ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and location on consumers' buying interest in the XMART mini market of Padang Padang. The sample used is 100 consumers, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere variable had a positive effect (4,527 > 1,6772) and significant (0,000 <0,05) on consumer buying interest. Location variables have a negative effect (-0,079) < (1,6772) and are not significant (0,937 > 0,05) to consumer buying interest. From this research, the R2 value is 0,244, it means that 24,4% of consumers' buying interest can be explained by the independent variables, namely the store atmosphere and location and the remaining 74,3% is explained by other variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits of hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The number of samples used is 96 hotel taxpayers in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with data analysis techniques namely multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was determined by the nonprobability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. Based on the results of this study it was found that variable awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on hotel taxpayer compliance in the Regional Revenue Agency of Badung Regency. That is, the better awareness of taxpayers, service quality, moral obligations, tax sanctions and tax audits will encourage hotel taxpayers to fulfill their tax obligations. and organizational culture on organizational commitment of employees. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel Denpasar, amounting to 171 people. The sampling technique used was proportional incidental sampling with Slovin approach as the method of determining the sample, so the sample used was 63 people. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that compensation, environmental policy, and organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment of employees. It can be indicated that the better the compensation, the better the work environment and the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Determination of the sample in this study using a sampling technique with nonprobability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on all LPDs in Denpasar City. The number of samples taken were 35 LPDs with 105 observations. Data collection is done by questionnaire instrument. The results of this questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness variables of the use of SIA, SIA training, and internal LOC have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. This shows that the use of SIA that is more effective, routine in conducting training accompanied by confidence in individual users will provide convenience and benefits for employees who have an influence on improving the performance of LPD employees in Denpasar City. Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) <(1,984) and not significant (0,348)> (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)> (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)> (1,984) and significant (0,017) <(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120> 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)> t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) <(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234> 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) <(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853> 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. This study studies any factors that can improve the low performance of employees either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, discussed work Performance (X1), and seniority (X2). The object of this research is the company employees of PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama, which gathered 60 people. The sampling method in this study is total sampling by taking an object or participating to take a sample. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by observation and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using the instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of tests that have been carried out it can be concluded that the work performance reward and seniority variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Bank Bengkulu Cabang Utama.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are impacts of tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax holdings (X3), on formal compliance of taxpayers (Y). The population in this study is the taxpayers registered with KPP Cibitung who live in RW 030 Tambun South. The samples consist of 100 taxpayers using an explanatory sampling method. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on data analysis, the results of this study indicate that partially tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have a significant positive effect on taxpayers’ formal compliance (Y). Meanwhile simultaneously tax audits (X1), tax sanctions (X2) and tax hostage (gijzeling) (X3) have significant positive effects on taxpayers’ formal compliance of (Y), with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.444 or 44.4%.

This study aims to determine the effect of board gender, political connection, military experience, and board activity to the corporate reputation for the year 2014-2016. The population in this study are companies which listed in Indonesia's Top 100 Most Valuable Brand rankings from SWA magazine for the year 2014, 2015 and 2016. Purposive sampling is used to determine the sample with a total of 223 firm-year observations. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were performed to analyze whether board gender, board activity, political connection, and military experience are associated with corporate reputation. The results show that board activity and political connection have a positive effect to the corporate reputation. Military experience has a negative effect to the corporate reputation. However, board gender does not have significant effect to the corporate reputation. This research contributes to the development of science or accounting issues by testing the political connection, military experience, and board meeting variables as independent variables and company's reputation as dependent variable, this model has never been done by researchers before.
