This study aims to examine the problems of the DME (Disaster Management Evaluation) System, which has been implemented since 2005, using meta evaluation; it also aims topropose improvements. For this purpose, the research model was built on the four standards (propriety, utility, feasibility, accuracy) presented in the PUFA meta evaluation model. Checklist items corresponding to the PUFA model sub-components were then selected, and questionnaires were created using a Likert-style5-point scale for disaster assessment evaluators, central departments, local governments, and public institutions. Some of the results of thePUFA sub-components were statistically significant and proved to be a useful meta-evaluation framework for assessing the DME level. For evaluation performance, DME can only be improved if policy efforts to ensure the expertise of the evaluation department, credibility of the evaluator, and justification for the evaluation results are continued. From an evaluation indicators perspective, there is need for improvement ofthe capability-performance multi-dimensional evaluation system so that it can take into account the unique enforcement functions and regional characteristics of the evaluation target organization.

Leagile supply chain integrates lean supply chain and agile supply chain. In this paper, the theory of lean production and agile manufacturing are compared and analyzed, and then the leagile supply chain model and the performance evaluation system based on DEA are established. Based on the above, this paper provides an example of the evaluation system to verify the operability and effectiveness, which can provide the reference for enterprises to improve operating mode of the supply chain or develop a new leagile supply chain.

Design, analysis and evaluation of supply chain play an important role in the operation and establishment of of business competiveness. The design and analysis of supply chain generally solves issues concerning costs and customer services. Indicators of the two factors are often used in supply chain capacity evaluation models. In addition, there have been many supply chain evaluation models using indicators ranging from strategy to operation in the last decades. This study aims to summarize some supply chain capacity evaluation models and emphasize the importance of supply chain evaluation for the improvement of operation in the present competitive market, thereby creating a foundation for practical research on design, management, evaluation and operation of supply chains.

Aceh Indonesian Broadcasting Commision is an independent institution and has authority according to the law to manage the running of broadcasting in Aceh. In performing it tasks and function, KPID has been assisted by a secretariat where the personnels are outsourcing staff. To evaluate the performance of staff, KPID carried out performance evaluation system.Performance evaluation system at KPID is in form of individual evaluation where a superior directly evaluate behaviour and performance of his/her subordinates. For behaviour evaluation, the results of evaluation is in form of good, middle, and less good behaviour. While for performance, the results is in form of the achievement of job volume. The results would then be base for the decision of the institution.According to evaluation been done and compared with the theory, it can be concluded that in the staff job performance evaluation within KPID, the system used has been complied with the regulation. It can be seen from the administration of staff job performance evaluation at KPID where the method used was the same as the theory.
