During the development of oil and gas fields, the permeability of the reservoirs decreases due to a decrease in reservoir pressure and an increase in effective pressure, as a result of which significant reserves of oil and gas remain in the reservoir. To predict the rate of decrease in oil production rates during field development and to respond quickly, it is necessary to know the law of permeability decrease with an increase in effective pressure. Existing methods for describing the change in the permeability of rocks were analyzed in the paper. Numerical analysis of the results of core studies from previously published papers and the results of field well testing on the examples of the north Perm region oil fields showed that in both cases, regardless of the type of rock and the type of reservoir, the change in permeability can be described by the same equations (exponential and power-law). Obtained equations can be used to predict changes in the permeability of terrigenous reservoirs of the north Perm region oil fields. At the same time, according to the results of well testing, an intensive decrease in permeability is observed with an increase in effective pressure. Analysis of the nature of permeability changes using the Two-Part Hooke’s Model showed that significant irreversible deformations are currently taking place in the formations of the oil fields under consideration. Predicting the change in permeability from effective pressure can allow to optimize the development of oil deposits.

Currently, most of Chinese oil companies have getting in the later production period, the oil wells are processed frequently and the cost is increasing. In view of the higher problems existed popular in the oil fields such as multiple layers, big interlayer, the technology composited perforation and high energy gas fracturing has to construct with every layer alone, operate long time, cost high. The author puts forward the design research on the composite process of consecutive perforation-strong pulse fracturing for multiple oil layers and thick interlayer This paper introduces the basic design principle and technology method. The design is realized by using the technology of the perforation-symmetrical overpressure fracturing technology, the multi-pulse multistage fracturing, to efficiently guarantee the effect of perforating and pulse fracturing in every layer. The designed multistage detonating device makes the once completed construction technology used in the single well of the multiple oil layers with big interlayer come true. The field test application has gained good effects, greatly reduced the construction cost, and also promoted the application and generalization of the technology composited perforation and high energy gas fracturing.

A review of the literature on the use of thermal power plants (TPPs) in the production of asphalt concrete was conducted. The advantages and disadvantages of asphalt concrete coatings are analyzed. According to experts, the reason lies in the violation of construction technology. And, in principle, the topics of ensuring compliance with construction standards and legislative regulation are among the most relevant in the construction of roads in Kazakhstan. The features of the use of asphalt-resin-paraffin waste from oil fields and ash of the Kyzylorda thermal power plant as part of asphalt concrete in road construction are considered. The construction of the pavement with the use of asphalt concrete based on the composite binder system "Bitumen - asphalt concrete-tar-paraffin waste (ARPW) - TPP ash" has been developed. Due to the stratification of the concrete mixture, the cement milk will be separated from the coarse aggregate, so the upper layer, which experiences the main loads and impacts from the wheels of cars, turned out to be without the main coarse aggregate. This subsequently led to its rapid wear and the formation of a rut. Cement concrete coating with all the positive aspects described below and obvious, and here, too, there are disadvantages of these types of coating, it is not the inability to open traffic immediately after the completion of construction and the need for expansion joints. The author reveals not only the advantages of asphalt concrete coatings, but also the disadvantage of asphalt mixtures in practical use in highways.
