This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, career development on job satisfaction, and the effect of compensation and career development together on lecturer job satisfaction at private universities. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 98 people spread across private universities in Serang City with B and C accreditation. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple regression with the SPSS version 24 tool. The results of this study are compensation influences on lecturer job satisfaction, career development influences on lecturer job satisfaction, and compensation and career development together influence lecturer job satisfaction.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress and work motivation on employee satisfaction on Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. This research data obtained from questionnaires, literature studies and interviews with relevant parties in accordance penelitian.Teknik destination using multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis, the F test and t test. Total sample of 53 employees using simple random sampling method.The data analysis method is used in hypothesis testing Multiple Regression Analysis.The results showed that the stress of work and work motivation simultaneously influence and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees at Air PT.Sriwijaya Makassar. Partially, variable work motivation is the most influential variable on job satisfaction.

The job involvement of the individual seems to be potentially fundamental to the satisfaction of certain salient psychological needs that could lead to positive organizational implications. This study investigates the predictiveness of job involvement of 375 professionals in the pharmacy (n = 200) and accountancy (n = 175) occupations by means of Multiple Regression Analysis through personality characteristics and job satisfaction. A number of significant but weak relationships are reported varying between 1.29% and 9.85% common variance. Job involvement is predicted reasonably well for the total sample (19.35%) and the sub-samples of professionals (11.01% and 24.71% respectively). Opsomming Werkbetrokkenheid van die individu blyk potensiëel ’n fundamentele rol te speel in die bevrediging van sekere onderliggende psigologiese behoeftes, wat kan lei tot positiewe organisasie uitkomste. Hierdie studie van 375 professionele persone vanuit die apteker- (n = 200) en rekenmeester- (n = 175) beroepe ondersoek die verhouding en voorspelbaarheid van werkbetrokkenheid deur middel van Meervoudige Regressie Analise en werksatisfaksie en persoonlikheidstrekke faktore as onafhanklike veranderlikes. ’n Aantal stastisties betekenisvolle, maar matige verwantskappe word geraporteer (gemeenskaplike variansies tussen 1.29% en 9.85%). Werkbetrokkenheid is redelik goed voorspel vir die totale steekproef (19.35%) asook die professionele sub-groepe (11.01% en 24.71% onderskeidelik)

This study is to determine and analyze the factors influencing work-life quality on employees’ job satisfaction at the office of nationality and politics board of Makassar city. Collecting the data was conducted by distributing 63 questionnaires to respondents. This study was using saturation sample or total sample technique. The data was analyzed by using discriminant analysis. The results of analysis proved that the compensation, career development and work environment of work-life quality were not fully improved employees’ job satisfaction, in order that the results of the study showed that the compensation, work environment had a positive and insignificant influence. Moreover, the result of the study proved that the career development had a dominant influence on the employees’ job satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. Abstract : Nurse of dr. Soebandi Hospital as duty bearers geared towards improving the quality of human resources, and the result will have an impact on job performance. Job performance a good nurses is a desirable thing in every hospital, due to the good performance, the hospital will achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. The determining factor to improve achievement nurses is satisfaction of work and motivation. In this research, the population was all the nurse civil servants in dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember, some 194 people from each strata is taken proportionately sample size with the total sample who was elected 131 nurses with a leeway 5 % using Slovin opinion. The sample collection in this study was conducted using stratified random sampling. To test the instruments used in extracting the data in this research, it is necessary to test the validity and reliability of the instrument with the methods of analysis data normality test, and path analysis. The results of the analysis are: (1) motivation has direct and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses at dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember; (2) the career development has direct and significant impact on job satisfaction of nurses at dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember; (3) motivation has direct and significant impact on the nurses performance at dr. Soebandi Hospital, Jember; (4) the career development has direct and significant impact on the nurses performance at dr. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of simultaneous and partial competence and career development on the performance of  Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta Employees. The population of this study is the population in this study were all Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta employees, with a research sample of 95 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results showed that competency and career development simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on the performance of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Sahid Surakarta Employees. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of motivation on the job satisfaction of lecturers at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, to know the effect of compensation on lecturer satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, and to know the effect of motivation and compensation together on lecturers satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business. This research method used quantitative methods with multiple regression models. The populations of this study were 98 lecturers and the samples used in this study were all lecturers. The results showed that motivation had an effect on lecturers job satisfaction, compensation did not affect on lecturers job satisfaction, also motivation and compensation had an effect on the work satisfaction of lecturers together
