Sektor industri barang konsumi adalah perusahaan sasaran penelitian ini. Memakai metode purposive sampling diambil 29 sampel, dari 55 populasi. Selama lima periode observasi diperoleh 145 data sekunder yang kemudian diolah dalam SPSS. Rasio harga keuntungan berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan, dikarenakan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,734 dan t hitung 0,340. Harga saham secara parsial dipengaruhi oleh rasio keuntungan setiap lembar saham dan rasio pengembalian aset yang signifikan dan positif, diketahui dari nilai t hitung 5,634 dan 8,728 serta signifikan 0,000. Rasio hutang atas modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan karena nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu 0,403 dan t hitung -0. Secara simultan Rasio harga keuntungan, rasio keuntungan seriap lembar saham, rasio pengembalian aset dan rasio hutang atas modal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, dengan signifikansi 0,05 dan nilai f 4,062. ABSTRACT The consumer goods industry sector is the target company for this study. Using purposive sampling method, 29 samples were taken from 55 populations. During the five observation periods, 145 secondary data were obtained which were then processed in SPSS. The profit price ratio has a positive but insignificant effect, because the significant value is greater than 0.05, namely 0.734 and t count 0.340. Share price is partially influenced by the profit ratio of each share and the ratio of return on assets which is significant and positive, it is known from the t-count value of 5,634 and 8,728 and significant 0,000. Debt to equity ratio has a negative and insignificant effect because the significance value is greater than 0.05, namely 0.403 and t count -0. Simultaneously, the profit price ratio, profit ratio of each share, asset return ratio and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on stock prices, with a significance of 0.05 and a value of f 4.062.

This study aims to determine financial ratios which include Return On Assets (ROA), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) against Non Performing Loans (NPL) at Conventional Commercial Banks that are Go Public which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.bi.go.id and www.Idx.co.id. in the form of bank annual financial statements used as a sample with a time period of 3 years. While the sample of this study used purposive sampling method with certain criteria in order to obtain a sample of 14 banks. Based on the analysis method used, namely multiple linear regression which has passed the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing, the result is that partially Return on Assets (ROA) has a negative effect. significant, Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Costs per Operating Income (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have a negative and insignificant effect and Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a positive and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Loans (NPL). From the results of the analysis, the coefficient of determination is 0.240 or 24%. This means that the variables ROA, LDR, OEOI, NIM and CAR affect the NPL variable by 24%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Peningkatan jumlah kebutuhan hunian karena adanya peningkatan penduduk dan didukung adanya program Presiden Jokowi terkait Rencana Kerja Pemerintah (RKP) Nawa Cita 2016 mendorong meningkatnya industri semen sebagai bahan baku dari pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut. Hal ini menjadikan alasan bahwa sub sektor industri semen dapat dijadikan emiten atau tempat investasi bagi para pemilik modal (investor). Penentuan emiten bagi para investor harus didasarkan pada status perusahaan yang mempertimbangkan beberapa parameter seperti profitabilitas perusahaan tersebut dan kebijakan dividennya. Profitabilitas menunjukkan upaya perusahaan memperoleh keuntungan yang berkaitan dengan modal, aset, serta penjualan dengan rasio hitung NPM, ROA dan ROE. Sedangkan kebijakan dividen merupakan kebijakan perusahaan atas laba yang diperoleh dan dapat dihitung dengan rasio DPR serta DPS. Minat investor berdampak pada harga saham. Keuntungan berupa NPM dan ROA serta tingkat dividen berupa DPR tidak berpengaruh secara parsial (uji-t) terhadap harga saham, tetapi rasio ROE dan DPS berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan uji F terlihat bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen dengan nilai 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding students' perceptions of their understanding and readiness as users of information technology in accounting information systems on information quality. Also, the following research was conducted to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of ethical aspects in the use of information technology on information quality. Purposive sampling was chosen as a method of collecting data from the respondents of undergraduate accounting students. Of the total population, 75 respondents were sampled. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical analysis with descriptive test technique, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, classical assumption test, and absolute difference value test. The result is that the understanding and readiness of information technology users in the accounting information system affects the quality of accounting information and user ethics becomes a moderating variable that strengthens this influence.

The problem in this study is whether entrepreneurial attitudes and education partially have a significant on entrepreneurial interest student of management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Wijaya Kusuma University, Surabaya. The aim is to determine the effect entrepreneurial attitudes and education on interest in entrepreneurship whether significant or not. Variable identification consists of independent ang dependent variables. The independent variables are entrepreneurial attitudes and education, while the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship. The sample is determined by purposive sampling while the analysis is using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing carried out by t test are attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of management study program of Faculty of Economics and Business University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya while entrepreneurship education has a positive effect but does not have a significant on entrepreneurship in interest. To increase the interest in entrepreneurship among students, the cultivation of entrepreneurial attitudes needs to be fostered, among others, through the culvitation of self-confidence, inisiative, a spirit of leadership, courage in taking risks and being creative. The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya and lecturers of the Entrepreneurship Course must do their best to make this course a trigger for the emergence entrepreneurial interes among students. Things that can be done include rearranging course materials, the learning process, lecture facilities and infrastructure as well as entrepreneurial practice activities. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumen yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2020 sampai juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan bertepatan, semua sampel data telah dianalisis dari analisis regresi linier berganda memperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 4,9 % variabel produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan selisihnya 95,1 % berdampak oleh variabel lain seperti ikatan emosional, kepercayaan, kemudahan, kepuasan pelanggan dan pengalaman dengan perusahaan. Hasil pengkajian ini merumuskan bahwa produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan uji secara parsial memiliki dampak berdasarkan relevan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, service quality of Azis Birdfam in Boyolali. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and document studies conducted in May 2020 to July 2020. The sampling technique used was coincidental, all data samples were analyzed from multiple linear regression analysis to obtain an adjusted R Square value of 4.9%. product variables, price, service quality have an impact on customer loyalty, while the 95.1% difference has an impact on other variables such as emotional ties, trust, convenience, customer satisfaction and experience with the company. The results of this study formulate that the product, price and service quality using a partial test has an impact based on relevance to customer loyalty to Azis Birdfam in Boyolali.

Pada dunia modern yang menuntut perusahaan memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar dapat di kelola dengan srategi agar tercapai secara optimal, maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan tingkat produktivitas karyawan pada sebuah perusahaan di Boyolali yang membidangi beberapa usaha di bebebrapa sektor usaha yang berbeda[1]. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh antara jam kerja, insentif, dan kompromi terhadap produktivitas karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali[2]. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi dokumen[3]. Dengan populasi 132 karyawan, sampel pada data ini adalah 100 responden karyawan Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22[4]. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa jam kerja, insentif dan kompromi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap produktivitas karyawan[5]. Namun hanya jam kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan. ABSTRACT In the modern world that requires companies to have human resources that can be managed properly so that company goals can be achieved optimally, the authors conducted research related to the level of employee productivity at a company in Boyolali which is in charge of several businesses in several different business sectors[1]. This study aims to determine and prove the influence of working hours, incentives, and compromise on employee productivity of Shofa Marwah Group Boyolali. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and document studies. With a population of 132 employees, the sample in this data is 100 respondents of employees of the Boyolali Shofa Marwah Group.The data analysist  techniques used is multiple linear regresion using SPSS 22[2]. The result of thits study can be concluded t working hours, incentives and compromise have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee productivity. However, only working hours have a positive and partially significant effect on employee productivity[3].

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, brand image, dan experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening. Loyalitas pelaggan sangat penting bagi perkembangan sebuah perusahaan, karena dengan adanya loyalitas mampu meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Unsiq pengguna sepeda motor merek Honda. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan purposive sampling melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan pengujian hipotesis Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk, brand image, dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, experiential marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Experiential marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening, kualitas produk dan brand image tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.

Di era globalisasi seperti sekarang hampir seluruh perusahan di tuntut untuk menambah kemampuan sumber daya manusianya agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Maka penulis melakukan penelitian yang berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan. Bagian Spining 2 PT. Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali merupakan departemen baru. Esensi dari penelitian ini iyalah agar dapat mengukur dan bisa mengetahui tingkat kerja karyawan pada konsep pelatihan, motivasii serta kompensasi pada kerja spinning 2 PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. Pada penelitian yang di lakukan metode yang di gunakan iyalah metode kuantitatif. Cara pengambilan data melalui kuesioner dan stadi dokumen.  Dengan populasi 635 karyawan, sampel pada data ini adalah 250 responden karyawan bagian Spining 2 PT. Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. Teknik penyelidikan data yang dipakaiyaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil riset ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan,motivasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap produktivitas karyawan. In this era of globalization, almost all companies are required to increase the capacity of their human resources so that company goals can be achieved. So the authors conducted research related to employee performance. Spining Section 2 PT. Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali is a new department. The essence of this research is to be able to measure and be able to know the work level of employees on the concept of training, motivation and compensation at spinning 2 work at PT Sari Warna Asli II Boyolali. In research, the method used is the quantitative method. How to collect data through questionnaires and document stadi. With a population of 635 employees, the sample in this data is 250 respondents employees of the Spining 2 PT. Sari Warna Asli II, Boyolali. The data investigation technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22. The result of this researc can be concluded thats training, motivation, and compensation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on employee productivity..
