The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that profitability, debt, and company size had a positive effect on firm value. Keywords: Profitability; Debt; Company Size; The Value Of The Company.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The population were 72 and the sample were 40 companies. This study used the technique of classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of research showed that liquidity did not affect firm value, leverage had a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability had significant positive effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, company size, and tax avoidance on capital structure. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2019. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method and got a sample of 10 companies from several criteria. The data source is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability affects the capital structure. Meanwhile, liquidity, asset structure, company size and tax avoidance have no effect on capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. This study aims to determine Effect of ROA, CAR, NPL, LDR, and BOPO partially and simultaneously on Firm Value. Samples were Commercial Bank Go Public is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2015 by using purposive sampling method. There are 25 Commercial Banks that qualify as research samples. The method of analysis in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that ROA, CAR, and LDR significant effect on Firm Value, NPL and BOPO no significant effect on Firm Value. Simultaneously these variables significant effect on Firm Value.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

Signal theory emphasizes that company information can be responded differently by investors. One method used to analyze company value is using the Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The number of samples taken as many as 10 companies used the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, so that the number of samples during the 4 years of observation became 40 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that liquidity and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, while dividend policy and company size have no effect on firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, and debt level on tax avoidance. The sample in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 period. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 23 mining companies. Tests in this study using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) analysis tools and data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the profitability variable is negative on tax avoidance, company size has no effect on tax avoidance, while the level of debt has a negative and significant effect on tax avoidance. The variables of profitability, firm size, and debt level together have a significant effect on tax avoidance. Keywords: tax avoidance, profitability, firm size, debt level.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability on firm value and stock returns, liquidity on firm value and stock returns, and firm size on firm value and stock returns. This research uses data from 4 automotive companies. and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009 to 2018 using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The results showed that profitability using ROA and firm size has an effect on firm value. Profitability with ROA and ROE proxies has an effect on stock returns. ROE and liquidity have no effect on firm value. Liquidity and firm size have no effect on stock returns.

Banking is one of the financial institutions engaged in finance to raise funds and distribute funds. Banking is also one of the institutions related to economic development in improving people's welfare. This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, company size, profitability and liquidity on profit growth in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period. The data used is quantitative data sourced from the results published by the relevant agency, namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020 which consist of 43 companies. While the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 28 sample companies. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis referring to the research objectives, hypotheses, analysis models obtained the results of inflation, firm size, profitability and liquidity simultaneously have no effect on profit growth. Andpartially also shows that inflation has no effect and is not significant on profit growth in banking companies. The size of the company has an effect and is not significant on the profit growth of banking companies. The company has no and no significant effect on banking growth. Liquidity has no significant effect on the profit growth of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2020 period.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effect of company size, audit opinion, the complexity of company operations, audit tenure, and KAP specialization on audit delay. The sampling method used was purposive sampling on companies in the trade, service, and investment sectors for the period 2013-2018 and produced 447 data. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that company size and audit opinion affect audit delay meanwhile, the complexity of company operations, audit tenure, KAP specialization does not affect audit delay.
