Hardware is a computer that can be seen and touched in person. Hardware is used to support student work and learning processes. The hardware should always be in good shape. If any damage should be done quickly. The benefits of this study provide a viable level of data against hardware tools. The purpose of this study determines that hardware that is worth using quickly and precisely so easily can be repaired and replaced. Hard-processed action consists of 12 projectors, 2 units of access point, 6 units of monitors, and 20 CPU units. To see the level of appropriateness regarding hard drives requires a rough set algorithm with that stage: information system; Decision system; Equivalency class; Discernibility matrix; Discernibility Matrix module D; Reduction; Generate Rules. The results of the 40 devices of study STMIK Indonesia Padang subtract college have 10 rules of policy on whether the hardware is still viable, repaired or replaced. So using a rough set algorithm is particularly appropriate to apply in a verifiable level of accuracy to fast and precise hardware.

STTAL is an educational institution to improve the student capability in managing naval technology. Annually, STTAL graduates diplomas and produces final task from the research of students. This product will then be exhibited at official exhibitions of the Indonesian Navy. The information system is designed for the final project and research of STTAL students. This information system is web-based to facilitate the information about the tools that are displayed and will help exhibition crews in conveying information about the tools to the visitors. This information system is easy to use, by scanning the QR Code on the device by Android smartphone application.   Keywords  : STTAL student work, Final Project Product Information System and STTAL Student   Research Based on Web, Android Smartphone, QR Code.

One of the information system built in Diponegoro University is Academic Information System. This system manages every process and outcome of academic activities. Academic information system is developed to meet the needs of process and academic data that is also always growing. One of growing academic process is the implementation of Credit Transfer System (CTS). Credit Transfer System is an academic process whereby every Diponegoro University student can attend lectures in subjects that are interested without being tied to courses and curriculum. The realization is that every student can take a course or KRS interest in any study program in Undip. With the implementation of the CTS, the Academic Information System should be developed by adding new features to adopt the system. The application of CTS in academic information systems is done by adding a group of menus to the academic information system, offering CTS courses, creating a CTS lecture schedule, looking at college schedules, viewing and printing present CTS lectures, creating UTS and UAS schedules, printing UTS and UAS att

Purpose Dissertations from the University of Novi Sad (UNS) are integrated with the research information system called the current research information system (CRIS) UNS. This paper aims to present a proposal for an extension of this system to enable the storage of student papers as prescribed by PhD study exam obligations. The proposed extension enables preservation and improves discoverability of scientific and technical works produced by students during their PhD studies. Design/methodology/approach An analysis of examination modes in accredited PhD study programs has been conducted. It was noted that students in examination modes verify the obtained results in the form of scientific and technical work. The main idea of this paper is to enable the preservation of those student results and to implement electronic services for retrieving those results by current and future PhD students to empower the development of science. Findings The proposal includes an extension of the CRIS UNS to store and publish student papers as prescribed as a PhD study exam obligation; an extension of the CERIF data model to enable storing of student papers; cataloguing student papers in the MARC 21 format; and a way to represent student papers in the Dublin Core format. Practical implications This paper can be a starting point for initiatives for the creation of institutional, regional, national and international Web portals for searching and browsing papers by PhD students. Social implications This system offers the improvement of cooperation between PhD students from different institutions and countries. Originality/value The paper presents an extension of institutional, national and international current research information system (CRIS) systems which will enable the preservation and improve discoverability of student papers produced during PhD studies. The proposed extension has been verified by its implementation within the CRIS UNS system, which also supports monitoring of the scientific competencies of students based on an automatic evaluation of published scientific results.

Current technology is often used by all groups, one of which is students in the Information Systems department at Tanjungpura University. One of the technologies used is a Smartphone which is a tool for students to communicate with each other even during the current pandemic, Smartphones are used for learning as well and each Smartphone has its own specifications that make it superior to other Smartphones, of course with the number of Smartphones circulating in the market. will be confused in making the selection, thus the decision support system to choose a Smartphone based on the specifications is made for the purpose of assisting in the selection of the Smartphone. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to complete the decision support system for Smartphone Selection During the Pandemic for the Tanjungpura University Student Information System which uses weighted summation for each performance rating for each alternative. In this study, the results of the calculations obtained from the survey are Samsung S21 5G with a value of 73.75, Iphone 11 64GB with a value of 48.75, Vivo Y17 with a value of 81.25, Asus ROG Phone 5 with a value of 80, Oppo A92 and with a value. 96.
