The purpose of the research is to study the components and problems inhibiting the development of the interrelationship of economic, marketing, educational aspects in the innovative development of the transport sector. The methodological base is as follows: methods of sociological analysis and conducting surveys on the “Typeform” platform, methods of bibliometric and patent analysis, which are based on search platforms Web of Science and Derwent Innovation. 1000 economists, marketing experts, teachers, and students took part in the survey (Ukraine). It has been determined that the economic aspects consist of the creation and development of a full-fledged international transport and logistics center; a network formation of transportation and logistics hubs; development of multimodal transportation, introduction of modern information and control systems, renewal of the vehicle fleet, incentives towards creation of large local freight forwarders. The problematic issues of the sector have been outlined. It has been found out that the principal directions of innovative development are integration of machine-building and information technologies into transportation tools and infrastructure, etc.

In spite of natural coal reserves availability in Ukraine the unprofitability of its coal mining enterprises as well as the lack of branch special-purpose innovation funds and that of innovative development encouragement by government condition the complex of unsolved problems at coal mining enterprises and have the negative influence upon the search of strategic investors interested in the rapid technologic and technical progress in production and its economic growth. The existing coal mining industry experiences the demand for an economic network formation (not of commercial but of investment and subvention character) designed for joint functioning provision of unprofitable coal mining enterprises and businesses that are essential for such unprofitable mines’ survival because there is no better way than the direct participation of metallurgical, machine-building, and power generation industry in coal production. The experience gained in developed countries demonstrates that wastes can be not only the substantial factor of rational nature management but effectively utilized. Taking into account the fact that products of coal mining wastes have either qualitative-quantitative parameters specifying their physical value or a cost valuation, their production could be economically expedient that is profitable. The assessment criterion of economic attractiveness could include the level of products manufacture profitableness of coal mining wastes and their competitiveness in consumer market. Apart from the potential value of coal mining wastes from the viewpoints of their future utilization in various mineral and raw materials’ production it might also include ecological-economical and/or social-economical component The considered characteristics of values that may have various wastes of coal mining production allow conclusion making as for the reasonability of their ranging. The criterion of such ranging could be the level of their practical value for consumers or their preparedness degree for certain kinds of consumer values formed on their basis. The value of coal mining wastes that can be potentially profitable, competitive and investment attracting would affect the participation of certain investors groups in the innovative development of coal mining enterprises. Keywords coal mining enterprises, innovative development, economic network, products of coal mining wastes, consumer value.

This article discusses the issues of digitalization and using of information technologies, and in particular databases at all stages of the technological process of mining. In addition, the paper proposes options for protection against some of the possible attacks and information protection using countermeasures and control methods that exist at the present time. Database security is an important approach for planning and decision-making clear the security requirements of the database. Database security, especially for an industry such as mining, is a very important issue for companies. With increasing complexity of the databases, we may encounter with more complex problems related to information security.

The article proposes a methodology for assessing the innovative activity of a company, one of the areas of values of state corporations: «Innovation, innovative development, the ability to upgrade». To evaluate the effectiveness, the principle of decomposition of a global goal was used with its replacement for individual specific tasks according to the designated functional subsystems and objects (blocks) of assessment, which together give a generalized description of technological, technical innovations, their development and use, implementation of the latest digital information technologies, results intellectual research, the development of new business processes, management methods, organizational forms in business practice, as well as ability to sustainable renovation, improvement and prospects for innovative growth of the company and its sustainable renewal. The scoring methodology using the developed criteria boundaries of efficiency from ambitious to low efficiency and with assignment of significance scales by expert means involves the inclusion in each assessment block of six to fifteen traditional and composite author’s indicators, the complexity of which is determined by the complexity of the subject of the study and the described process. The methodology is universal in nature, can be used for large corporations and small companies according to a reduced set of indicators, it can be used in determining ratings.

Traditional arable management practice has tended to manage fields uniformly and has tended to ignore the inherent spatial variability found on most farms. This has been exacerbated by the increase of field size due to pressures from mechanization. Precision farming is a management practice that has been made possible by the advent of suitable information technologies, and it provides a framework within which arable managers can more accurately understand and control what happens on their farms.

Abstract With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and information technologies, more and more manufacturing systems become cyber-enabled, which significantly improves the flexibility and productivity of manufacturing. Furthermore, a large variety of online sensors are also commonly incorporated in the manufacturing systems for online quality monitoring and control. However, the cyber-enabled environment may pose the collected online stream sensor data under high risks of cyber-physical attacks as well. Specifically, cyber-physical attacks could occur during the manufacturing process to maliciously tamper the sensor data, which could result in false alarms or failures of anomaly detection. In addition, the cyber-physical attacks may also illegally access the collected data without authorization and cause leakage of key information. Therefore, it becomes critical to develop an effective approach to protect online stream data from these attacks so that the cyber-physical security of the manufacturing systems could be assured. To achieve this goal, an integrative blockchain-enabled method, is proposed by leveraging both asymmetry encryption and camouflage techniques. A real-world case study that protects cyber-physical security of collected stream data in additive manufacturing is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The results demonstrate that malicious tampering could be detected in a relatively short time and the risk of unauthorized data access is significantly reduced as well.
