The research used forecasting methods such as Least Square, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Double Exponential Smoothing to achieve a small percentage of prediction error. The dataset was collected from Mitsubishi Motors Corporation which obtained 60 samples of popular product types such as Pajero, FE and L300 from 2014 to 2018 over a period of months. The experimental results reported that Double Exponential Smoothing has given a better performance than other methods. The forecasting result of Pajero reached the MAPE of 3.26%, FE reached the MAPE of 3.24%, and L300 reached the MAPE of 3.37%. This study indicates that the selection of the forecasting method depends on the actual data pattern and the adjustment of the parameters in predicting future points.

What investors often consider before deciding to invest in various countries is the political situation. The risks faced by investors in the event of political instability are regulatory changes, legal disputes, forced takeovers of companies, disruption to regional stability, policies against acts of terrorism, and changes in state ideology. The purpose of this study is to find a determinant of political stability in Indonesia that will be useful for investors and multinational companies, and the government in maintaining political stability. Systematic secondary data sampling from January 2015 to December 2019 was used for explanatory study purposes and to build a model. This study concludes that the rule of law, control of corruption, and oil prices have a significant effect on political stability in Indonesia, while the inflation rate does not have a significant effect on political stability in Indonesia. The novelty of this research is the formation of a political stability model for Indonesia and why an increase in control of corruption actually has a negative effect on political stability in Indonesia.

This study looks at the variability of accounting students’ perceptions in Indonesia on the importance of IT competence and IT responsibility for accountants and the importance of IT sustainability practices. This study measures different perceptions of accounting students based on gender (male and female), year of study (junior and senior), and the type of university (public and private). The majority of accounting students agree with the importance of accountants’ role in IT sustainability practices by utilizing information systems. However, differences in perceptions of accountants’ IT responsibility, accountants’ IT competence, and the importance of IT sustainability practice are found in the senior and junior student groups. This finding results in junior students being higher than senior students in understanding the importance of the accountants’ role in the IT sustainability practice. Differences were also found in the groups of students from public and private universities, where students in public universities have a higher perception than students in private universities toward IT sustainability issues. There is no difference in perception in the gender group. This study can be helpful for higher education providers and teachers in accounting who play an essential role in supporting students to understand the practical implementation in accounting professions regarding their role in sustainability through the utilization of information technology.

The brand concept, especially brand loyalty, has evolved significantly; however, this phenomenon is still considered far from complete. This study extends a long line of scholars’ efforts by investigating a moderating effect of brand awareness in triangle relationships between product innovation and brand trust and brand loyalty. The hypotheses were tested based on online questionnaire data collected from 100 Indonesian respondents. The Ordinary least square (OLS) regression analysis shows that brand awareness positively and significantly moderates these triangle relationships. Additionally, the direct relationships between product innovation on brand awareness and brand loyalty and brand trust and brand loyalty were found to be significant. This research offers future research direction and implications for business practitioners and academics.
