Utilization of information technology is a necessity in looking at opportunities available for decision making by the management. With the ability of information technology to analyze existing used the data into useful information for a company. OLAP is Able to Overcome problems in the data processing mechanisms guided to know various information from different angles. By utilizing transactional analysis, then we know the reaction of customers in choosing the products that we will market. The result of Web-based sales has Decreased for the Gianyar and Denpasar regions but has Increased for the Ubud and online areas so as to give a benefit in terms of production costs. With the training for a sales increase of sales can evenly across locations and need input from customers related to minimize returns.

One rapidly evolving technology today is information technology, which can help decision-making in an organization or a company. The data warehouse is one form of information technology that supports those needs, as one of the right solutions for companies in decision-making. The objective of this research is the development of a data warehouse at PT JKL in order to support executives in analyzing the organization and support the decision-making process. Methodology of this research is conducting interview with related units, literature study and document examination. This research also used the Nine Step Methodology developed by Kimball to design the data warehouse. The results obtained is an application that can summarize the data warehouse, integrating and presenting historical data in multidimensional. The conclusion from this research is the data warehouse can help companies to analyze data in a flexible, fast, and effective data access.Keywords: Data Warehouse; Inventory; Contract Approval; Inventory; Dashboard

ABSTRACT<br />Information on sales data required by the owner at Lilola Boutique as a basis for decision making and strategy . On the other hand, the large amount of transactional sales data that occurs at any time causes problems in these analyze process. To solve these problem, an OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) application was built. OLAP application is designed using the CodeIgniter framework which produces a fast and reliable web-based application and data warehouse as its database. To produce a good data warehouse, the Nine Step Kimball method were used. Stages of this method produced a snowflake scheme as a storage place for data warehouse. The implementation of the system design could produced the OLAP report required by Lilola Boutique. Testing the system using black box testing method that showed the performance of applications that run well. From the results of this study can be concluded that OLAP application made the process of sales transaction data analysis to produce reports as the basis of the decision-making process.<br />Keywords: Sales, OLAP, Data Warehouse, Nine Step Kimball<br />ABSTRAK<br />Informasi mengenai data penjualan dibutuhkan oleh owner pada Lilola Boutique sebagai dasar untuk pengambilan keputusan dan penentuan strategi perusahaan. Di sisi lain, banyaknya data transaksi penjualan yang terjadi setiap harinya menyebabkan kesulitan dalam proses analisa dan pengambilan keputusan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibangun sebuah aplikasi OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing). Perancangan aplikasi OLAP dirancang menggunakan framework CodeIgniter yang menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web yang handal dan cepat dan data warehouse sebagai basis datanya. Untuk menghasilkan data warehouse yang baik, digunakan metode perancangan Nine Step Kimball. Tahapan metode ini menghasilkan rancangan snowflake schema sebagai tempat penampungan data warehouse. Implementasi rancangan sistem dapat menghasilkan laporan OLAP yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak Lilola Boutique. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box testing yang menghasilkan unjuk kerja aplikasi yang berjalan dengan baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem aplikasi OLAP dapat membantu proses pengolahan data transaksi penjualan untuk menghasilkan laporan yang berkualitas sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan.<br />Kata Kunci: Penjualan, OLAP, Data Warehouse, Nine Step Kimball

<p class="BodyCxSpFirst">Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sangat penting bagi rumah sakit, karena berpengaruh pula terhadap kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang secara manual diubah menjadi digital dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metodologi <em>Nine step</em> sebagai acuan dalam merancang suatu <em>data warehouse</em><em>,</em> untuk pemodelan menggunakan skema konstelasi fakta dengan 3 tabel fakta dan 11 tabel dimensi. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya terletak pada sumber data yang diekstrak langsung dari <em>database</em> SIMRS yang digunakan rumah sakit, sehingga tidak ada ekstraksi data secara manual.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain data warehouse berbasis Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) sebagai sarana penunjang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. OLAP yang dihasilkan akan berupa desain data warehouse dengan berbagai dimensi yang akan menghasilkan tampilan informasi berupa Chart maupun Grafik sehingga informasinya mudah dibaca dan dipahami oleh berbagai pihak.</p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"> </p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong>Abtract</strong></em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em>The use of information technology is very important for hospitals, because it also affects the quality of health services, which manualy changed to digital using information technology. In this study, the authors used the Nine step methodology as a reference in designing a data warehouse for modeling using a fact constellation schema with 3 fact tables and 11 dimension tables. the different in this study from previous research is that the data source was taken directly from the SIMRS database used by the hospital, so there is no manual data extraction.</em><em>The aim of this research is to be able to produce a Data Warehouse design based on Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) as a means of supporting the quality of hospital health services. The resulting OLAP will be a data warehouse design with various dimensions will produce the displays information in the form of a graph or chart so that the information is easy to read and understand by various parties.</em></p><p class="BodyCxSpLast"><em> </em></p><p class="BodyCxSpFirst"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Abstrak Teknologi informasi (TI) menjadi bagian penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan. TI memberikan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan menawarkan perlengkapan untuk meningkatkan produktifitas. PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo merupakan Perusahaan Konsultan dibidang properti, yang sudah menerapkan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan data sistem informasi penyewaan properti yang berbasis web. Untuk memaksimal penggunaan teknologi informasi di perusahaan ini, maka akan dibutuhkan kegiatan audit IT. Audit TI yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini akan difokuskan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap rancangan database pada sistem informasi penyewaan properti pada PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo. Kegiatan audit TI ini bertujuan untuk evaluasi pengelolaan data pada sistem informasi penyewaan dengan menggunakan Domain Delivery & Support (DS)-DS11, yang membahas tentang bagaimana mengelola data secara efektif, yaitu dengan melakukan identifikasi kebutuhan data menggunakan kerangka kerja Cobit 4.1. Kemudian akan digunakan model maturity untuk mengontrol proses-proses TI, dengan menggunakan metode penilaian/scoring. Dengan adanya audit pada sistem informasi ini, diharapkan dapat menunjang semua kegiatan perusahaan dan memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan baik oleh karyawan maupun Direktur dalam menentukan pengambilan keputusan. IT provides an opportunity to gain competitive advantage and offer equipment to increase productivity. PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo is a property consultant company, which has applied the use of information technology for data management of web based property rental information system. To maximize the use of information technology in this company, it will require IT audit activities. IT audit conducted in this research will be focused to evaluate the database design on property information rental system at PT Triexpi Properti Advisindo. This IT audit activity aims to evaluate the management of data on rental information systems using Domain Delivery & Support (DS) - DS11, which discusses how to effectively manage data by identifying data needs using Cobit 4.1. Then the maturity model will be used to control the IT processes, using the scoring method. With the audit on this information system, is expected to support all the activities of the company and provide information needed both by employees and Directors in determining decision making. ABSTRACT - As an educational institution, Bina Sarana Informatika of course requires summary of information which is comprehensive and sustainable as a support to management in doing evaluation, planning and decision-making in the field of academic services. But the information system from operational data processing today can’t meet the needs, because it’s only able to produce detailed reports periodically. The research studies the development of a data warehouse for Call Center on The Division of Public Information of Bina Sarana Informatika in order to explore the strategic information contained in the operational database and present them in the form of summary information which is useful as input in improving the quality of academic services. By using a nine steps kimball approach, the research produce a data warehouse which is equipped with a web-based presentation application that can be easily accessed by all stakeholders of Bina Sarana Informatika. The development of data warehouse has been able to extract operational data into strategic information summaries that are useful to Bina Sarana Informatika management as supporting in doing evaluation, planning and decision-making in the field of academic services. ABSTRAKSI - Sebagai sebuah institusi pendidikan, Bina Sarana Informatika tentu membutuhkan ringkasan informasi yang komprehensif dan berkesinambungan sebagai penunjang bagi manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi, perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di bidang pelayanan akademik. Namun sistem informasi yang berasal dari pengolahan data operasional saat ini tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, karena hanya mampu menghasilkan laporan–laporan yang bersifat detail dan periodik. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan data warehouse Call Center pada Divisi Informasi Publik Bina Sarana Informatika untuk menggali informasi strategis yang terdapat pada database operasional dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk ringkasan informasi yang berguna sebagai masukan dalam usaha peningkatan kualitas pelayanan akademik. Dengan menggunakan metodologi kimball nine-step, penelitian menghasilkan sebuah data warehouse dilengkapi dengan aplikasi presentasi berbasis web yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh seluruh stakeholder Bina Sarana Informatika. Pengembangan data warehouse telah mampu mengekstrak data operasional menjadi ringkasan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi manajemen Bina Sarana Informatika sebagai penunjang dalam melakukan evaluasi, perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan di bidang pelayanan akademik. In the growing challenge of managing people, Human Resources need effective artifacts to support decision making. On Line Analytical Processing is intended to make business information available for managers, and HR departments can now encompass this technology. This paper describes a project in which the authors built a Data Warehouse containing actual Human Resource data. This paper provides data models and shows their use through OLAP software and their presentation to end-users using a web portal. The authors also discuss the progress, and some obstacles of the project, from the IT staff’s viewpoint.

The increased use of information technology leads to the generation of huge amounts of data which have to be stored and analyzed by appropriate systems. Data warehouse systems allow the storage of these data in a special multidimensional data base. Based on a data warehouse, business intelligence systems provide different analysis methods such as online analytical processing (OLAP) and data mining to analyze these data. Although these systems are already widely used and the usage is still growing, their application in the area of electronic human resource management (e-HRM) is rather scarce. Therefore, the objective of this article is to depict the components and functionality of these systems and to illustrate the application possibilities and benefits of these systems by selected application examples in the context of e-HRM.

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.
