The agricultural sector, especially the food crops sub-sector is an important sub-sector to realize food security which is a national development goal. Agricultural insurance is a solution offered by the government through the Ministry of Agriculture to overcome crop failure caused by extreme climate change, which will have an impact on national food security. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors associated with the participation of farmers in the successful implementation of the program asu warranty rice farming in the city of Padang . Data collection consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using surveys and interviews, with the number of research respondents as many as 60. Data analysis using quantitative analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling approach - martial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the characteristics of farmers had a negative or opposite effect on the success of the AUTP program in Padang , the stronger the characteristics of farmers would reduce the success of the AUTP program . Variables that have a significant effect are the characteristics of the nut; level of education; s IKAP to change; farm experience ; and land area .Keywords: AUTP, Farmer Participation, SEM-PLS Analysis

This study aims to determine the empowerment process in the KRPL program conducted by the Malang Agriculture Service-KP Office at Cemara Hijau KWT Karangbesuki Village. This program is the government's effort to maintain the existence of agriculture and food security from decreasing urban agricultural land through the empowerment of domestic women's groups. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using Wilson's empowerment process which includes the process of awakening, understanding, harnessing, and using. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the empowerment research on the vegetable cultivation activity KRPL program, KWT CHF can produce food contributions with a harvest weight of 25-40 kg. Within one month KWT CHF earns an income of around Rp. 1,000,000 to Rp. 2,500,000 from the sale of harvested vegetables. The income is used to pay salaries of Rp. 5,000 per day to active CHF KWT members. Active members earn income around Rp. 250,000 to Rp. 350,000 per month. The research concludes that KWT CHF has been empowered and can be said to be successful. This success was seen from the additional income obtained by KWT CHF from the KRPL program activities in Karangbesuki Village.Keywords: Empowering Women Farmers Group, revenue additions, KRPL Program

Food security is inseparable from the factors of availability, quality, and affordability of food, where the condition of a country is able to meet the food needs of society ranging from families to individuals. This is in accordance with the contents of the latest Law number 18 of 2012 concerning Food which states that food security includes availability in quantity, quality, and affordability, the aim is to create a healthy, productive and sustainable life. This paper discusses how much influence the urban farming program as one of the government programs to achieve food security, especially family food. This research was conducted in several villages in five districts of Malang, namely Klojen, Suku, Lowokwaru, Blimbing, and Kedungkandang. The research method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive, with primary data collection techniques conducted by interviews and field observations. While secondary data collection is done by library and documentation techniques. Through the research conducted, the results show that this urban farming program has an influence on several points regarding food security contained in Law number 18 of 2012 including availability, quality, and affordability. Besides that, there are also locations that are less able to develop urban farming programs effectively, due to several obstacles encountered in implementing the program.

This research took place in Sitinjau Laut Sub-District with the formulation of the problem: How is the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency? The aim of this research is to know and explain about the implementation of the Non Food Cash Aid Program  in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency. The research method is a qualitative with. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 19 people. The data analysis technique is data triangulation. Based on the results of research, namely the assistance provided by the government has been implemented in a structure, on target, on time and reduces the burden on the poor in terms of expenditure and can help the food security of the poor.
