aisyiyah Twig Source Sekar and Jetak Ngasri Dau District of Malang. Aisyiah as social organizations have considerable social activities, for example in the fields of education, social, and community. Of course, to carry out these activities require considerable funds. The funds obtained from dues spontaneity or the officers and members of the donors and sympathizers. How to fund the acquisition of its existence is not one hundred percent reliable. Therefore, the board Aisyiah should start thinking about alternative sources of other funds, namely by establishing profit-oriented business units. Board Aisyiyah already have a business stub meatballs and nuggets but less good product display and marketing only to the scope of its own (for the surrounding communities). Based on this fact, IbM this time wanted to give a strengthening of business management for the board Aisyiyah. Strengthening the management here is more emphasis on production management and marketing as well as the accounting for business results. Team dedication to provide training related to business development, including: Tips entrepreneurship, Efficient Production Management, Marketing Strategy Strategies, Planning and Financial Management Small Business. In addition, the team dedication also provide assistance in the form of equipment: 2 pieces of meat milling machine, 1 meat mixer, and 1 hand sealer. Assistance was also given the initial capital to start production. Results are expected in the form of meatballs and nuggets products more attractive. Besides Tim also makes packaging and label design for brochures and trial manufacture of products using the machine and add the product variants. Other activities that have been carried out, namely: creating ads, advertise on the radio and on social networking Facebook. Operating results showed a significant increase, from an average sales per week 100 packs of meatballs and nuggets to 500 packs per week.

IbPE program aims to increase the export growth of SMEs Coconat-Sugar through increased production, increased sales, improved quality of coconut sugar accompanied by increased management of activity. This program was conducted by the method of training, mentoring and enhance production facilities according with a target of SMEs Ngudi Lestari and SMEs Lestari Jaya in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen sub-district, Banyumas district during the years 2014-2016. Based on the differences analysis in performance of SMEs was concluded there is an increased performance of SMEs based on the indicators of the amount of production, turnover, export, labor, and there is an increase in production management , human resource management, financial management. The purpose of this study is to depict the effectiveness of UMKM Center Management Model in coastal areas in East Java. It is eventually hoped that the model can be applied by UMKM players and other parties involved in the development of UMKM centers to improve the effectiveness  of  management  application.  This  management  model  is  related  to  human resource management, production management, marketing management, financial management, and business legality. The measurement uses a Likert scale based on the results of the scores to determine whether or not the UMKM center management model is effective. This study is a descriptive one by combining quantitative methods. The sample technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses a survey method that aims to obtain information about the number of respondents who are considered to represent a particular population. Two main types of data collection techniques are employed: questionnaires and interviews.

The study was conducted in Batik Small-Medium Enterprise (Batik SMEs) in Pilang Village of Sragen Regency. Pilang village is one of the producers of Batik, it considerably contributes to the Batik market in Solo region. The study was aimed at finding out the condition and the potential of development through management comprising financial, human resource, marketing, and production management. The Descriptive quantitative method was employed, the respondents were ten SMEs Batik entrepreneurs. The study found that SMEs relied on traditional and limited financial management methods. It was also found that their marketing aspect had not adopted a modern marketing and promotion strategy. Their production has run well, however they face hindrances in product innovation and design with local characteristics. Then, human resource management also faced obstacles in on time delivery, creativity, and payment system.

The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

The issue of pension funds is not only a financial matter, but also a human resource. Pension funds do not stand alone, but are assumed to be related to other human resource (HR) variables. Starting from this background, this study aims to examine the effect of the occupational pension scheme (OPS) and retirement intentions (RI) variables partially on employee productivity (EP) directly or through employee engagement (EE), the effect of OPS on RI, and the effect of OPS on EP through RI. Post-positivist is the research paradigm, with a quantitative research approach, with explanatory causal types and statistical studies. Dapenma-Pamsi is selected as the location of this research and we choose the Joint Pension Fund of municipal waterwork which are located in six provinces in Java Island. The sampling technique for this study was proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample of 500 active Dapenma-Pamsi participants in six provinces in Java. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-7. The data analysis technique used SEM-AMOS. The results of the study are supported by ten research hypotheses. The novelty of this research is the integration of variables rooted in the discipline of financial management and variables from the discipline of human resource management. This research is also could help Indonesia Government foster the growth of Private Pension Fund Program in Indonesia.

Introduction. In the process of agricultural production the natural resources, human resources and capital are used. Responsible management of resources will contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture with the possibility of agricultural products, to satisfy the needs of the population quantitatively and qualitatively. The transition of agricultural production on industrial basis, the emergence of new techniques, technologies, organizational innovations are defined by quantitative and qualitative composition of the economic resources that would meet the modern conditions of activity of the agricultural sector. Purpose. The research aims to identify trends in the structure of the economic resources and their availability in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. Method (methodology). In the process of research the following methods have been used: monographic method; method of critical analysis; method of structural and trend analysis. Results. The structure of assets of agriculture of Ukraine is estimated. We have established the trends in the proportion of assets of agriculture in the structure of the assets of all sectors of the economy and their cost. The dynamics of changes in the ratio of fixed and current assets of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine is analysed. The analysis of non-current assets of agricultural enterprises is considered. It has been determined the dynamics of change in value of fixed assets. The features of reproductive processes in the agricultural sector are formed. The obtained results should be applied at the rationalization of administrative decisions in the field of financial management by managers and specialists of agricultural industry.
