Dividend policy is a management decision of a company in determining the amount of dividend to be distributed to shareholders. Investors who have long-term goals will choose a return in the form of dividends in large quantities or relatively stable to reduce the uncertainty of investors who have invested their funds in the company. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis that will test the influence of net income, sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage to dividend policy. The samples used in this study were 75 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016–2018. The results of this research indicate that net income has a significant effect on dividend policy, while sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage do not have a significant effect on dividend policy.

The ownership structure and financial factors are considered influential to the dividend policy of a company. Thus the aim of this study is to examine the effects of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on dividend policy. This study uses quantitative approach and analyzes samples taken from the financial statements of 161 different manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2015-2017. These samples are then selected using purposive random sampling in which only 49 samples fit the criteria. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. This study concludes that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, liquidity, and profitability have positive and significant effects on dividend policy. The purpose is to examine and explain the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy on the quality of earnings listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2015. The population of this study is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling uses a purposive judgment sampling method. From a population of 139 manufacturing companies, 15 manufacturing companies were obtained as samples with the observation method for 2 years (2014-2015). Analysis of the data used in this study is the classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. While the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and dividend policy have a significant effect on the quality of profits both partially and simultaneously. Dividend policy variables have the most dominant influence on earnings quality.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance (profitability, liquidity, leverage), dividend policy and managerial ownership on firm value. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period are the samples in this study. Samples were obtained as many as 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis tool. Financial performance is measured using profitability, liquidity, and leverage. The results of the study found that profitability and managerial ownership have an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling so that the selected sample is 16 companies. This study uses descriptive statistical data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1). Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Liquidity do no effect on Company Value. 2). Leverage has a negative and significant impact on Company Value. 3). Profitability has a positive and significant impact on Company Value. 4). Dividend Policy cannot moderate the effect of the Managerial Ownership relationship on Company Value. 5). Dividend policy can partially influence the relationship of Institutional Ownership, Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability to Company Value.

When observing the major financial problems that were revealed, the public questioned the performance of the big companies involved in this scandal, which contradicts the principles of Good Corporate Governance regarding accountability, equity, integrity, transparency and responsibility. This study aims to determine, test and explain the effect of the audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, on Return On Assets both partially and jointly in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 to 2019. The sample was determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using literature study and observation. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear analysis, it is found that Managerial ownership has a partial effect on ROA then Audit Committee Size and Institutional ownership partially have no effect on ROA, and simultaneously Audit Committee Size, Managerial Ownership and Institutional Ownership together have an effect on Return On Assets ( ROA). This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. ABSTRACK This study aims to determine the effect of operating costs and sales partially or simultaneously on net income. The problem that occurs in this study is the fluctuating net profit in various industrial sector manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2018. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results of the regression analysis test show that operating costs partially have a significant negative effect on net income, sales partially affect net income, while simultaneously operating costs and sales have a significant effect. against net income. To test the coefficient of determination or R2, the result is 0.346 or 34.6% of net income is influenced by these two variables. As for the remaining 65.4% which is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: Operational Costs, Sales and Net Profits

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This study aims to prove the influence of corporate social responsibility, investment decisions and managerial ownership on value of the company. Theories used in this research are agency theory and signal theory. This research was done on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that corporate social responsibility and managerial ownership have no influence on value of the company, while investment decisions have a positive influence on value of the company. Few suggestions for the further research are adjust research periods, use other criteria of sample, use other indicators such as funding decisions, company size, other corporate governance indicators, or use other methods to measure value of the company.

The emergence of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) has an impact on the wider openness of trade between countries so that competition between companies increases. Companies are looking for ways to improve its financial performance so that it can compete among the other competitors. Diversification strategies and managerial ownership can be applied by companies in improving the company's financial performance. Diversification strategy is a strategy that can be used to develop a business, expand market share, and increase competitiveness. Managerial ownership can be used to motivate managerial performance in improving financial performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of diversification strategies and managerial ownership on financial performance. The object this research is using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used this study were 103 manufacturing companies selected using purposive sampling technique and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study prove that diversification strategy and managerial ownership has no effect on financial performance. The contribution of this research is as additional information regarding the effect of diversification strategies and managerial ownership on financial performance. Limitations of this study is the researchers only collected samples from the official website of the IDX and only use the research object manufacturing company. It is expected that further research can collect data not only on the IDX website but from the company's website and further research is expected to develop a research object.
