The study aims to analyze the factors that determine the capital structure of the manufacturing companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period of 2015 – 2018. The independent variables in this research are profitability, asset structure, company size, and growth opportunity. Samples were taken by using the purposive sampling method and obtained 10 companies as research samples. Data analysis techniques use a regression analysis of data panel. The results of the regression panel in this study showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on capital structure. The asset structure, firm size and growth opportunity variables do not significantly influence the company's capital structure. The implication of this research is that companies need to pay attention to profitability variable in determining capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to destermine the effect of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and company size toward sukuk ratings in Indonesia during 2014-2017. The independent variables in this study is profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and company size, while the dependent variable is sukuk rating. The object of this study is Corporations for the period 2014-2017, this study used 78 samples. The technique sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive statistical tests, and logistic regression tests. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage ratios and company size have a significant effect on sukuk ratings. Partially the size of the company has a significant positive effect on the sukuk rating, while the profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, and leverage ratio have no significant positive effect on the sukuk rating.

Auditor turnover is a behavior that the client company does to transfer the auditor. This reaserch aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching and how the auditor's reputation is able to moderate the influence of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method with a sample of 145 companies. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of this study indicate that audit opinion and management change have a significant positive effect on auditor switching. However, the auditor's reputation is unable to moderate the effect of audit opinion and management change on auditor switching. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that profitability, debt, and company size had a positive effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability; Debt; Company Size; The Value Of The Company.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of tax, company size, profitability, and leverage on the company's decision to practice transfer pricing. The dependent variable in this study is transfer pricing. Meanwhile, the independent variables used are tax, company size, profitability, and leverage. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 31 companies with an observation period of 3 years, so as many as 93 samples were obtained. The data of this study were obtained by looking at the company's financial statements in the period 2016-2018. This study used logistic regression analysis with SPSS Program</em></p><em>The results showed that tax and profitability had a positive effect on the company's decision to transfer pricing. While company size and leverage variables do not affect the company's decision to transfer pricing</em>

In this era of social media, more effort is needed to win consumer appeal, consumer interest is the goal of achieving sales. Therefore, it is necessary to have a strategy for the company to get consumer appeal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence consumer attractiveness to imported clothes on social media, especially on Instagram. This study uses primary data through a questionnaire. The sample collection technique uses non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The samples obtained were 50 samples. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS statistical tools. The empirical results show that partially the product variable and the variable price have no effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing, then the variable promotion has a significant effect on the attractiveness of consumers on imported clothing. In addition, simultaneously all the independent variables together have a significant positive effect on consumer attractiveness to imported clothing on Instagram.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of capital structure, profitability ratio and liquidity ratio on share prices (studies on manufacturing companies in southeast asia) 2017-2019. The sample used was 15 manufacturing companies with purposive sampling method. This research used quantitatif approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation in the form of secondary data and library research. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the capital structure, liquidity ratio and rentability ratio have a significant positive effect on stock prices simultaneously and partially.

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this research is to find out whether the size of the company (SIZE) and the Capital Structure of the Value of the Company with the Distribution of Dividends as a variable intervening. The study period was 2011-2015 with a sample of 400 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Data analysis using PLS Warp. SIZE results have a significant negative effect on PBV, capital structure does not affect PBV, dividend distribution has a significant positive effect on PBV, SIZE and capital structure has a positive effect on PBV, dividend distribution can mediate SIZE against PBV, and Dividend Distribution cannot mediate Capital Structure PBV. Keywords                   : SIZE.
