The risks faced by customers when using the services of LPD, with attention to and maintain the quality of the company provided to customers will be added value to the LPD. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on the perception of customer value mediated by risk perception. This research was conducted at LPD Pererenan Kabupaten Badung. The sample used is 100 customers. The technique of this research is purposive sampling and analysis technique used is path analysis technique. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the perception of value. Perceptions of risk have a negative and significant impact on the perception of value, which means that when perceived risk perceptions of customers when using LPD services are high, the perception of customer value on LPD is low. Service quality has a negative and significant impact on risk perception. Perceptions of risk mediate the effect of service quality on the perception of customer value positively and significantly, it proves when the quality of service and perception of customer value is high then customer risk perceptions aat using LPD services low. A good LPD business should be able to maintain the quality of service provided to its customers, in terms of service. LPDs should be able to prioritize the interests of LPD customers in financial services LPD, able to establish good service quality and perception of good customer value.   Keywords: service quality, customer perception, risk perception

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on store image, the influence of service quality on repurchase intention, the influence of store image on repurchase intention, and the role of store image mediate the influence of service quality on repurchase intention in Carrefour Bali Province. Repurchase intention is one of the company's goals because the repurchae intention is the action of the consumer to be faithful to the company. This research was conducted in the area of ??Bali Province using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect to store image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. The store image has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. Store image as a variable of mediation have an indirectly significant influence to repurchase intention through service quality variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Kartika Candra in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the quality of service significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Price significantly influence customer satisfaction by 40.0%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 50.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is the role of customer value perception mediate brand trust and quality of service on customer loyalty online shopping (case study on Zalora Online shop). This research was conducted in Zalora Online shop with analytical data path analysis technique. The number of samples obtained by using non-probability sampling method is 150 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be known brand trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Quality of service has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand trust has a significant positive effect on the perception of customer value. Quality of service has a significant positive effect on the perception of customer value. The perception of customer value has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality on satisfaction and its impact on the restaurant's ability to build customer loyalty. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The analysis technique used was SEM PLS. The results showed that the quality of service had an impact on satisfaction which led to an increase in restaurant customer loyalty. Managerial implications of research results should be that managers or restaurant owners could improve service quality through reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible so that customer satisfaction increases so that it had an impact on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Quality of Service Quality of Service Customer Satisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Cabang JNE Bandung. JNE is a freight company and documents that have been established since 1990. In 2004, JNE set up headquarters in Jakarta. The JNE Bandung has a branch office in Jalan Permata Kawaluyaan numbers 1-4 Soekarno Hatta, Bandung. The type of research used in this study was descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. While the sampling technique used was Non Probability sampling using purposive sampling and number of samples of 78 people. The results of this research showed that the quality of service (X) consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness simultaneously had significant influence on satisfaction of customers with significant value (p value) of 0.003 &lt; 0.05. Partial test results showed that the only variable that empathy has a partial effect on was customer satisfaction with the number of variables of significance (p value) amounted to 0.021 &lt; 0.05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and user value on the satisfaction and loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data is processed using SPSS 16. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis method with path analysis technique. The results of the study found that the quality of service had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the Padang City Library and Archives Service, the value of users had a significant effect on the loyalty of users at the City of Library and Archives Service, the quality of service had a significant effect on the satisfaction of visitors at the Department of Library and Archives of Padang, the value of users have a significant effect on the satisfaction of library users in the Padang City Library and Archives Office, satisfaction has a significant effect on the loyalty of users in the Library and City Archives Office in Padang, the quality of service through satisfaction has no effect on loyalty and so does the value of users through satisfaction does not affect the loyalty of users in the Padang City Library and Archives Service.

Hotel developments currently grow very rapidly. The emergence of new hotels increases the competition in the hospitality industry. This research aimed to determine the influence of the facilities, the quality of service to customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty in Borobudur Hotel in Jakarta. Data collection were done by distributing questionnaires directly to 360 customers in Borobudur Hotel, Jakarta. The analysis technique used path analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variables of facilities, service quality, and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty variables simultaneously or partially. In addition, facilities and quality of service variable have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variables.

The quality of service derived from online delivery service is very paramount to customers and the service providers since there is now a drastic shift by people to buy and sell via the old-style to doing businessonline and as such, quality of service delivery among other factors should be the hall mark. The aim of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting the quality of online delivery service among the students of University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). The probability sampling technique with emphasis on simple random sampling technique was used in this study wheredata was obtained using questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software from 385 respondents from UMK, City Campus. A pilot test on the validity of the questionnaire was conducted and the reliability test results show that all the variables are above 0.7 Cronbach’s Alpha value an indication of acceptability.The analytical results show that service speed, service price, information quality and perceived risk has positive affect on the online shoppers’ perception towards delivery service quality of online shopping. While, Pearson correlation revealed that service speed and information quality obtained the value under the high positive correlation; service price and perceived risk under negligible correlation. In testing the hypotheses of the study, itindicates that service speed and information quality hypotheses have strong relationship with the dependent variable while service price and perceived risk hypotheses had very low relationship with the dependent variable. This study was therefore based on the SERVQUAL model to determine customers perception on online shopping context. The study recommends that different methodologies can be used by future researchersby conducting interview, or broadening the scope of the study in order to find out the exact perception of customers like students on online shopping towards delivery service quality of online shopping.Therefore, the result of this study can be used as a reference by the practitioners or the online stores, enrich the body of knowledge as well as form basis for future researchers that are interested in this field.
