The cement industry is an industry that requires a supply chain system is structured and well organized, it is influenced by several things, namely the level of demand for raw materials (raw material), resources, production processes, scheduling, transportation, supplier, allocation, distributors, retailers, product until they reach the consumer. This paper discusses the supply chain system on PT. Semen Gresik ranging from an overview of the company, Aggregate planning, process and production scheduling and logistics of PT Semen Gresik and supply chain management to pursue the relationship and coordination between the processes of other firms in the business pipelines, ranging from suppliers to give priority to current customers as well goods between the company, since most upstream to most downstream. The  decision  to  determine  the  transportation  used  to  distribute  the  products  is  very important. Selection of transport strategy used to obtain the type of transport that provides a fast time in the distribution is done by comparing the transport strategy transport using trucks and trains. Stages of the bidding process conducted by the company Semen Gresik to the winning vendor specified delivery of bidder list, create request for quotation, quotation maintain vendor, price comparison, process purchase order, payments, and evaluation. Keywords : Supply chain, logistics, strategy, supplier

A supply chain is a network of suppliers, factories, warehouses, distribution centers and retailers, through which raw materials are acquired, transformed, produced and delivered to the customer. An effective and efficient way of managing this network is called a supply chain management system. The authors’ purpose here is to design a capable electronic supply chain system in an electronic market. The authors consider a supply chain composed of supplier, plant, and customer. The aim is to optimize a real time web-based fuzzy order-delivery system for which customer satisfaction is emphasized. As such, a comprehensive web-based order-delivery system in an electronic market is proposed and optimized applying fuzzy mathematical programming.

Future industrial development strategies, derived from current ideas, that is industrial development through a cluster approach. Cilegon city is a city with many petrochemical industries and other, it should be a potential that can give a positive impact for the welfare of Cilegon city community, the researchers want to design the cluster of the petrochemical derivative of IKM with supply chain system approach. The objective of the research is to design the development of a petrochemical derivative cluster of IKM in Cilegon, to determine the factors that influence the development of SMEs clusters, and to design improvement scenarios in the development of SMEs clusters with dynamic system simulations. Based on the results of SMEs cluster design, the stakeholders in the design are government, big companies, and business actors. Types of products to be produced are plastic packaging, plastic bottles, and plastic bags. The location of the right cluster of IKM development is located in Grogol sub-district. Raw materials used by petrochemical derivatives can be obtained from factories producing polyethylene in Grogol sub-district such as PT Lotte Chemical Titan. Factors that have the significant effect on SMEs cluster development are the factors of government support and local business power factor. The simulation result shows that the second alternative proposal is considered reliable enough to face the fluctuating market demand. From the simulation results obtained the average production of 228,513,6914 psc, the average production stock 821,742.4 and the average sales of 200,000 psc.

Corn flour as one of the products made from corn is an intermediate product. This product can be consumed directly, also can be used as raw materials in the food industry, feed industry and other industrial raw materials. In the supply chain system, corn flour industry is a part of the maize supply chain . To maintain the continuity of the flow of raw materials in the supply chain , the industry needs to provide corn flour that meets quantity with good quality according to consumer demand . It is closely related to the supply of corn as a raw material for corn flour. The provision of corn are also closely related to the availability of the amount of corn production obtained from the farmers. This paper discussed about prediction of maize production using artificial neural networks and a statistical forecasting . The input variables of corn production forecast in causal models were land and rainfall, while the output variable was the amount of corn production per month . The forecasting results would be used as input for the corn flour industry

By establishing a two-level symbiotic supply chain system consisting of one supplier and one manufacturer, we use Stackelberg method to analyze the optimal price and revenue model of supplier and manufacturer in the symbiotic supply chain under two power structures in which the supplier and manufacturer are dominant respectively, and analyze the influence of the degree of symbiosis and power structure on the model. Through comparative analysis, we find that: There is a relationship between the income level and the degree of symbiosis in the symbiotic supply chain. The change of power structure will affect the relative benefits of suppliers and manufacturers in the symbiotic supply chain. The manufacturer’s expected unit product revenue will affect the supply chain revenue when the manufacturer is dominant. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters is carried out through an example analysis, and the validity of the conclusion is verified. This paper has a guiding significance for the behavior of enterprises in the cogeneration supply chain.
