Obesity and exercising affect the risk for breast cancer in an opposite direction. From recent data, it was found that training during night hours can mitigate the beneficial effects of exercise on that risk. In the present study, it was examined the simultaneous effect of daytime or nighttime exercise and woman’s weight on the risk of breast cancer. It was concluded that the impact of nighttime exercise on breast cancer risk was marginally influenced by woman’s weight. The aim of the study was to examine the simultaneous effect of daytime or nighttime exercise and woman’s weight on the risk of breast cancer. A retrospective analysis of ninety-two women with or without a history of breast cancer, examining concurrently the influence of daytime or nighttime exercise and weight on breast cancer risk. In the simultaneous assessment of woman’s weight and exercise on breast cancer risk, it was found that the effect of the nighttime exercise remained strong, despite an increase in the confidence interval of the associated risk. The impact of nighttime exercise on breast cancer risk was marginally affected from the woman’s weight.

This study aims to determine how strong the influence of motivation, discipline, salary, and IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) on employee performance (a case study at Wanabiprint Digital Printing Salatiga). The method of data collection was done through distributing questionnaires to Wanabiprint employees. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents. The results of the t test indicate that motivation has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.305 > 0.05 and t count 1.038 < t table 2.014, discipline has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.158 > 0.05 and t count 1.437 < t table 2.014, salary has no effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.775 > 0.05 and t count 0.287 < t table 2.014, while IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) affects employee performance with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and t count 4,580 > ttable 2,014. Furthermore, motivation, discipline, salary and IWE (Islamic Work Ethic) have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an f value of 18.050 > f table 2.57 on employee performance. So that these variables have an effect simultaneously.

The aim of this research was to assess the simultaneous effect of zeolite and bischofite on estruvite production in an anaerobic digester treating pig slurry as substrate. Three ratios (5:1, 6:1 and 7:1) of Mg-P were used for evaluating the effect of only bischofite on anaerobic digestion. For assessing the simultaneous effect of zeolite and bischofite on anaerobic digestion, three mass ratios of zeolite:bischofite (1, 5 and 10%) were used. As results, bischofite as Mg+2 source served to decrease the total phosphorous (TP) concentration in the anaerobic digestion of pig manure without affecting the maximum methane production rate or methane yield of the system. An average 82.5% TP removal was found in the reactors with bischofite during the first 5 days of digestion. Nevertheless, bischofite increased the lag-phase of the system. The simultaneous presence of zeolite and bischofite (1% ratio with respect to bischofite) caused a TP removal of 65.6% and increased the methane yield by up to 19.9% compared to a system without zeolite or bischofite. Thus, it is feasible to use bischofite and zeolite as enhancers for the simultaneous production of biogas and struvite inside an anaerobic digester treating piggery wastewater.

This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and communication on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo National Higher Education Foundation, Medan. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents using simple random sampling method. This type of research is quantitative research using path analysis techniques and questionnaire data. Path analysis hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test and intervention test. Based on the results of research with hypothesis testing, the variables of transformational leadership and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The transformational leadership and communication variables partially show a significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable has a positive and significant indirect effect and there is an influence of communication on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The variables of transformational leadership and communication have a simultaneous effect on work motivation. The variables of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that the variables of transformational leadership, communication and work motivation can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12, 2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. Transformational leadership and communication variables have a simultaneous effect on work motivation. The variables of transformational leadership, communication, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 87.8% which means that the variables of transformational leadership, communication and work motivation can explain employee performance as much as 87.8% and the remaining 12.2% is explained by other variables such as discipline, commitment, compensation and others. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how much influence partially murabahah financing has on profits, how much influence partially mudharabah financing has on profits, and also to find out how much influence murabahah and mudharabah financing have on profits simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the murabahah financing variable has a partially significant effect on profits, the mudharabah financing variable does not have a partial effect on profits, the murabahah and mudharabah financing variables have a simultaneous effect on profits at PT. Abstract We considered the issues associated with methods for solving the problems of representation of continuous Markov processes in discrete-time by the example of radar signals, which are subject to the simultaneous effect of additive and multiplicative noise described by stochastic differential equations. We considered the algorithm, which allows us to carry out computer simulation of fading amplitude, phase and information parameter of the signal in discrete observation time using the example of a continuous frequency-modulated signal, the amplitude of which adheres to the Nakagami distribution that is typical for radar signals under simultaneous effect of additive and multiplicative noise. It is shown that with the help of computer simulation it is possible to create not only optimal algorithms, but also their corresponding optimal structural diagrams, which makes it possible to elevate the processing of radar signals to higher standards.

The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research is quantitative, and the sample in this study is 140 customers. Based on the results of this study concluded that: The regression equation obtained from the research results are as follows: Y = 6.263 + 0.588X1 + 0.574 X2 + e. The value of the termination coefficient R2 = 0.792. This value means that independent and dependent, contributed 79.2% in influencing the dependent variable while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The t test is used to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable by looking at the tsig value compared to 0.05. From the table above, the tsig value of X1 is 0.001, and X2 is 0.005. From the tsig value, it is found that the X1 variable has an effect on Y and the X2 variable has an effect on Y, 4). Fsig value 0.002 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables (X1) and (X2) have an effect on the variable (Y) or together have a simultaneous effect
