The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of company age, company size, auditor reputation and auditor change on auditor switching. The data used in this study are annual and financial reports on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The method of sampling data using purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. Based on the sampling method, a sample of 230 companies was obtained. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size, auditor reputation and auditor switching had no effect on audit report lag and company age had a positive effect on audit report lag.

This research aims to verify and provide empirical evidences about: The effect of Auditor Switching, Going Concern Opinion, Profit or Loss of current year and Company Size to the Audit Report Lag at companies LQ-45 that are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015.The population of this research are the LQ-45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2015. Sampling method using purposive sampling and obtain 15 companies. Data collection method used is the documentation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis. The results shows that Auditor Switching and Opini Going Concern does not effect to Audit Report Lag partially, but Profit or Loss of current year and Company Size gave negative effect on Audit Report Lag partially. Auditor Switching, Opini Going Concern, Profit or Loss in year going and Company Size gave significant effect on Audit Report Lag simultaneously.

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between industry auditor specialization, auditor reputation, and audit tenure, to audit report lag in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample consisted of 67 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The data used in this study are secondary data and sample selection using purposive sampling method. The analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that auditor industry specialization has a negative effect on audit report lag, auditor reputation has no effect on audit report lag, and audit tenure has a negative effect on audit report lag.

The amount of assets owned by the company is the value of the size of the company. This study aims to test whether company size, asset structure, sales growth, profitability and current ratio have an influence on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This type of research is quantitative descriptive, using 144 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This study uses a sampling method, namely purposive sampling and has obtained as many as 216 samples. This study uses data in the form of annual financial reports from each sample company published on the website www.idx.co.id. The variables related to this study are company size, asset structure, profitability, sales growth, and current ratio. The research method used is descriptive method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that Company Size, Asset Structure, Profitability and Current Ratio had no significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, sales growth has a significant effect on the capital structure. Simultaneously, Company Size, Asset Structure, Profitability, Sales Growth and Current Ratio together have a significant and significant effect on the company's capital structure as measured by the capital structure listed on the IDX.  Keywords: Company Size, Asset Structure, Sales Growth, Profitability, Current Ratio, and Capital Structure.

This study aims to determine how the influence of asset structure, profitability, company size, and liquidity on capital structure partially or simultaneously. The data used in this study were taken from financial reports that can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or www.idx.co.id and their respective websites from the manufacturing companies in the cosmetics and household equipment< subsector. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and gets the results of 5 company samples that fit the research criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the asset structure has no significant effect on the capital structure with the calculated T calculation value of 1.664, and a significant value of 0.112, profitability has a significant effect on the capital structure with the calculation result of the calculated T value of -3.720 and a significant value of 0.001, company size has a significant effect on capital structure with the calculated T value of - 2,950 and a significant value of 0.008, and the liquidity has a significant effect on the capital structure with a calculated T value of -8,082 and a significance value of 0,000. While the simultaneous structure of assets, profitability, company size, and liquidity have significant effect on capital structure with the calculated F calculation of 34.620 and a significant value of 0.000.

This study is aimed at examining the effects of the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Profitability, Capital Intensity, Cash Flow, and Company Size toward Conservatism in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is the yearly financial statements on firm of manufacturing listed at BEI period 2012-2017, using purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from yerly financial reports published and downloaded through the official BEI website. Data analyzed with Descriptive statistics, test of classic assumption and exmination of hypothesis with multiple linier regression method. The result of hypothesis research shows variable Profitability and Cash Flow have a significant effect on the ability of Conservatism, while the Number of Board of Commissioners, Leverage, Capital Intensity, and Company Size has no effect on the ability of Conservatism.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of profitability, debt, and company size on the value of food and beverage companies. This research was conducted in all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period, amounting to 13 sample companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, asset structure, company size, and tax avoidance on capital structure. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2016-2019. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method and got a sample of 10 companies from several criteria. The data source is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability affects the capital structure. Meanwhile, liquidity, asset structure, company size and tax avoidance have no effect on capital structure.

This study aims to analyze whether there are simultaneous effects of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover to Pofitability (Return On Asset) on Transportation Company Listed at Indonesia Stock Exchanged. This research use quantitative method. The population on this research is transportation companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and continuously published financial reports in 2014-2018. Based on the purposive sampling method, from 71 transportation companies globally converged into 10 transportation companies, so that the data obtained were 50 observation. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio does not partially affect ROA, while Total Asset Turnover has a partial effect on ROA. And the three independent variables (CR, DER and TATO) simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely profitability (ROA)

Audit Report Lag (ARL) is the time length of the auditor completing their activities on the client is measured from the end of the fiscal year until the date of audit report was signed. Research related to ARL has been widely carried out in some countries, considering the importance of this issue. This study analyzed the factors that affect ARL on the Conventional Bank Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 84 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which submitted financial reports to OJK (the Financial Service Authority) in the period of 2013-2015. The data used in this research was selected by using purposive sampling method and analysis used multiple linear regression. Based on the analytical results, Profitability, Auditor Opinion, and Firm Reputation had negative significant effect toward ARL. Then Auditor Switching, Complexity, and Board of Size of Director had positive significant effect toward ARL.

The objective of this research is to determine whether Company Size, Company Age, Debt to Equity (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Audit Opinion, and Auditor Reputation have a significant effect on Audit Report Lag. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 to 2019. The study used 93 companies as samples, a total of 490 samples as a whole. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis and the results obtained are that the DER variable has a significant positive effect, while ROA and Audit Opinion have a negative effect on the audit report lag. The variables of company size and auditor reputation do not have a significant effect, while the variable of company age has a significant positive result but is contrary to the initial expectations.
