This study aimed to analyze the effect of Debt Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover ,Size Company, and Net Profit Margin of the Return On Equity. The research data is secondary data in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2011. The technique used for sampling using purposive sampling. Techniques used regression analysis, the classical assumption test and hipotesis thesting. From the results of simultaneous analysis indicates that the variable Debt Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Size, and Net Profit Margin significant effect on Return On Equity because it has a value of less than 0.00 singifikan singinikan value of 0.05. However, from the analysis of partial Current Ratio variables showed no significant effect on Return On Equity. The magnitude of coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 55.4%, which means that the independent variables affect Return On Equity of 55.4%, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other variables not presente in the study. This study aims to find out "Financial Ratios to Predict the Condition of Financial Distress in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange" with a total sample of 42 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques used purposive sampling and the number of samples in this research is 42 data.From the results of the partial test (t test) that the Current Ratio (CR) variable has a positive effect on Financial Distress, Debt Ratio (DR) has a positive effect on Financial Distress, Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive effect on Financial Distress, Return On Equity (ROE) does not affect the Financial Distress. As well as simultaneous testing (test f) Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE) simultaneously have a positive effect on Financial Distress.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity ((ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Earning Per Share (EPS) either partially or simultaneously. The research object used is the food and beverage industry which is listed on the IDX from 2013 to 2017. The type of research carried out is descriptive quantitative. The sample obtained after being carried out with a purposive sampling approach is 14 companies. The data used is secondary data in the form of reports financial industry food and beverage for the observation period. In this study, there are four variables, namely ROE, CR, DER, NPM as the independent variable and EPS as the dependent variable. The analysis techniques used are econometric analysis or classical assumption test, multiple regression, test of the coefficient of determination, and simultaneous test The results showed that the variables DER (X2) and ROE (X3) are partially significant significant effect on EPS (Y1), while the variables CR (X1) and NPM (X4) do not have a significant effect on EPS (Y1) and simultaneously CR, DER, ROE, and NPM have a significant effect on EPS.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning per share

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio on stock price of companies  listed  in  LQ45  index  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (BEI).  Profitability ratios here in include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),  and Eearning Per Share  (EPS). This study  was conducted to assess the financial performance of the company to generate earnings from an investment.This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the companies included in the LQ45 index from  2010-2013 amounting to 78. The total sample is 16 companies  belonging  to  and  representing  several  sectors  including  the  financial sector companies, automotive, property, plantation, infrastructure, mining, industrial cement, as well as the consumer goods  industry are consistently incorporated in the four observation period 2010-2013 in LQ45 index that has been determined through purposive  sampling  method.  Method  of  hypothesis  testing  using  Classical Assumption  Test,  Regression,  t  test,  F  test,  and  the  coefficient  of  determination  by alpha (α) of 5%.Regression analysis showed that in partial Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly influence the stock price while the variable Eearning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously  all  variables  Net  Profit  Margin  (NPM),  Return  on  Assets  (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock price. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of  0.899, which means that the independent variable Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable stock price by 89,9%, while the remaining 10.1 % is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.

The purpose of this research was to determine whether Liquidity Ratios (Current Ratio), Solvency Ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio), and Profitability ratios (Return on Equity and Net Profit Margin) have an influence on Earning Per Share.The type of data in this study are secondary data, the sampling method is used purposive sampling and methods polled. The company used a sample of 26 of 136 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2008-2011. This research is quantitative, and statistical testing using multiple linear regression test.The results of this study indicate that simultaneous four independent variables significantly influence the Earning Per Share. Partially shown that Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin has a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share. While Return On Equity has a positive effect but not significant to Earning Per Share. Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share.

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share on Stock Price of manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in observation year 2012 - 2016.Using a linear regression analysis method is assisted with the use of the SPSS program version 23 which utilizes secondary data from a sample of 15 (fifteen) chemical industry sector group manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012 to year period 2016. While the sampling method used is purposive sampling method. This study obtained the following results: (1) Net Profit Margin influential on Stock Price, (2) Return On Equity effect on Stock Price, (3) Earning Per Share effect on Stock Price, (4) ) The results of regression analysis simultaneously influenced the result that Earning Per Share effect on Stock Price. As for Net Profit Margin and Return on Equity does not affect the stock price. Keywords: NPM, ROE, EPS, on Stock Price.

This research aims to determine the influences of Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Debt Equity Ratio and Current Ratio toward stock price. The population in this research are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and sample acquired three companies from 35 companies from 2016 to 2018. This research contains six variables which are one dependent variable and five independent variables.

Every company has a desire to make a profit in every production. In addition, the wider community measures the success of the company based on the company's ability to earn profits seen from the company's performance, but not only that the success of a company is also seen from the achievement of the company's vision and mission goals. One alternative to find out the financial information generated is useful by predicting changes in earnings. Including financial conditions in the future is analyzing financial ratios. This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity on changes in company profits in food and beverage Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013 - 2018. The type of data used is secondary data, namely regarding financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 13 companies. All data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show partially the variables that influence the change in company profits are only Net Profit Margin. And simultaneously the independent variable has no effect on the dependent variable.   Keywords: Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, changes in company profits.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of profitability, solvency and liquidity ratios on the stock price of IDX30 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 30 companies listed on the IDX30 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample in this study was 15 companies. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements. The data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of the t-test showed that the profitability ratio (Net Profit Margin) partially had no significant effect on stock prices, the solvency ratio (Debt Equity to Ratio) partially had no effect on stock prices and the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) partially had no effect on prices. share. The results of the f test show that profitability (Net Profit Margin), solvency (Debt Equity to Ratio) and liquidity (Current Ratio) simultaneously have no effect on stock prices. In the results of the coefficient of determination, the percentage of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 7.1% and the difference is 92.9% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

This study examined the effect of current ratio and debt to asset ratio on net profit margin and stock prices of the sector basic industry and chemicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2019. The object of research was the stock prices of companies in the Basic Industry and Chemicals sector, which have been published through the official website of the Indonesian capital market. It was used secondary data derived from the monthly statistics, including Current Ratio data, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Asset Ratio, and data on closing prices for the period 2015-2019. In analyzing data, it was used path analysis of secondary data obtained from the basic industry sector financial statements of 60 companies. The company's performance in this sector is considered quite good when seen from the movement of the index value in the last five years. The results show that direct current ratio had a positive and significant effect on the net profit margin, and the debt to equity ratio did not significantly influence the net profit margin. The current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and the debt to equity ratio has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the net profit margin has a significant effect on stock prices in the basic industry sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Indirectly the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. In contrast, the debt to asset ratio has a negative and not significant effect on the company's stock prices in the basic industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

This research performed in order to test the influence of variabel, Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) toward Return on Equity (ROE). Methodology research as the sample used proposive sampling with criteria as (1) Manufacturing companies that listing at JSX who provide financial report year ending 31st December during the observation period 2008 – 2010, well available at JASICA index. (2) Companies must be the listined at the beginning of the period of observation and not on the delisting until the end of the observation period. (3) The financial report include the value of financial ratios to be studied include ROE, CR, DER, TAT, and NPM. (4) At the beginning of the observation period until the end. Total of 23 samples obtained from 131 firms during the observation period of three years in the manufacturing sector. Sample amount as much 69 during the observation period of three years. Data analysis with multi linier regression of ordinary least square and hypotheses test used partial t - test, simultan F – test at level of significance 5%. Empirical evidence show as CR, DER, and TAT to have not significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listing in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance >5%. While the rest NPM to have significant influence toward ROE of manufacturing companies listined in JSX over period 2008 – 2010 at level of significance 5%. While, four independent variabel (CR, DER, TAT and NPM) to have significant influence toward ROE at level of significance 5% as 0,000%. Predictable of the four variables toward ROE is 56,9% as indicated by adjusted R square that is 56,9% while the rest 43,1% is affected by other factors is not included into the study model.
