Tahap berpikir siswa pada tingkat sekolah dasar berada pada tahap operasional konkrit sehingga dalam belajar mereka akan lebih mudah memahami jika menggunakan media yang mereka lihat dan kerjakan langsung. Berdasarkan observasi dan diskusi dengan beberapa guru Sekolah Dasar, khususnya untuk materi operasi bilangan bulat dan pecahan sebagian besar guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran yang baik dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan guru belum terbiasa dan terlatih dalam membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif. Akibatnya siswa masih kesulitan dalam memahami operasi bilangan bulat dan pecahan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka tim pengabdian melaksanakan pelatihan kepada guru-guru SD untuk membuat media pembelajaran interaktif serta mempraktekkan penggunaan media tersebut . Hasil dari pelatihan telah dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru yaitu pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media interaktif serta mengaplikasikannya dalam pembelajaran operasi bilangan bulat dan pecahan.

The article considers topical issues of the current state of readiness of future primary school teachers to implement interactive learning technologies in professional activities at the present stage of reforming the education system, which is interpreted as: readiness to develop plans and goals, development of professional qualities of teachers, expanding the mobilization of psychological point of view, increasing the level of independence and responsibility to society. The essence of the concept of "readiness" for future primary school teachers is revealed. The place of such scientists is shown: A. Aleksyuk, N. Boltenkov, V. Bondar, O. Voloshenko, S. Garkusha, M. Dyachenko, I. Zyazyuna, N. Kichuk, O. Kiyashko, L. Krasyuk, N. Kuzmina, Z. Kurland, I. Kushakova, A. Linenko, O. Moroz, S. Nikitchina, S. Sysoeva, V. Slastyonina, S. Smirnova, L. Khomich, V. Chaika, I. Shaposhnikova, O. Yaroshenko, who studied the problems readiness of teachers in professional activity. The essence of the concept of readiness as a set of properties and qualities of the teacher's personality, which determines the adaptation of a graduate of a higher education institution to the conditions of pedagogical work, is revealed. The development of research of scientists of readiness of primary school teachers for introduction of technologies of interactive training in professional activity is shown. The study analyzes the results of a survey of primary school teachers in Lviv, Lviv and Volyn regions on the use of interactive learning technologies. The level of use of interactive exercises at different stages of the lesson is shown, the sufficient level of use of technologies of interactive training of teachers of SZSh№ 68, Lviv. The best level of equipment of the technical base of schools in the conditions of development of the new Ukrainian school is determined. The place of a modern specialist who promotes the expansion of a positive level of learning with a willingness to implement technologies of interactive learning in professional activities is described.

Sustainable Development (SD) is a rich, challenging and thought-provoking construct in social sciences. The main purpose of this paper was to identify and explore the role played by primary school teachers in building up the idea of sustainable development (SD) among students. This paper was intended to identify that how a teacher can successfully execute the concept of SD by influencing students’ minds at the primary level. Quantitative survey technique were utilized for data collection. All the primary school teachers of Lahore division comprised the population of the study. Through multistage sampling technique, 352 primary school teachers were selected as participants of the study. A self-developed SD questionnaire incorporating four major factors (teachers’ awareness, pedagogy, curricular and co-curricular activities) with Cronbach’s alpha value = .93 was used to measure the role of teachers in building the sustainability concept among students at primary level. The results indicated a significant mean score difference among SD scores of teachers, sector wise (private and public). Furthermore, the results also reconnoitered the significant difference (p=.04) between the mean scores of female and male teachers in building up the SD concept in students’ minds.

The purpose of this study is mainly to describe the performance of primary school teachersin the unit of education technical implementation in Banyumanik, Semarang. This researchwas conducted in January- August 2017. The sample of this research is 162 primaryschool teachers selected by random sampling technique in order to get the same opportunityas sample. The instruments used in this study were the assessment sheets, the RatingSheet consisted of 64 items of question, and 3 indicators of Primary School TeacherPerformance. The results show that each of Implementation of lesson plans is categorizedvery well (90, 9%), the execution of the learning is 83.4%, assessment of learning is good(82.8%). The Overall performance of primary school teachers is categorized good( 85 , 7 % ). In other words, the primary school teachers of the unit of education technicalimplementation in Banyumanik Semarang can arrange the lesson plans, carry out learningand teaching process and assess the learning process in elementary school.
