This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of Talent Management and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance through Employee Retention. The population in this study are Talent Ready Now employees at the Directorate General of Tax whose work location is in DKI Jakarta. “The sample size was taken as many as 100 respondents, with non-probability sampling methods especially perposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method.” The results of this study indicate that (1) Talent Management has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance  (2) Talent Management indirectly has no significant and negative effect on Employee Performance through Employee Retention   (3) Knowledge Management has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance  (4) Knowledge Management indirectly has a significant and positive effect on Employee Performance  through  Employee  Retention Keywords: Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Performance, Employee Retention

This study analyzes the effect of word of mouth, perceived quality, and use of technology on application-based transportation decisions. The method used in this research is a case study of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. Questionnaires were given to 100 respondents consisting of several members of the Muslim community in Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that word of mouth had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, perceived quality had a significant positive effect on decisions to use application-based transportation, and use of technology had a negative effect on decisions to use application-based transportation.

Budget performance and managerial performance in public sector has been public concern and much noticed by the public since they are closely related to the aspects of public accountability. Achievement of budget performance and managerial performance is determined by the level of transparency and budgetary goal characteristics which consists of indicators of budgetary participation, difficulty in budget goals, budget feedback, budget evaluation and difficulty in budget goals.                This research was conducted to examine the effect of budgetary goal characteristics and transparency on budget performance and managerial performance in the Housing, Settlement and Land Agency (DPKPP) of Denpasar City, Bali Province. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires and obtained as many as 51 respondents as samples based on purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square analysis.                The results showed that the budgetary goal characteristics did not affect budget performance, the budgetary goal characteristics had a positive effect on managerial performance, transparency had a positive effect on budget performance, while transparency had a negative effect on managerial performance in DPKPP Denpasar.

Purpose- The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of Transformational Leadership and Expertise Competencies on the employee performance of PBMTI Jepara. Methods- Data were collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Findings- The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and skills competencies influence performance. Unexpectedly, the results show that transformational leadership has a negative effect on performance, while the Skills Competency has a positive effect on performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at BMT in the city of Tangerang. Research based on the importance of compensation received by someone in a company related to the increased performance in the company. And motivation in work to obtain maximum result for his work in a company. The sample in this research was taken using a data collection method called purposive sampling. The number of samples used is as many as 35 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS software. The result of the research indicate that compensation has a positive and insignificant effect on the construct of direct employee performance. And motivation has a significant positive effect on the construct of employee performance directly.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and knowledge sharing on employee performance. The object of this research is the part of staffing in communication and informatics institutions located in Jakarta. This study was conducted on 30 respondents with this researcher using the sample method: saturated or biases is also called the census method and the data obtained is analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS software. The result is organizational climate has positive and significant effect performance, and knowledge sharing has negative and insignificant effect to employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to be able to analyze the effect of moral on perception of tax evasionmediated by taxpayer compliance. Calculation of the number of research samples using Slovinformula, the sample in the study was as many as 100 questionnaires distributed directly in CentralSemarang Two Primary Tax Office with the permission of the official in charge of the Tax Office. Dataanalysis uses the WarpPLS 4.0 program with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The Results ofpreviois studies as follows moral has a positive effect on the compliance. Compliance has a negativeeffect on perception of tax evasion. Moral has a negative effect on perception of tax evasion.Compliance mediates the effect of moral on perception of tax evasion.

<p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

To trigger consumer transactions in order to buy a certain product and encourage aggressive purchasing decisions. One trick is that promotion is able to stimulate demand for a product. With the promotion, it is expected that consumers will want to try these products and encourage existing consumers to buy products more often so that re-purchases will occur and the sales volume of a company's products will increase. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the sales goals of a company. In order for consumers to be willing to subscribe, they must first be able to try or research the goods produced by the company, so that buyers can be sure of these goods. Targeted promotion is expected to have a positive effect on increasing sales. Promotion is an important aspect of marketing management and is often said to be a continuous process. With promotion, people who are not interested in buying a product will be interested and try the product so that consumers make a purchase. The type of promotional mix is ​​the combination of the best strategies from the variables of advertising, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the goals of the sales program. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on glove purchasing decisions. Respondents of this study used 150 research samples at various hospitals, namely doctors and health workers, the tools used in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The success of an accounting information system in managing regional finances of government agencies is very important to note. Especially if there is a phenomenon of switching from one system to another. The success or failure of the system used can have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to assess the successful use of the SIPKD based on the DeLone & McLean Model (2003). The study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Regency of Buleleng. This study uses non-probability sampling method with saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is partial least square analysis. The results of the analysis found that there was a significant influence between the variables of information quality on system use, information quality on user satisfaction, system use on individual performance, and user satisfaction on individual performance. The level of success of the system measured at this level of effectiveness found that the implementation of SIPKD in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency was classified as successful. This study aim is to know the effect of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices Program, 5P Program related on Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia. This research is located in PT. Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia with 390 people population and the sample taken is 84 people using stratified random sampling technique with Slovin formula which is conducted from May to June 2018. Approachment to data analyze using Partial Least Square (PLS), namely Smart-PLS 3.0. Based on the analysis results obtained that Good Manufacturing Practices Program has a positive effect on Employee Performance and 5P Program also has a positive effect on Employee Performance.
