This research aims to test; (1) the influences of organizational eReadiness to success of development, (2) the influences of external eReadiness to success of development, (3) the influences of organizational eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, (4) the influences of external eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, and (5) the influences of succces development to eCommerce benefit. Survey method is applied in this research. The data primary and secondary data. The population is the entire SME (small medium entreprises) in Jarum village, Bayat sub district, Klaten regency in Central Java. The sample quantity is 31 SME (small medium entreprises). The technique of sample drawing used is method of purposive sampling. This research applies statistical technique of Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusion of all the hyphoteses proposed are; (1) there are no influences of organizational eReadiness to success of development, (2) there are influences of external eReadiness to success of development, (3) there are no influences of organizational eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, (4) there are influences of external eReadiness to eCommerce benefit, and (5) there are influences of succces development to eCommerce benefit.

<p><em>This study investigates the influence of organizational commitment and personal cost on civil servant’s intention to do whistle-blowing with reward as moderating variable. To collect the data, this study uses survey method. The 64 civil servants at BPK Lampung Office become respondents of this study who are chosen through purposive sampling method. The Partial Least Square is used to analyze the quantitative data. The findings of the study indicate that organizational commitment gives influence on civil servants to do whistle-blowing. Personal cost does not impact on civil servants to do whistle-blowing. Reward cannot enforce or lessen the influence of organizational commitment and personal cost on civil servants to do whistle-blowing.</em><em></em></p>

<p>The aim of this study is to determine whether E-Service Quality and E-Recovery influences repurchase intention in online stores in Surabaya by using customer loyalty as a mediator. This research was conducted from January 2020 to May 2020. The research method used was a survey method with a Likert scale. The population in this study was Surabaya residents who had already made a purchase in online stores. The researcher distributed 135 questionnaires to mostly 17-25 year old respondents, using purposive sampling methods. There were 117 respondent questionnaires that were suitable to be processed. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS software version 3.2.9, PLS with structural equation analysis (SEM). The results show that the variable mediated by customer loyalty has a large influence on repurchase intention. In this study, it can be explained that there are significant influences between the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Recovery mediated by customer loyalty towards repurchase intention.</p><p><em><strong>Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia.</strong></em> P<em>enelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui</em><em> adakah pengaruh antara E-Service Quality dan E-Recovery terhadap niat beli kembali pada toko online di Surabaya dengan menggunakan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Januari 2020 hingga Mei 2020. </em><em>Metode survei digunakan dalam peneltian ini dengan menggunakan skala likert</em><em>. Populasinya adalah orang Surabaya dan sudah melakukan pembelian di Toko Online. Peneliti membagikan 135 kuesioner kepada sebagian besar responden berusia 17-25 tahun, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Ada 117 responden yang cocok untuk diproses. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3.2.9 PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan analisis persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian kembali. </em><em>kemudian</em><em>, </em><em>dijelaskan lagi </em><em>terdapat pengaruh antara efek Kualitas E-Layanan dan E-Recovery yang dimediasi oleh loyalitas pelanggan terhadap niat pembelian kembali.</em></p>

The issue in this research is how to improve society ability through process human and physical capital. The relation between capital and ability improvement will be examined in this research by placing process empowerment as mediating variable to explain the activities involved. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was collected using survey method technique through questionnaire. Furthermore statistical analysis was used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of Smart Partial Least Square. This research has found two ways as path patterns directed to the increasing of society ability, which are (1) pattern consist of “two creating stage” to society ability, and (2) These pattern show that to improve society ability need “three stage” of process activity. The correlation is while the empowerment process increases higher, it will impulse the creating of society ability. The implementation of this research’s result, stated that if the empowerment wants to develop human capital, it will be better if the empowerment is supported by apply the developing ability of subject empowerment.

This research is aimed at determining and analyzing the effect of online marketing using Instagram on the trust, effect of online marketing in the Instagram on the online buying interest, the effect of online marketing in Instagram on the online buying interest mediated by trust. This research is associative study using primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected through questionnaires, interview, and documentation. The population of this research are 100 students of Mataram University using Instagram media. The samples ere selected through purposive sampling. The analysis is using PLS.The research showed that online marketing had positive and significant effect on the buying interest, online marketing had positive and significant effect on the trust, trust had positive and significant effect on the buying interest, online marketing had positive and significant effect on the trust through mediation. This research suggested that online selling through  Instagram should  improve the service though online marketing, the seller should describe clearly the profile of online store such the long year of selling, not in private web, and should explain the detail of mechanism of payment to show that the seller is responsible on the online store.Keywords: online marketing, trust, buying interest, Instagram, partial least square

This study aims to analyze the effect of local own revenue, balance funds and area size on capital expenditure with economic growth as a moderating factor for district / city governments in Central and East Java Provinces. The population in this study are all districts / cities in Central Java and East Java Province. This research uses census method. The secondary data used in this study is in the form of 2015-2017 APBD realization reports obtained from the Director General of Fiscal Balance of the Regional Government, while data on economic growth and area size were obtained from BPS of Central and East Java Provinces. The analysis technique uses structural equation models with Partial Least Square. The results showed that regional original income and balance funds had a significant positive effect on capital expenditure in Central and East Java. The area size has a positive and significant effect on capital expenditure for Central Java but not for East Java. Economic growth moderates the effect of regional income on capital expenditure. Economic growth moderates balance funds towards capital expenditure for Central Java but not for East Java. Overall there is no difference in capital expenditure across districts / cities in the two provinces

Ecotourism is the combination of ecosystem and tourism. Ecosystem tourism includes travel to destinations where flora, fauna, and cultural heritage are the primary attractions. Present study wants to establish the link between knowledge sharing, information and communication technology (ICT) and ecotourism performance with mediation of tourist attraction and digital management system among employees of ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand. Data is collected through questionnaire survey method and via dropdown technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used in this study for data analysis. Results indicate that knowledge sharing related to ecotourism and ICT has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance and on tourist attraction and digital management system respectively. Tourist attraction has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance but not mediate the relation. Digital management system mediates the relation and also has the positive significant impact on ecotourism performance. Practitioners should focus on knowledge sharing variable, ICT and digital management system for increasing the ecotourism performance among ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand.

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai products in the people of Kediri City and Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains and proves the relationship and influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative method. This study used a sample of 110 respondents and distributed questionnaires in the City and District of Kediri with the help of Google Forms. Sampling used non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling method. The sample consists of respondents who live in the City and District of Kediri, aged 17 years and over, and have purchased Slai O'lai products more than 2 (two) times. The data used are primary and secondary data, while the analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to repurchase Slai O'lai sandwich biscuits. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 110 responden dan menyebarkan kuesioner di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri dengan bantuan Google Forms. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang berdomisili di Kota dan Kabupaten Kediri, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, dan telah membeli produk Slai O'lai lebih dari 2 (dua) kali. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang biskuit sandwich merek Slai O’lai. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap return saham dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi sebanyak 56 perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan melalui purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel independen (X) yakni profitabilitas dan likuiditas. Variabel moderasi (Z) yakni nilai tukar, serta variabel dependen (Y) yakni return saham. Data sekunder adalah”jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian”ini. Sumber dataa berasal dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan (annual report) atau melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data”menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara parsial Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham dan likuiditas berpengaruh”terhadap return saham. Efek moderasi, dimana secara parsial nilai tukar tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap return saham.
