Prostitution is behavior that is openly subject to adultery without any marriage bond. Nowadays prostitution is easy to find on various social media. Commercial-related regulations have been regulated in the Criminal Code, Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, Law no. 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography, Law no. 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Human Trafficking. This study aimed to examine the criminal law regulation of online sex workers according to positive law and uncover criminal sanctions against online sex workers in the future. This study was designed using normative legal research, with a Legislative approach. The legal materials used were primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Data were collected using documentation study techniques and literature studies, then analyzed using systematic interpretation techniques. The results of the study indicated that sanctions for pimps are regulated in the Criminal Code, Law no. 21/2007, Law no. 44/2008, and Law no. 19/2016, and only article 284 of the Criminal Code concerning adultery that can ensnare prostitutes and customers if they have a family, and criminal sanctions for commercial sex workers in the future are contained in articles 425 to 428 of the Draft Criminal Code.

Introductioan: The current proliferation of online buying and selling is also followed by the high risk of online fraud.Purposes of the Research: Know and understand the legal effects of fraud in online buying and selling agreements in the Indonesian positive law.Methods of the Research: This research is a normative legal research. It applied some approaches such as a statutory approach, a case approach, a conceptual approach, an analytical approach, and a theoretical approach. The legal materials used were qualified as a primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. They were then analysed with qualitatively with deductive and inductive methods.Results of the Research: The legal consequence of fraud in online buying and selling agreements in the Indonesian positive law creates responsibility for consumer losses in electronic transactions as regulated by those regulations. For losses of the consumer, the person, who due to his/her fault published the loss, should compensate the loss.

Marriage according to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman to form a happy household. The authority of polygamy is not absolute in the hands of the husband, but there are other conditions that must be met, namely obtaining permission from the judge (court). The purposes of this study are to analyze the regulation of criminal sanctions in a second marriage without the permission of the first wife and the legal consequences of a second marriage that does not meet the applicable legal provisions. This study uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach. Sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary sources of legal materials. Data collection techniques were carried out by examining existing library materials which were then analyzed systematically. The results of the study reveal that criminal sanctions are given in the second marriage without providing incorrect information based on the criminal provisions in PP No. 9 of 1975 which is a lex specialis of the Criminal Code. The legal consequence of the second marriage is that if the husband has remarried or is polygamous without the knowledge of the first wife, the first wife can sue by submitting a request for annulment of the marriage contained in Articles 22-29 of the Marriage Law.

Gambling is a bet with risk values that are intentionally aware of the risks. The formulation problem is  Why  togel  gambling  crimes  are  still  prevalent  in  the community? And What is the consideration of the Judge in dropping the verdict against the perpetrators of the togel gambling crimes?. The type of research used is the normative legal research type. The approach method used a statutory approach. While technique collecting legal materials used by analyzing court decisions. In conclusion, the rising gambling in Indonesian society is due to one of the impositions of criminal sanctions against perpetrators who are too light. While the case The Verdict Number 23/PID.B/2020/PNBLI caused by economic and environmental factors involving Defendant Nyoman Pageh and is subject to a prison sentence of 5 months on charges of violating the provisions Article 303 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code jo Article 2 of Law No. 7 of 1974. The judge's consideration verdict is based on the consideration of a juridical judge. As for the incriminating circumstances, his actions do not support the government's program in the eradication of gambling, while the circumstances that relieve is, the defendant regrets and promises not to repeat his actions again, the defendant behaved politely at the trial.

The advancement of internet-based computer technology has not only a positive impact on its users but also a negative impact, one of which is the creation of new forms of crime such as terrorism. Based on this background, this research was conducted with the aim of revealing how the regulation of criminal acts of terrorism committed through cyberspace (cyber terrorism) in positive law in Indonesia and how criminal law policies in Indonesia in the future in regulating criminal acts of terrorism committed through cyberspace (cyber terrorism). This research was designed using normative legal research methods. The results of this study reveal that in Indonesia, the criminal act of cyber terrorism is not regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) or the Laws and Regulations that regulate the field of terrorism. In a situation like this, the perpetrator of the crime of cyber terrorism can be declared free from punishment because there is no element against the law regulated in the Act attached to the act. Therefore, in order to be convicted of a crime, the crime of cyber terrorism must be formulated clearly. In addition, in establishing a criminal law policy regarding cyber terrorism, cyber terrorism must be considered so that it can be made a criminal act and sanctions can be imposed on the perpetrator

Cybercrime is a crime involving online media means as an object to carry out the crime. Cybercrime itself also has many forms that one of them is cybersex, cybersex is a crime that violates the offense of decency in which the crime involves the medium of online media. For example the case in this case is a crime in the form of selling the services of online prostitution whose perpetrator is a pimp, pimps in this case means the person who acts as a caregiver and / or owner of commercial sex workers. Most cases of online prostitution crime are in the bali area of Denpasar. Online prostitution crime itself has violated Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law Number 19 Year 2016 on Information and electronic transactions. But the panel of judges in its decision only decided in the form of articles contained in the Criminal Code so that the imposition of criminal sanctions on the defendant became very light and made the perpetrators became not afraid of the relatively light criminal sanctions. So that the law in Indonesia becomes very weak and from the light criminal law sanction makes the perpetrators continue to do the crime action. When viewed from the lex specialist derogate legi generalie principle stating the special provisions to override general provisions, meaning that the Act should be used is Law No. 19 of 2016 on Information and Electronic Transactions.

Crime on this earth will never end. The most frequent criminal treatment in the community is the crime of fraud related to an object. The crime of fraud has been regulated starting from Article 378 to Article 395 of the Criminal Code. This study aims to examine the criminal sanctions against the crime of fraud in the sale and purchase of land and reveal the judges' considerations against the perpetrators of the crime of fraud in the sale and purchase of land according to the case study: Decision No. 74/Pid.B/2017/PN Gin. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislation approach and a case study approach. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials collected by library and interview techniques. Furthermore, the research data was processed and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study revealed that the criminal sanction applied was in the form of a principal sentence by looking at the indictment of the public prosecutor which applied more to Article 378 of the Criminal Code so that in the case study the defendant was sentenced to a year in prison. The Panel of Judges made this decision after hearing statements from the defendant, victim witnesses, and evidence presented by the public prosecutor

Rape is a serious crime because it harms the victim, disturbs the future, and causes a very bad influence on the victim, even death. The purpose of this study is to reveal the criminal sanctions against the crime of rape that causes death and the judge's considerations in deciding the crime of rape that causes death. The method used in this research is normative research with a case and legislation approach. Sources of legal materials used in the form of secondary and primary legal sources which are then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study revealed that the perpetrator violated the provisions of Article 285 , 288 paragraph (3), 359, 291 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code, Article 76D and 81 paragraph (1) of Law Number 35 of 2014 on amendments to the Law. Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, and violates the provisions of Article 71 of Law no. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The judge sentenced the defendant to 4 years in prison.

Looking at the articles in the Criminal Code, there are no articles that can be used to ensnare users of commercial sex services or commercial sex workers themselves. If referring to the law, of course, the targeted parties are only brokers and pimps. This study tries to see how the criminal law foundation can be used to ensnare users of online prostitution services. This research is a type of legal research which is also referred to as empirical legal research. The results of this research are, (1) Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions is not appropriate to be used to deal with complex prostitution issues, (2) Law Number 44 of 2008 on Pornography does not explain specifically about users of online prostitution services, so in this case the Act cannot ensnare service users in the practice of online prostitution.

The most important part in a Book of Criminal Law (Penal Code) is a prison, because the prison contains rules about the size and implementation of the criminal. The position of life imprisonment in the national criminal justice system is still considered relevant as a means of crime prevention, it can be seen from the number of offenses punishable with life imprisonment. However, life imprisonment is considered contrary to the penal system. This study aims to investigate the implementation of life imprisonment, weaknesses, and the solution in the future. The approach used in the study is a non-doctrinal legal research with socio-legal research types (Juridical Sociological).The results of research studies show that life imprisonment is contrary to prison system, and life imprisonment become an obstacle to fostering convicts back into society. Bill Criminal Code of September 2019 can be used as a solution to life imprisonment change in the future. Presented advice, in order to be disseminated to the application of the criminal purpose of the Criminal Code of Prison adopted in the future, so that the public and experts no longer make the criminal as a form of retaliation.Keywords: Reconstruction; Crime; Prison; Life Imprisonment; System; Corrections.

Indonesia is a country where religion occupies a central position and the elements must exist in the national and character building. Although has been setting in Criminal Code, but still found many cases of abortions. This paper is about to dig up how the rule of law of abortions. That there is something more profound that abortion is not only about removal of the fetus but also moral and psychological impact for youth of Indonesia. This artice aims to answer the questions: how the criminalization policy of abortion in the positive law at the future? In preparing this thesis, using a normative juridical approach, the author examines library materials is a secondary data and using the comparative law method also of the several foreign countries. The conclusion of this study is the criminalization of abortion policy set out in the positive law is not enough to guarantee protection for public health. Criminalization policy of abortion in the positive law at the future can be done by considering the arrangement of the Criminal Code abortion in some foreign as an ingredient to make legal reforms and especially considering the meaning of the precepts contained in the second sila in Pancasila. Advice can be delivered are abortions is not the best choice, but in conditions harmful should settings that give protection and health coverage of pregnant women; should have arrangements to sell the drug/vehicle used to perform abortions; about the naming of the chapter should considered using the chapter on offenses against the moral; rules should be formulated to provide legal certainty for doctors and patients: the criminalization policy of abortion settings should be based on Pancasila and national development goals.
