<p><em>Global competition requires organization to adapt to the ever-rapidly changing ways to do business in the global environment in order to keep survive. The success of the organization does not only depend on facility and infrastructure that is available but also on their employes performance. Therefore, an organization needs to realize how important the role of their employes for the triumph of the organization.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>The objective of this research is to find out the effect of job satisfaction and organization commitment to job performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) as meditation variable.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>There were 131 respondents of employee participating Respondents in this study were only limited to level of the Staff (clerk) until the Department Head only.The additional information gathered through focus group discussion with Human Resources Managers. </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>The summary of this research is there is effect of job satisfaction to job performance but not significant, there is effect of organization commitment to job performance but not significant, there is effect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) to job performance, there is significant effect of job satisfaction to job performance through OCB as meditation variable and there is significant organization commitment to job performance through OCB as meditation variable.</em></p>

Organizations are systems and human activities that work together. In line with that, the organization is said to be a rational coordination of the activities of a number of people to achieve some general goals through the division of work and functions through a hierarchy of authority and responsibility. Analyzing the influence of motivation on job performance, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on job performance, analyzing the influence of motivation on job satisfaction. This type of research is correlational analytic research. Correlation analysis is a statistical method used to measure the magnitude of the linear relationship between two or more variables. SEM, a complete modeling, basically consists of a measurement model (Measurement Model) and a Structural Model or Causal Model. This research is empirical evidence regarding the effect of motivation and OCB on achievement. This study uses a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of PT JNE Kota Kediri. The results showed that: motivation has an effect on OCB where effective motivation can increase or encourage an employee to feel satisfied, motivation has an effect on achievement. Where an employee who is committed to the organization will feel happy to be part of the organization, have trust and good feelings for the organization and have a desire to remain in the organization, and intend to do what is best for the organization.

The chapter investigates the impact of leaders' behavior on the employees' job satisfaction and how job satisfaction mediates three work behaviors: organization citizenship behavior, employees' deviant behavior, and job performance. A sum of 304 employees from higher learning institutes answered an adopted questionnaire. This chapter reflects a clear picture with respect to leaders' behavior the advanced era. Employees' deviance behavior emerged as organizational attention. This chapter is an attempt to identify the effects of superior' behavior on employees' job satisfaction. Further, the behavioral outcomes of job satisfaction in the form of job performance, organizational citizenship behavior, and workplace deviant behavior.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work satisfaction, organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior employees. A measuring tool used in this study is the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction, and organization commitment. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample population of this study is the employee of company X in Yogyakarta who has a position at low manager. There are 43 employees respondent. This study uses data processing test using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. We use regressions test analysis and the result are a) Ha received, r=0,616 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant. b) Ha received, r=0,322 with a value of p = 0.018, p<0.05 means that organizational commitment and OCB correlated positively and significantly. c) Ha received, r=0,448 with a value of p = 0.001, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and significantly correlated. d) Ha received, r=0,379 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant.

Problems of organizational citizenship behavior among academics, especially teachers in Islamic Boarding Schools, are underrepresented in previous studies. This research was conducted at Islamic Boarding Schools in Kuningan in the context of organizational quality. This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Engagement and Job satisfaction on Organization Citizenship Behavior through Job Organization commitment as an intervening variable. This study includes a type of comparative causal research with a quantitative approach using questionnaires to 130 respondents. The result shows that Employee Engagement and Job satisfaction have a significant effect on Organization Commitment. Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction, and Organization Commitment have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
