Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi berganda</em></p><p><strong><em>Hasil - </em></strong><em>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh </em><em>cultural intellegence</em><em> terhadap </em><em>job satisfaction</em><em>. The method used is census where all the population as many as 21 employee. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression.</em></p><p><strong><em>Finding -</em></strong><em>:</em><em>The results of this study show that. There is influence of cultural intelligence to job satisfaction. there is not influence of job satisfaction to job performance. There is not influence in cultural intelligence to job performance mediated by job satisfaction</em></p>

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, career development on job satisfaction, and the effect of compensation and career development together on lecturer job satisfaction at private universities. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 98 people spread across private universities in Serang City with B and C accreditation. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple regression with the SPSS version 24 tool. The results of this study are compensation influences on lecturer job satisfaction, career development influences on lecturer job satisfaction, and compensation and career development together influence lecturer job satisfaction.

This study entitled " the effect of motivation and job satisfaction toward job performance of Badan Pusat Statistik employees Ogan Ilir regency”. Population is used in this study  is 31 persons employees of Badan Pusat Statistik Ogan Ilir  regency and all of population is as sample, too by consideration that all the employees have more than two years working period and they have status as civil servants. Sampling technique used saturated sampling. Partially research result showed that motivation has no significantly effect towards employees job performance but in contrast job satisfaction has a partially significanteffect Towards empolyees job performance of Badan Pusat Statistik Ogan Ilir regency with f obtained value is 10.295 andR square value is 0.433 (43.3%) with multiple regression equation:Y=6.619 + 0,256X1 + 0,3X2 + e. While dominant variable which is influence Badan Pusat Statistik employees' job performance in Ogan Ilir regency is job satisfaction variable by significant valUe (p=0.05 and b=0.3). If the employees' job satisfaction  is high so organization performance will be good and vice versa.

Kinerja antara lain ditentukan oleh kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan dan disiplin kerja yang diterapkan. Maka dengan sendirinya pegawai akan senantiasa menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dan memberikan kontribusi yang baik bagi organisasi. Sehingga pegawai akan mencintai pekerjaannya. Dinas Pendidikan pada salah satu kabupaten  di Jawa Barat menjadi tempat penelitian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial maupun simultan. Belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai menjadi kajian permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.  Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 pegawai dengan sampel yang telah ditetapkan melalui sampel acak sebanyak 57 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap  kinerja pegawai secara parsial, diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 24,5584 >  4,0162, (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Diperoleh Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 31,7205 >  4,0162. dan (3) secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperoleh Fhitung  ≥ Ftabel yaitu (323,686 ≥ 3,1682). Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan oleh pegawai serta meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada pegawai.Kata Kunci: kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerjaREACH EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BY JOB PERFORMANCE  AND WORK DISCIPLINEThe performance determined by the perceived job satisfaction and discipline in working that is applied. Therefore, the employees naturally will continue to perform well and give a good contribution to the organization. So, the employees will love to their jobs. Department of Education in West Java was the location of this research. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and discipline in working toward employee performance partially or simultaneously. The employee performance which is not optimal became issues to be studied in this research. The method used was explanatory survey method. The populations in this research were 132 employees with predefined sample through random sample as much as 57 of employees. Data were collected by using a questionnaire and data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The result showed that: (1) job satisfaction has significant effect toward employee performance. By partially, it was obtained that Fcount> Ftable was 24.5584 > 4.0162, (2) the discipline in working has significant effect on employee performance partially. It was obtained that Fcount > Ftable was 31.7205 > 4.0162, and (3) simultaneously; job satisfaction and discipline in working have significant impact on employee performance. It was obtained that Fcount ≥ Ftable was (323.686 ≥ 3.1682). Therefore, to improve employee performance, job satisfaction should be considered which is felt by employees and improve discipline in working by providing stimuli to employees.Keywords: employee performance, job satisfaction, work discipline

During the technological era, it had many impacts on various industries in Indonesia, one of which was the telecommunications industry which experienced a drastic increase in customer demand due to work from home instructions that could make working from anywhere so that discussions and giving work orders were not limited by space and time. This makes working hours longer and erratic, causing changes to routines and causing job performance to be disrupted, so an appropriate compensation strategy is needed by taking into account job satisfaction and employee engagement. Therefore, it is interesting to study how these factors affect job performance. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation given by the company on job performance mediated by job satisfaction and employee engagement. This research is a quantitative research with random sampling which involved 187 employees of PT Telkom Indonesia Regional Jabodetabek Banten. The analytical tool in this study uses SEM-PLS. The results of the study have novelty, namely compensation does not have a direct significant effect on job performance, but can be through employee engagement mediation. In addition, this study shows that job satisfaction has no significant effect on job performance either directly or as a mediating variable. The implication for the company is to know the importance of increasing compensation through employee engagement to improve job performance. From the results of the study, it is recommended to study more deeply related to other factors that affect job performance in other industries Keyword: Compensation, Job satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Job Performance

The sample of this study are 44 accounting staff in PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital.With multiple regression analysis, the result of the research shows that professionalism and organizational commitment has significant effect to job performance. This study aimed to examine the effect of Compensation, Motivation, and Job Satisfaction Employee Commitment Against Urban Sawahan Village, District Ponjong, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Another objective of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on the commitment, motivation influence on commitment, influence job satisfaction and commitment to the simultaneous effect of compensation, motivation, job satisfaction on commitment. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method in which data is collected using a questionnaire. The primary data in this study were obtained from 30 Employees Sawahan Village, District Ponjong, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta . Analytical tool in this study is multiple regression , to see the effect of compensation , motivation, and job satisfaction on commitment. The results of the analysis of multiple regersi Y = -0.020 + 0.666 X1 X2 - 0.028 X3, indicating that the compensation does not affect the commitment ( -0.020 ), positively affect motivation to commitment ( 0.666 ), and job satisfaction has no effect on commitment ( -0.028 ). Simultaneously compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect ( 0.003 ) on the commitment. Keywords : compensation , motivation , job satisfaction , commitment.

The study was carried out to find out whether there were influence and correlation bet-ween : a) Reward received by the IRDABI’s employees on their job satisfaction. b) style of the leader-ship on the job satisfaction. c) Reward together with style of leadership on the job satisfaction of IR-DABI’s employees.The result of the study showed that there was significant correlation and influence between the reward on the job satisfaction with was shown by the value of partial correlation coefficient of 0.6185 and coefficient of multiple regression for reward variable (β1) of 0.412. The influence of variable for style of leadership on the job satisfaction was also significant with the partial correlation coefficient of 0.5495 and coefficient of multiple regression (β2) of 0.355.In the test of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) on the equation of multiple regression show that F-value was bigger that F-table (F = 58.97 > F-table = 3.098) or the Probability Value smaller than 0.05. At showed that there was significant correlation and influence between reward variables all together with style of leadership on the job satisfaction of employees. The value of multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.751 and R Square (R2) was 0.564. Value of R Square (0.564) meant that 56.5% of variation pro-portion total of job satisfaction can be eliminated of equation of multiple regression was used as the es-timator rather than using average value of job satisfaction as the estimator.
