This study aimed to identify and analyze the effect of leadership and spirituality styles on organizational commitment and performance of Balai Yasa Surabaya. The population were all staff in the production unit that were determined using non-random sampling. The technique sampling was saturated sampling; and the samples were 155 respondents. While the analysis technique applied SEM (Structural Equation Model). As the results, this study indicated that the leadership style had a significant effect on organizational commitment, that the spirituality had a sigificant effect on organizational commitment, that the organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, that the leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance, and that the spirituality had a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the organizational commitment mediated the effect of  leadership style on employee performance; and the organizational commitment mediated the effect of spirituality on employee performance.              Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan spiritualitas terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh, semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel yakni sebanyak 155 responden. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan penentuan non random sampling dimana respondennya merupakan karyawan bagian unit produksi dan unit penunjangnya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, spriritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan spiritualitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh spiritualitas terhadap kinerja karyawan

<p>This study aims to analyze the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and the safety climate on organizational commitment and employee performance. Using the survey method, responses from 218 respondents were collected to understand the complete picture of a port service industry in Indonesia. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and it reveals that each safety culture variable, safety climate safety leadership, and employee commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment variables may enhance the effects of safety culture, safety leadership and a safety climate on employee performance.</p>

Abstrak: Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di BKKBN dengan menggali hubungan antara kinerja pegawai dengan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya, yakni organizational commitment, happiness at work, dan motivasi kerja. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriftif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS3 terhadap 200 data responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment dan happiness at work berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Adapun saat hubungan antara organizational commitment dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, menunjukkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi hubungan secara signifikan. Begitu juga saat hubungan antara happiness at work dengan kinerja pegawai dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa motivasi kerja berhasil memediasi hubungan secara signifikanAbstract:  The focus in this research is to improve employee performance in The BKKBN by exploring the relationship between employee performance with factors influenced, include of organizational commitment, happiness at work, and work motivation. The approach of this research uses quantitative methods. Primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of data processed by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Structural Equation Model through SmartPLS3 software to 200 respondents' data. The results showed that organizational commitment and happiness at work had a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. As for the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, showing the results that work motivation can mediate significantly. The same of the relationship between happiness at work and employee performance is mediated by work motivation, the results show that work motivation successfully mediates the relationship significantly.

This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

<span>Previous research has increased our understanding of organizational commitment; however, few researchers have analyzed the antecedents and consequences of organizational commitment of marketing managers. A structural equation model explaining the organizational commitment of 335 marketing managers was developed and tested. Higher levels of distribute justice, job satisfaction, promotional opportunity and seniority were significant predictors of organizational commitment. Marketing managers intention to leave their jobs was highly influenced by their degree of organizational commitment. Kinship responsibility was not a significant predictor in the model.</span>

Then the size of the sample used in this study were 60 respondents who were employees with managerial level downwards. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS version 3 program. The results showed that competence and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Maleo Kreatif Indonesia. Furthermore, competence, motivation and have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment at PT. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee performance through motivation as a mediation variable. This research was conducted at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Branch Office Negara with population and sample of research all employees working at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Branch Office Negara, which is 61 people. All data obtained from the questionnair distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance-based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis.The results showed that (1) leadership had positive and significant effect on motivation, (2) organizational climate had positive and significant effect on motivation, (3) leadership had positive and significant effect to employee performance, (4) organizational climate had positive and significant effect on performance employees, (5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The implication of this research is that leadership can be improved by paying attention to information sharing so that employees' performance is increasing, organization climate can be improved by paying attention to commitment among employees to increase employee Performance. Motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for groups to improve employee performance last employee performance can be improved by taking into account the quantity of work.
