AbstractWe study the decomposition of left regular ordered semigroups into left regular components and the decomposition of intra-regular ordered semigroups into simple or intra-regular components, adding some additional information to the results considered in [KEHAYOPULU, N.: On left regular ordered semigroups, Math. Japon. 35 (1990), 1057–1060] and [KEHAYOPULU, N.: On intra-regular ordered semigroups, Semigroup Forum 46 (1993), 271–278]. We prove that an ordered semigroup S is left regular if and only if it is a semilattice (or a complete semilattice) of left regular semigroups, equivalently, it is a union of left regular subsemigroups of S. Moreover, S is left regular if and only if it is a union of pairwise disjoint left regular subsemigroups of S. The right analog also holds. The same result is true if we replace the words “left regular” by “intraregular”. Moreover, an ordered semigroup is intra-regular if and only if it is a semilattice (or a complete semilattice) of simple semigroups. On the other hand, if an ordered semigroup is a semilattice (or a complete semilattice) of left simple semigroups, then it is left regular, but the converse statement does not hold in general. Illustrative examples are given.

AbstractIt has been proved by Tôru Saitô that a semigroup S is a semilattice of left simple semigroups, that is, it is decomposable into left simple semigroups, if and only if the set of left ideals of S is a semilattice under the multiplication of subsets, and that this is equivalent to say that S is left regular and every left ideal of S is two-sided. Besides, S. Lajos has proved that a semigroup S is left regular and the left ideals of S are two-sided if and only if for any two left ideals L 1, L 2 of S, we have L 1 ∩ L 2 = L 1 L 2. The present paper generalizes these results in case of ordered semigroups. Some additional information concerning the semigroups (without order) are also obtained.

We introduce the concept of𝒩-fuzzy left (right) ideals in ordered semigroups and characterize ordered semigroups in terms of𝒩-fuzzy left (right) ideals. We characterize left regular (right regular) and left simple (right simple) ordered semigroups in terms of𝒩-fuzzy left (𝒩-fuzzy right) ideals. The semilattice of left (right) simple semigroups in terms of𝒩-fuzzy left (right) ideals is discussed.

AbstractIn this paper, we give a new definition of radicals of Green’s relations in an ordered semigroup and characterize left regular (right regular), intra regular ordered semigroups by radicals of Green’s relations. We also characterize the ordered semigroups that are unions and complete semilattices of t-simple ordered semigroups.

A new calanoid copepod, Allodiaptomus nongensis n. sp., is herein described based on samples collected from the Xe Lanong River (a tributary of the Mekong River), and 13 other localities in Central Laos. This is the sixth species of the genus Allodiaptomus Kiefer, 1936. The other five members in the genus were recorded from India, South China, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The features that stand out in the new species are in the male: the right caudal ramus has a large, biacuminate, conical process proximally, and the Exp-2 of the right P5 has a hook-shaped principal spine proximally. The new species is abundant in both temporary and permanent waters, but is restricted to Savannakhet Province. This Laotian endemic copepod is referred to by local people as “Pa Khayong”, which means tiny fish. Since high densities of this copepod can be found in the dry season (December until May), several man-made copepod traps are placed by local people along the river banks in Muang Nong District. Interestingly, large concentrations of individuals (body length: ~1 mm) belonging to the new species are harvested and consumed by these villagers. Additional information about this species and the copepod fisheries by local people in this area is provided herein. In this paper, the reassignment of Allodiaptomus rarus to the genus Mongolodiaptomus is proposed.

Abstract. Ijarah according to the syara is a contract which contains the provision of a benefit compensating with certain conditions. Bengkok land is an asset belonging to the village that is lent to village officials during their tenure and has the right to be managed by them both in private management or leased to third parties. The ijarah (rent) agreement is very vulnerable when considering that the crooked is not the perfect property of village officials, but only the management right. This study aims to find out how the ijarah law in the view of fiqh muamalah, to find out how the perspective of fiqh muamalah regarding the practice of the benthic ijarah contract which is polemic in the middle of the contract period with the death of the village head in the village of Cileungsir, Rancah sub-district. The author hopes that this research can be an additional information in the world of education., This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach that is, the author conducts observations, and direct interviews with related parties according to the problem under study. The results showed that of the entire pillars of ijarah namely, aqidain, ma'qud 'alaih, ujrah, and shigat had been fulfilled except two of the other ijarah requirements namely, an-nafadz conditions (applicable conditions), and legal ijarah requirements where there were no blessings from the new village head for the continuation of the remaining contract which is now using his land rights, from the lack of pleasure resulting in the permit granted by the new village head was deemed invalid. Keywords: Fiqh Muamalah, Ijarah, Bengkok Land.

For a proper subset $A$ of an ordered semigroup $S$, we denote by $H_A(S)$ the subset of $S$ defined by $H_A(S):=\{h\in S \mbox { such that if } s\in S\backslash A, \mbox { then } s\notin (shS]\}$. We prove, among others, that if $A$ is a right ideal of $S$ and the set $H_A(S)$ is nonempty, then $H_A(S)$ is an ideal of $S$; in particular it is a semiprime ideal of $S$. Moreover, if $A$ is an ideal of $S$, then $A\subseteq H_A(S)$. Finally, we prove that if $A$ and $I$ are right ideals of $S$, then $I\subseteq H_A(S)$ if and only if $s\notin (sI]$ for every $s\in S\backslash A$. We give some examples that illustrate our results. Our results generalize the Theorem 2.4 in Semigroup Forum 96 (2018), 523--535.

Oral hygiene is defined as the practice of keeping the mouth clean and healthy, by brushing and flossing to prevent the occurrence of any gum diseases like periodontitis or gingivitis. The main aim of oral health hygiene is to prevent the buildup of plaque, which is defined as a sticky film of bacteria and food formed on the teeth. The coastal guard is an official who is employed to watch the sea near a coast for ships that are in danger or involved with illegal activities. Coastal guards have high possibilities of being affected by mesothelioma or lung cancer due to asbestos exposure. So, a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions was created and circulated among a hundred participants who were coastal guards, through Google forms. The responses were recorded and tabulated in the form of bar graphs. Out of a hundred participants, 52.4% were not aware of the fact that coastal guards have high chances of developing lung cancer and Mesothelioma. 53.7% were aware of the other oral manifestations of lung cancer other than bleeding gums. Majority of the coastal guards feel that they are given enough information about dental hygiene protocols. Hence, to conclude, oral hygiene habits have to be elaborated using various tools in the right manner to ensure better health of teeth and gums.

Buying and selling is a way to transfer land rights according to the provisions in Article 37 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration which must include the deed of the Land Deed Making Official to register the right of land rights (behind the name) to the Land Office to create legal certainty and minimize the risks that occur in the future. However, in everyday life there is still a lot of buying and selling land that is not based on the laws and regulations that apply, namely only by using receipts and trust in each other. This is certainly very detrimental to both parties in the transfer of rights (behind the name), especially if the other party is not known to exist like the Case in Decision Number 42 / Pdt.G / 2010 / PN.Mtp

Visual field asymmetries (VFA) in the encoding of groups rather than individual faces has been rarely investigated. Here, eye movements (dwell time (DT) and fixations (Fix)) were recorded during the encoding of three groups of four faces tagged with cheating, cooperative, or neutral behaviours. Faces in each of the three groups were placed in the upper left (UL), upper right (UR), lower left (LL), or lower right (LR) quadrants. Face recognition was equally high in the three groups. In contrast, the proportion of DT and Fix were higher for faces in the left than the right hemifield and in the upper rather than the lower hemifield. The overall time spent looking at the UL was higher than in the other quadrants. The findings are relevant to the understanding of VFA in face processing, especially groups of faces, and might be linked to environmental cues and/or reading habits.
