This study is aimed to analyze variables in Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior. The study is also examining whether behavior control perception variable affecting mobile banking service usage indirectly through intention to use it as medium variable. The sample of this study is customers who use mobile banking service in Surabaya. The result show that perception construct of feasible usage and compatibility not affecting the behavior of the mobile banking service users. Behavior construct also does not affect the intention to use, behavior control perception does not affect the behavior of mobile banking service usage. In the other hand, feasibility perception and risk perception affecting the behavior for the use of mobile banking service. Interpersonal and social norms affect the subjective norms. Self-confidence and facility condition affect the behavior control perception. Behavior, subjective norms and behavior control perception affect the intention in using mobile banking service, test result recently show that intention affect the behavior in using mobile banking service. Implication of this study is relevant for bank management and mobile banking analysis service to reconsider factors of usage, compatibility, behavior and behavior control perception in applying and developing mobile banking system.

Penerapan e-commerce merupakan hal yang penting dalam dunia usaha mengingat kebutuhan menyesuaikan perkembangan dunia luas sehingga mengharuskan kita agar terus berfikir secara kretif dalam mengembangkan usaha di dunia usaha Kegiatan menjual dan membeli menggunakan media internet serign dikenal sebagai e-commerce. kesuksesan penjualan pada e-commerce ini sanat tergantung akan implementasi electronic commerce technology. Mendapatkan hasil berupa tingkat kepentingan atas implementasi e-commerce dalam bisnis penjualan dengan objek penelitian beberapa toko yang ada di Wonosobo, selain itu juga bertujuan memberikan rekomendasi kepada toko yang belum menerapkan sistem e-commerce, agar setelah penelitan dilakukan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi internet yaitu menerapkan sistem ecommerce. Penelitian ini menerapkan Theory of Planned Behavior, dimana variabel yang mentukan intense untuk penentuan apa perilaku selanjutnya, yaitu Norma Subjektif (subjective norm) , sikap (attitude toward the behavior), dan kendali perilaku(perceivd behavior control). Variabel dependen berupa Usage Behavior dengan Intention to Use sebagai variabel independennya. Dependent Variable berikutnya yaitu niat menggunakan(Intention to Use) dengan independent variablenya adalah Subjective Norms, Sikap Atas Perilaku dan Kendali Perilaku. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi dengan pengecekan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Akan dihasilkan model persamaan matematis dengan penggunaan uji statistik sehingga akan diketahui tingkat pengaruh independent variable atas dependent variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Theory of Planned Behavior and knowledge of the intention to invest in the assembly of the Taklim Muhammadiyah Sub-District of Sukomanunggal Surabaya. Primary data retrieval in this study used a questionnaire with a sample of 40 taklim assemblies in Sukomanunggal sub-district, Surabaya. The characteristics of the sample in this study were the pilgrims who attended the recitation in the assembly of taklim Muhammadiyah, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. The sampling technique is Non-Probability Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The endogenous variable in this study is the intention to invest, while the exogenous variable used is part of the Theory of Planned Behavior which consists of attitudes, subjective norms, and Perceived Behavior Control and Knowledge. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially attitudes, subjective norms, Perceived Behavior Control, and knowledge have a significant effect on the intention to invest in the assembly of taklim members of Muhammadiyah, Sukomanunggal District, Surabaya. Suggestions for further research to add to the scope of research subjects so that more general information can be obtained about related research, and using other variables outside of this research variable because it should be suspected that there are still several other factors that can influence intention to invest.Keywords: Theory Of Planned Behaviour, Knowledge, Infaq, Intention

The Theory of Planned Behavior is widely used to predict human behaviors in many disciplines. According to the Theory of Planned Behavior, Attitude towards the target behavior, Subjective Norms about engaging in the behavior and Perceived Behavior Control influence intention. In addition, an individual's display of a certain behavior is determined by his or her intent to perform that behavior. This chapter describes the origin and history of the Theory of Planned Behavior, its purpose, its limitations and its applications in order to examine acceptance, adoption, use, and continuance of use of Information Systems and services.

Purpose – The aim of this study is to identify perceptions, attitudes and behavior of young adults concerning wine consumption, using the “theory of planned behavior” as a theoretical framework. Design/methodology/approach – The aim of this study is to identify perceptions, attitudes and behavior of young adults concerning wine consumption, using the “theory of planned behavior” as a theoretical framework. Findings – The major findings are that attitudes and subjective norms are, apparently, the components with most influence on behavior of young people in relation to wine consumption. For the consumers group, attitudes seem to be the most crucial component, especially the “interest in alcohol”. They drink it in special occasions for sociability and to disinhibit. Regarding the non-consumers group, the main attitude is “dislike taste”. Also the subjective norms, are very present, especially parents, society, friends and publicity, in consumers group. The non-consumers have the perception of greater parental induction to not consume wine. No significant differences were found between gender or educational system. Research limitations/implications – Concerning the results, a limited, convenience sample, was employed and this is assumedly an exploratory study. Therefore the results cannot be considered to represent a broad section of the groups studied. Still sample related, only Portuguese young adults students were studied. Social implications – This research can contribute not only for the knowledge relating to Portugal as a wine consuming environment but also to the general area of attitudes and perceptions of young people towards moderate wine consumption. As today young adults, novice or potential wine consumers will be the next generation of wine consumers, it can be beneficial for wine marketers to focus on this target population aiming at exploring further their engagement with wine. Originality/value – This research has an originally approach to wine consumption by young adults once it focus and explore the non-problematic behavior of young adults about wine consumption. The results of this study can contribute to the development of targeted advertising and publicity of the wine industry, in order to promote moderate wine consumption among young adults.

By taking a Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this study examines the relationship between students' entrepreneurial, attitude (AT), subjective norms (SN), and perceived behavior control (PBC). The data used in the analysis is from 150 graduate students from 12 universities in Yogyakarta. The results indicate that attitudes and perceived behavior control significantly influenced students' entrepreneurial intentions, but not subjective norms. This study helps understand the role of a qualified educational background, namely the Master of Management in shaping entrepreneurial intentions. Finally, this study reveals the importance of examining students' entrepreneurialism in today's digital age.

Organic products have been gaining popularity among consumers worldwide due to the environmental and health benefits they are associated with. As a result of this trend, organic industries have been flourishing and have been able to expand into a variety of consumer product/service categories. Looking to explore purchasing behavior related organic coconut cosmetic products, this study attempted to apply the theory of planned behavior (TPB), which is a method of predicting consumer behavior that has been used extensively in a variety of research areas in recent years. Based upon the literature review, an extended TPB model that incorporates health concerns and health knowledge, in addition to attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control was examined in this study. For the data collection, an online survey was issued to residents of Bangkok, Thailand; with a total of 613 respondents retuning the questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data using SPSS AMOS 24. The results showed that attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and health concerns positively affect purchase intention; however, health knowledge did not influence purchase intentions related to the organic coconut cosmetic products. Similar to the findings in most extant literature, attitude was found to exert the most influence on the purchase behavior in this study.

Abstract Background Due to the absence of a vaccine of SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, the most effective way to reduce transmission of the virus is by applying social distancing practices. Exploring factors that determine whether people adopt social distancing measures is, therefore, critical to reducing the spread of the virus. This study aimed to investigate people’s intentions to socially distance based on the extended Theory of Planned Behavior. Methods A questionnaire was distributed to the sample population and collected through social media online and WhatsApp groups from March 26, 2020 to March 29, 2020. There were 823 analyzed out of 1870 responses. The extended TPB variables and risk perception were measured using a 7-point scale (scored from 1 to 7). Data were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling method. Results Study found that the factors influencing the intention to perform social distancing were subjective norms and perceived behavior control. Risk perception affected attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. Media exposure was found to determine attitudes, subjective norms, and risk perceptions. The relationship between attitudes and intentions, and media use and perceived behavior control were not significant. The better and effective risk communication that can change the level of risk perception, raise family and religious leader as well as increase to control behavior are the keys to people’s perform social distancing. Results from a multigroup analysis revealed that younger individuals showed a stronger relationship between the influence of risk perception and PBC and media use on risk perception. The predictive strength of subjective norms from risk perception and risk perception from media use was more strongly associated with rural populations. Conclusions The results of study provide an initial understanding of the level of the public’s risk perception to reduce the spread of SARS-CoV-2. Findings also revealed the role of media use in determining risk perception, attitudes and subjective norms and, in turn, change people’s intention to socially distance. This study may add to the literature of behavioral changes in pandemic and provide a framework for both policymakers and practitioners to formulate effective interventions in the future.

Purpose This paper aims to investigate the impact of perceived price level and information security awareness on computer users’ attitude. Moreover, this study aims to investigate the effect of attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control (PBC) on intention to use anti-malware software. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 225 students of five public universities in Malaysia. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. AMOS 24 was used to test the research framework using a two-step approach. Findings Findings give support to some of the hypotheses developed with R2 values of 0.521 for attitude and 0.740 for intention. Perceived price level had a negative effect on attitude while information security awareness had a positive effect on attitude and intention. Attitude, subjective norms and PBC were all positively related to intention, but perceived price level did not affect intention. This suggests that benefits of using anti-malware are more than its price value. Therefore, the price has no direct effect on intention to use. Research limitations/implications University computer networks are as open and inviting as their campuses. Therefore, this research can be helpful to the universities to safeguard their networks and encourage the students to use anti-malware. However, using anti-malware software will enable an individual to identify and prioritize security risks, quickly detect and mitigate security breaches, improve the understanding of security gaps and safeguard the sensitive data by minimizing the risks related to malware. Originality/value This study ventured to model the information security behavior of anti-malware usage by individual users by using the theory of planned behavior with the addition of two new variables, perceived price level and information security awareness to explain the behavior better.

This research aimed to analyze the cash waqf literacy index and factors influencing public intention to pay cash waqf. The analysis used is theory of planned behavior (TPB) and structural equation modeling (SEM) to measure the relationship of latent variables, i.e. cash waqf literacy, religiosity, attitudes, subjective norms and behavior control. The SEM model in this study was processed using Lisrel version 8.3 software. The results showed that the cash waqf literacy index of people in Jabodetabek was 59.04%, which is still included in the low literacy category. The results also showed that cash waqf literacy, religiosity, attitudes, subjective norms and behavioral control have a significant and positive influence on the intention in paying cash waqf. The main objective of this research was to empirically examine the interests of millennial investors in investing in stocks using the theory of planned behavior approach consisting of Attitude toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control as predictors of Intention, and Actual Behavior as a consequence of Intention. In addition, this research added risk tolerance variable as a development. This research is based on the low investment interest of the Indonesian people when compared to the total population of Indonesia. Respondents in this study are investors who are in accordance with predetermined criteria, who have already invested in stock and are aged between 20-35 years in Kebumen Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The hypothesis in this research was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this research empirically prove that Attitude toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control are predictors of Intention. In addition, this research also proves that Intention has a positive effect on millennial investors' actual behavior in investing in stocks
