The success of an accounting information system in managing regional finances of government agencies is very important to note. Especially if there is a phenomenon of switching from one system to another. The success or failure of the system used can have an impact on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to assess the successful use of the SIPKD based on the DeLone & McLean Model (2003). The study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Regency of Buleleng. This study uses non-probability sampling method with saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is partial least square analysis. The results of the analysis found that there was a significant influence between the variables of information quality on system use, information quality on user satisfaction, system use on individual performance, and user satisfaction on individual performance. The level of success of the system measured at this level of effectiveness found that the implementation of SIPKD in the Regional Secretariat of Buleleng Regency was classified as successful. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the Millennial Generation Characteristics of Employee Engagement. The population in this study The study was conducted by taking samples of Millennials who are actively working at Micro Finance companies with a total of 150 respondents. The sample size was taken as many as 150 respondents, with probability sampling methods especially simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the value of R- Square (R2) Employee Engagement is 0.786 and Employee Satisfaction is 0.647 thus indicating that the contribution of Grit, Worklife Balance, and Jon Resources variables to Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction are 0.786 or 78.6% and 0.647 or 64.7%. And the rest is influenced by other factors not examined.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational climate and knowledge sharing on employee performance. The object of this research is the part of staffing in communication and informatics institutions located in Jakarta. This study was conducted on 30 respondents with this researcher using the sample method: saturated or biases is also called the census method and the data obtained is analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques through SmartPLS software. The result is organizational climate has positive and significant effect performance, and knowledge sharing has negative and insignificant effect to employee performance.

<p>This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, income, and locus of control on financial behavior. The population in this study were Lecturers at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The sample size was taken as many as 80 respondents, with methods through nonprobability sampling, purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (2) financial technology has no influence and is not significant in financial behavior. (3) income has a significant positive effect on financial behavior. (4) locus of control does not influence financial behavior.</p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of mediation motivation in the relationship of compensation to employee performance at Wisma Prashanti Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Wisma Prashanti Hospital with a total sample of 83 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out is a saturated sample technique, the entire population is used as a sample. The research instrument used a questionnaire and analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2 software. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) motivation mediates partially and positively and significantly on the relationship between compensation and employee performance. The implications of the results of this study indicate that compensation is found to be a major factor in improving employee performance.

This study aims to explore the relationship between human relations and physical work environment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative with an emphasis on hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study was 65 employees using the purposive random sampling method. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings of this study reveal that human relations and physical work environment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also prove that the human relation variable has a dominant effect on improving employee performance. In addition, this study provides insights to organizations in designing appropriate systems to improve employee performance..

As a service provider, PT. Telkom, Tbk is required to be able to provide service, a fast respons, precise and accurate to customers. Even though it has several facilities to accommodate all customer complaints in Indonesia, but in reality there are still many customer complaints that have not been resolved properly which need attention. In this study, measurement of user satisfaction toward service responsiveness uses a combination of ServQual method and WebQual method. The combination of both theories, effectively addresses multicollinearity (if many variables are highly correlated). In connection with that condition, based on the theory of service quality (ServQual) is used to determine satisfaction with the application, is there an influence of variables of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible toward user satisfaction both individuals and groups. While based on the website quality (webqual 4.0) instrument identify quality based on three variables, namely usability, information quality, and service interaction quality. PLS (Partial Least Square) model of calculation which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling is used to test research hypothesis. Reliability and validity have also been tested. The success of the banking industry in a crisis such as the Covid pandemic is highly dependent on employee performance. Employee performance in banking companies will increase employee efficiency and productivity. Employee performance improvement can be formed through accuracy in Work Placement and providing Work Motivation. Work Placement and employee motivation to improve performance are still debated in previous studies. Based on previous research gaps, this study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Motivation on Employee performance and to determine the effect of Work Placement on Employee performance through Work Motivation in employees of a government bank in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study was 58 people who were obtained by using the saturated sampling technique for employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that employee placement and work motivation influence the employee performance of a bank company. However, the Work Motivation variable as a moderating variable cannot be proven because there is no influence between the Work Placement variable on Work Motivation. The next researcher can retest and develop the concepts used in this research to contribute to the development and renewal of management science.

Bureaucratic Reform in human resources began with the birth of Law No. 5 of 2014 on State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The new paradigm in the ASN Law makes ASN employees a profession that has an obligation to conduct self-development and must take responsibility for performance and apply merit principles in the implementation of ASN management. The Ministry of Finance followed up the Bureaucratic Reform in hr with performance management policies. Performance management in the Environment of the Ministry of Finance consists of three main stages, namely planning, monitoring, and determining performance results and evaluation.  Performance evaluation results determine the performance value of employees and organizations, which affects employee careers and compensation. The solution by the Ministry of Finance is to implement management practices called Organizational Performance Dialogue (DKO) and Individual Performance Dialogue (DKI) whose main purpose is to improve the performance of employees and organization. This research is explanatory, where the research method used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with software for analysis using SmartPLS. Data collection instruments using questionnaires and structured interviews with research respondents are employees of the Ministry of Finance in Semarang City area. This research aims to know the effectiveness of performance dialogue on employee performance, so that the results are expected to be a reference in management practices in organizational units in the environment of the Ministry of Finance in an effort to improve the performance of employees and organizations. Keywords:Effectiveness, Individual factors, Leadership factors, Performance dialogue, Employee performance
