The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative, and the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of the research is explanatory. Data collection was performed by means of documentation. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Population were consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2015 to 2018 totaling 26 companies. The 104 samples of the study were drawn by purposive sampling technique. The research used a classic assumption test such as the test for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. The research model used is multiple linear regression. The study concludes that simultaneously Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Inventory Turn have a significant effect on Return On Assets. Partially, Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) do not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) while the Inventory Turn Over has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) of consumer goods companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 -2018.

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of the current ratio, fixed asset turnover, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets on stock prices. The sample in this study amounted to 36 companies taken from a population of 42 companies in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 and 2020. Determination of the number of samples was carried out by purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Testing was carried out separately between data for 2019 and data for 2020. Data for 2019 shows conditions before the covid-19 pandemic, while data for 2020 shows condition during the covid-19 pandemic. The result of the study found empirical evidence that the current ratio, fixed assets turnover, and return on assets had e effect on stock prices in both condition. Meanwhile, the debt to equity ratio has an effect but is not in accordance with the exixting theory where the debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on stock prices. In this study, the debt to equity ratio has a positive effect, this indicate that the company’s capital structure uses more funds provided by creditors to generate profits.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of fundamental and macroeconomic analysis on stock price. The research was conducted at a coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Fundamental analysis measured by current ratio, debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS), return on assets (ROA), and total assets turnover (TATO), while macroeconomic analysis is measured by inflation and exchange rate. Current ratio (CR) has a positive effect on Stock Price. Strengthening this level of liquidity can provide information to investors to decide to buy shares of companies that tend to be healthy and stable. Return on assets (ROA) has a positive and significant influence on stock price. Efforts to maximize the level of profitability by increasing the value of return on assets can provide information to investors that investments invested in the company will provide good profit. The impact of stock prices will rise. While debt to equity ratio (DER), earning per share (EPS) and total assets turnover (TATO) have no effect on Stock Price. Macroeconomic analysis shows: (a) Inflation rate has no effect on stock price of coal company. This can be because the inflation rate in Indonesia is at the level of 6% -7% per year and included in the category of mild inflation. Mild inflation resulted in very slow economic growth, not affecting stock prices. The exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on coal company stock price. If the Rupiah is depreciated then the stock price of the coal company will decrease.
