Web Technology in Health Information System The paper gives a concise review of the implementation of the web-based systems in teleradiology, radiological information system, hospital information system and in other modern medical information systems. The paper presents PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) that have been domesticated in the vocabulary of radiological terminology and beyond. It points to the basic characteristics and objectives of PACS systems and DICOM standards, accentuating the needs for appliance of methods for digital signal processing and machine intelligence. It is concluded that assotiated medicine and information technologies lead to the progress of the mankind.

Health Information System or Medical Information Systems is an important and valuable concept which is mainly dedicated to the Health related issues and solutions. The Health Information System is combines with the management and also economical aspects for its real and healthy solutions. The Health Information System is the important name in most of the developed countries for their healthy and sophisticated healthcare systems. The Health Information System thus needs to be a valuable agenda in medical and clinical systems. The Health Information System is only possible with the initiation of the solid Health Informatics practice. The domain and knowledge field of Health Information System is deals with the fundamentals of Information Studies, Computing & Information Technologies, Management Sciences with the Bio Sciences such as Physiology, Life Science, Clinical and Health Management, Human Body etc. The Health Information System has many problems in the spectrum of technologies as well as in the field of economies etc. This is a kind of conceptual paper and mainly illustrated the issues of Governance, Policies, Economics etc for solid and healthy Health Information System building.

In article questions of development of automated, integrated information systems and databases (DB), created by the authors to ensure that the information and intellectual support of organizations and management of clinical processes in a general hospital. Analyze the schema information and intellectual support for the main stages of activity of the doctor in the organization of clinical processes and proved the effectiveness of the transition to electronic document management and management of patient records. The techniques and steps in the process of designing a database of such systems. Presented data models based on relational principles and taking into account the peculiarities of information provision of medical care in a clinical hospital emergency medicine. Sanctified issues for creating a database implemented taking into account the specifics of health care regulations, standards and related problems of formalization and standardization of information, the problem of choice of database management systems (DBMS), including for medical applications, the issues of intellectualization of the database and the formation of a knowledge base. Showing crucial modeling domain – automation object articles in this case – the diagnostic and treatment process. The main requirements to the database integrated health information systems. Questions of formalization entered into the database of medical and other information, the solution of which the authors carried out through the creation of special electronic templates for all aspects of medical practice hospital. Being developed by leading medical specialists clinic, they do not only facilitate the design, but also remind us that we should find out, to ask to examine and help select the best tactics. This kind of technology is human-computer interaction – an element of the programming actions of the doctor. This option is the task of formalizing entered into the database of medical information used to provide a single standard of medical information, standardize the order of the information entered into the database. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of the developed information system and performance of its database in the course of their use in the clinical setting. In particular, we studied the performance, response time and server load when working with different categories of users – doctors, nurses, administrators, and etc., which have shown the applicability of the developed health information system and its database to optimize the organization of clinical processes in the conditions of the experiment.

It is the deepening of the previously formulated a proposal on the functioning of the author in a single medical information space of two information systems - the integrated health information system and management information system trafficking drugs on the principle of complementarity and congruence. The problems of integration of various information systems for health care are discussed. There is proposed a quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of the joint use of information systems in the framework of the solution of a problem.

Medical informatics is the science that studies the creating, transmitting, processing and using information, data and knowledge to solve medical problems. It is medical technology due to participation in the process of formal medical decision-making. The first step in the development of health information systems in Serbia is the adoption of a national "Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Republic of Serbia by 2020". The aim of this paper is to consider the advantages of using information technologies in the process of health care provision in health care institutions in comparison to the previous, classical way of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data in the example of primary health care institutions. The methodology is a retrospective study of the presentation of implementation in information technologies on the example of the Health Center Niš for the period from 2004. to 2019. and presentation of the computer equipment status. The implementation of the health information system will enable: better and more efficient access to patient information, faster diagnostics, faster and more reliable selection of medicines, greater patient safety, more time for health care employees, better and more complete health-statistical reporting and faster transfer of biomedical knowledge. The introduction of a health information system will allow the creation of an electronic health record and electronic medical history. In 2011, the Health Center Niš became a user of the medical information system MEDIS.NET, which was realized in the Laboratory for Medical Informatics of the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Niš. The Adult Health Service and the Child and School Health Services were the first to use electronic records.

Healthcare is conventionally regarded as an important determinant in promoting the general health and wellbeing of peoples around the world. And in doing this, health education and information plays a major role, because it is a reliable medium and the most effective way to reduce morbidity and mortality in developing countries. We need to deliver vital messages and information to people at the lower quarter of the society, this information can be used for changing behaviors’ and practices, and this in turn can save and protect lives. It is in this context that the use of mobile phones in delivering vital health information and effective fieldwork reporting is of significance. This project seeks to use the availability of mobile service across the urban and rural areas to benefit healthcare.KEY WORDS: Health Information System; Mobile Health Information System, Medical Information

The Health Information System is widely used in healthcare contexts and has improved the performance, state, and effectiveness of health services and the overall patient well-being. Following the reform of the Romanian health system, and the context created by the COVID-19 context, there is an increased demand for such platforms. In order to strengthen the Primary Health Care system, there is a need to design new services performed with the assistance of information technologies that can reduce the costs and increase the quality of the health care services. This study provides relevant information about (1) the planning and development of the health information system, (2) the needed hardware architecture, (3) the usability and design standards for health information systems, (4) the testing and validation in the local market, (5) the integration of all requirements resulting from the system testing and (6) the continuous integrations and updates. All the information obtained during the planning stage is based on previous research regarding the analysis of existing national and international online medical systems.
