This Reseach examine influence user participation and top management motivation to user satisfaction in improvement of accountong information system: user skill as moderating variabel. This reseach is done in PT Telkon Divre V Surabaya, the sampel are 30 respondent by multiple regretion analysis.The result is 99,6% (R2) is large of influence independent variable to user satisfaction in improvement accounting information system. The result of examine H1 is user participation significant influence by user skill as moderating variable dan top management variable significant influence to user satisfaction in improvment accounting information system.

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.

The objective of this research to test, examine and to provide empirical evidence to the influence of accounting software quality, accuracy of the information, timeliness of the information and relevance of the information toward the accounting information system enduser satisfaction. The research was conducted using a survey method to to provide the questionnaires to the employees in retail department store. Data used in this study was primary data, id est: questionnaires. The respondents in this study were 118. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression.  The results of this study were (1) accounting software quality had a significant influence toward the accounting information system end-user satisfaction; (2) accuracy of the information had no significant influence toward the accounting information system end-user satisfaction; (3) timeliness of the information had a significant influence toward the accounting information system end-user satisfaction; (4) relevance of the information had a significant influence toward the accounting information system end-user satisfaction; (5) accounting software quality, accuracy of the information, timeliness of the information and relevance of the information had significant influence toward the accounting information system end-user satisfaction simultaneously. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can improve the performance of Accounting Information System (AIS) used in the retail companies. There are four factors in this research, the factors consists user participation, top management support, user capabilities, and training and user education.  The objects of this research are the retail companies in Tangerang. The data used in this research is the primary data. The samples in this research are determined based on convenience sampling. The results from this research indicate that training and user education had significant influence to the performance of AIS partially, whereas user participation, top management support and user capabilities had not significant influence to the performance of AIS. This study aims to examine the effect of skills, abilities, education and training on the satisfaction of users of accounting information. The research method uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were UNPAM students who worked as accounting and had received education and accounting information system training and training. The results of this study are the influence of skills on the satisfaction of users of accounting information, there is an influence on the ability of users of accounting information satisfaction and there is no influence of education and training on the satisfaction of users of accounting information.

The research was conducted using a survey method to to provide the questionnaires to the employees in retail consumer goods company. Data used in this study was primary data, id est: questionnaires. The respondents in this study were 102 who are employees which use accounting information system. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this study were (1) technology sophistication had a significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (2) personal technical ability of information systems had no significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (3) user training program had a significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (4) top management support had a significant influence the performance of accounting information system. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of user participation and user satisfaction on the effectiveness of the accounting information system in the Ministry of Commerce. The population in this study is the General Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce. The software used in processing this research data is SPSS version 23. Based on the results of testing, partial user participation and user satisfaction have a significant influence on the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Simultaneous test results indicate that user participation and user satisfaction together influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Accounting Information Systems (Computerization of Land Activities) on the Registration of Records of Non-Tax State Revenues according to Government Regulation Number 128 of 2015. This research was conducted at the Land Office of Bengkalis Regency. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires as much as 30 copies, which were distributed to respondents who are civil servants and non-permanent employees at the Bengkalis land office using Purposive Sampling. The data obtained were then analyzed using SPSS version 23.0. The test results show that the Accounting Information System (computerization of land activities) has a positive and significant effect on the recording of non-tax state revenue at the Bengkalis Regency land office. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 25.3% while the rest 74.7% is influenced by other variables.

The development of the business environment in globalization era has been triggered an increasingly tight business competition. Every companies who have an established its own strategies to manage a variety of information, human resources, allocation of funds and others. Accounting information system is a great resources that very valuable to an organization for the smoothness management of the company’s financial and decision making wheter it is to long term and short term, however there are several aspect that can be a factors the effectiveness of the accounting information system, that is manager’s participation. The research is aimed to proves that manager’s participation and manager’s involvement had a positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information system (AIS) at manufacturing company, especially in the industrial zone Batamindo Mukakuning Batam City. The research method is using regression analysis to proves are the manager’s participation (independent variable) and manager’s involvement (independent variable) gives effect to the effectiveness of information system (dependent variable) or not. The result of this research is shows that variable of manager’s participation and manager’s involvement has a significant influence to the effectiveness of information system. The method is using purposive sampling is done by taking a sampling of the population according to certain criteria.
