This study aims is to test and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Smailing Tour Denpasar with population and research sample of all permanent employees that is 90 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the employee's performance, (2) the motivation has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, (3) the job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to the employee's performance; (4) the motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The implication of this research is that motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for workplace environment to improve employee performance, job satisfaction can be improved by paying attention to the work itself in order to increase employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by taking into account the effectiveness of employees.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work ability on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Rio Motor Angsana Tanah Bumbu Regency - South Borneo. The research method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) is a multivariate statistical analysis technique used to build, estimate, and test causal relations. Partial Least Square (PLS) estimation method in analyzing SEM and building a desktop-based application for the PLS method that is easy to use. The use of PLS method itself is because it is an alternative method in analyzing SEM models that have small amounts of data and are not normally distributed. This study uses R software to help analyze the use of the PLS method. The results showed that the value of R2 produced was 51%, which meant that the model built was categorized as a good model. In the significance test with a significance level of 5%, the results showed that work motivation and work ability had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance at the UD workshop. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) merupakan teknik analisis statistik multivariat yang digunakan untuk membangun, mengestimasi, dan menguji relasi sebab akibat. metode estimasi Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam menganalisis SEM dan membangun sebuah aplikasi berbasis desktop untuk metode PLS yang mudah untuk digunakan. Penggunaan metode PLS sendiri dikarenakan sebagai metode alternatif dalam menganalisis model SEM yang memiliki data berjumlah kecil dan tidak berdistribusi normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan software R untuk membantu menganalisis penggunaan  metode PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 yang dihasilkan adalah 51% yang berarti model yang dibangun dikategorikan model yang baik. Pada uji signifikansidengan taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada pada bengkel UD. This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Khrisna Multi Lintas Cemerlang with the research population were all employees who work in the company. All data obtained from questionnaires were suitable for use, then were analyzed by using structural equation model based on variant analysis which is known as Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that the leadership style has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, the leadership style has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positive and significant on employee performance. The implication of this research was that the leadership needs to give freedom to subordinate to express their opinions, the workplace air temperature was well regulated, the work that was charged according to the ability and expertise, always guided by the company standard in carrying out each task and the employee has high knowledge in solving problem

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci—Konflik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee performance through motivation as a mediation variable. This research was conducted at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Branch Office Negara with population and sample of research all employees working at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Branch Office Negara, which is 61 people. All data obtained from the questionnair distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance-based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis.The results showed that (1) leadership had positive and significant effect on motivation, (2) organizational climate had positive and significant effect on motivation, (3) leadership had positive and significant effect to employee performance, (4) organizational climate had positive and significant effect on performance employees, (5) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.The implication of this research is that leadership can be improved by paying attention to information sharing so that employees' performance is increasing, organization climate can be improved by paying attention to commitment among employees to increase employee Performance. Motivation can be improved by taking into account the need for groups to improve employee performance last employee performance can be improved by taking into account the quantity of work.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Environment towards Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. This study uses primary data that was collected from questionnaires distributed indirectly (through social media). The population in this study are employee of PwC Indonesia based in Jakarta in the audit division. The samples used in this study are 115 respondents in total that was collected using Slovin formula. The data was processed with Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model using SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. Findings of this study show that Work Environment does influence Job Satisfaction with Motivation as intervening. Motivation partially intervenes the influence of Work Environments towards Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan secara tidak langsung (melalui media sosial). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PwC Indonesia yang berada di Jakarta pada divisi audit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 115 responden yang didapatkan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data diproses dengan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.7. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja memang mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja dengan Motivasi sebagai Intervening. Motivasi memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja.

Improving employee performance is an important and mandatory thing to be realized, especially in local government organizations. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of the Department of Investment and One Stop Services (DPMPTSP) of Yapen Islands Regency with a population of 32 employees, where all employees were used as samples. The independent variables in this study are leadership, competence and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and then measuring the variables using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS version 3. The results showed that: 1) leadership had no significant effect on employee performance, but had a significant effect on job satisfaction; 2) competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but is not significant in influencing job satisfaction; 3) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction; 4) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction can mediate the relationship of leadership to employee performance, but cannot mediate the relationship of competence and organizational culture to employee performance.

This research aims to investigate further regarding those influence which come from personal characteristics, motivation and work discipline towards employee performance at PT Hi-Lex Cirebon.  The research population was employees from PT Hi-Lex Cirebon, with a total sample of 103 employees.  The research method used a quantitative method.  The data were processed through Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis by SmartPLS 3.2.7 software.  The results showed that the personal characteristics had a positive influence on employee performance, motivation had none relate to employee performance and work discipline had a positive influence on employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance as a result of the gap of previous research results (research gap) and differences of focus on organizational culture and Organizational Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Koperasi Desa Adat Kerobokan Kuta Utara Badung with population and research sample of all employees as many as 60 people. All data obtained from the kuisoner distribution is feasible to be used, then analyzed using a variance based structural equation model known as Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The result of research shows that (1) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture has positive and significant influence Employee Performance, (3) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant influence to Job Satisfaction (4) Organizational Commitment have positive and significant on Employee Performance, (5) Job Satisfaction mediates the influence of organizational culture and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The implications of this research that Job Satisfaction and Performance can be applied with respect to Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment. Employee performance is increasing, job satisfaction is increasing and it can all be improved by taking into account Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor kontekstual dalam pengaruhnya pada intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang telah mengikuti kegiatan BOSS, Business Orientation at Super Suro, yakni kegiatan kompetisi berwirausaha yang diadakan untuk mengasah mental entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa peserta BOSS, sehingga diperoleh informasi yang berguna bagi evaluasi dan penentuan strategi pelaksanaan BOSS selanjutnya. Faktor kontekstual dipilih dalam penelitian ini, sebagai salah satu faktor yang dianggap penting dalam mempengaruhi intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi adalah mahasiswa peserta BOSS pada tahun 2019. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi program Structural Equation Model (SEM)  Partial Least Square (Smart PLS). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa faktor kontekstual berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi kewirausahaan mahasiswa BOSS.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, faktor kontekstual, intensi
