<p class="abstrak"><em>This study discusses corporate governance arrangements that are proxied by the board of independent commissioners, the audit board and complaints of social responsibility to the value of the company. This type of research is correlational research, with quantitative research. This study uses secondary data taken from the IDX website data. The sample used in this study proved 58 companies consisting of the mining sector during the 2-year observation period. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with an analysis tool using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate audit audit variables have a significant effect on firm value. While the independent commissioner variables and disclosure of social responsibility are not significant to the value of the company.</em></p>

The purpose of the study was to determine whether there are effects of institusional ownership, independent commissioner and the audit board to the value of the company. This type of research is correlational research, with quantitative research. This study uses secondary data taken from the IDX website data. The sample used in this study proved 60 companies consisting of the mining sector during the 2-year observation period. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with an analysis tool using SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate audit committees variables have a significant effect on firm value. While the institusional ownership and independent commissioner variables are not significant to the value of the company.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability on firm value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable on the finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population is all finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of the observation period, namely 2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 24 companies. The data used is secondary data taken from the company's annual report through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16 Program tool. Profitability is measured using Return On Asset and Return On Equity, while company value is measured by Price to Book Value and corporate social responsibility is measured by the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index. The results showed that Return On Asset had a negative and not significant effect on firm value, Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on firm value, CSR weakened significantly the influence of ROA on firm value, and CSR significantly strengthens the effect of ROE on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Value, Leverage, and Company Size on Earnings Persistence in Companies Listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Data obtained from the page www.idnfinancial.com. The data in this study are secondary data. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Samples that fit the criteria were obtained by 23 companies during the 2015-2019 observation period. Then the data were analyzed using the SPSS data regression analysis model.26.0 The results showed that firm value had no significant effect on earnings persistence, leverage and firm size had a significant effect on earnings persistence on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2015-2019 period.

The problem in this research is the low level of CSR disclosure or social responsibility in mining companies, even though in reality it is stated in the law that every company is required to disclose social responsibility. This research is an empirical study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, NPM and DER on CSR. This research is quantitative descriptive. The data used are secondary data with direct collection through the company's annual report. This sampling technique uses a separate sample criteria taken from mining companies that disclose CSR using the GRI index. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that partially the ROA variable has no significant positive effect on CSR, while the NPM and DER variables have a significant positive effect on CSR. However, all variables simultaneously influence CSR.

This study aims to determine the influence of price earnings ratio, debt to equity ratio, dividend payout ratio and firm size on firm value at LQ 45 company in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data as a source of data. This research uses purposive sampling technique and has 96 company samples. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that Price Earnings Ratio and Dividend Payout Ratio has a significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Firm Size do not affect on firm value.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

The purpose of this study is to prove empirically the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility and profitability on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique to obtain a total sample of 15 companies, so the number of observations with a study period of 3 years was 45 observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. After analyzing the data, the results obtained from CSR disclosure did not affect the value of the company and found a positive relationship between profitability and firm value. Keywords : Disclosure of corporate social responsibility, profitability, the value of the company.

<em>The rapid technological developments have an impact on the opening of global trade opportunities so that banks that carry out intermediary functions in the financial sector will be increasingly needed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial ratio and company growth on the stock price of banks with the status of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) as an intervening variable. This study is quantitative research with an associative approach. The research population includes 44 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample in this study amounted to four banks. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study uses secondary data with data analysis methods used multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t-test), and path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. This study indicates that DER significantly affects DPR, while ROE and company growth do not affect DPR. Furthermore, the DPR has a significant effect on stock prices, while DER and ROE have a significant effect on stock prices through the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and company growth does not affect stock prices mediated by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).</em>
