Since the 1991 Gulf War, Iraq is still suffering from the crisis and irregular in the processing of electric power to customers.Damage to the network, the old measurement devices for measuring electrical energy consumption, and irregularities and corruption in theprocess of measuring and calculating fees of the consumption, all these reasons led to the deterioration of the performance of thedistribution network in Iraq. In this paper, Wireless Electric Power Meter Based on XBee Module has been designed and implementedwhich ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) will be used for wireless electric power meter communication supported by PICmicrocontroller which used for power unit measurements. Wireless metering system will be controlled by central computer which place inbase station; also database will be design to record and manage all data and information of consumers.

In recent years, increased importance of Smart Grid, which includes monitoring and control the consumption of customers of electric power. In this paper, Wireless Smart Electrical Power Meter has been designed and implemented which ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) will be used for wireless electrical power meter communication supported by PIC microcontroller which used for power unit measurements. PIC microcontroller will be used for evaluating all electric power parameters at costumer side like Vrms, Irms, KWh, and PF, and then all these parameters will be send to base station through wireless network in order to be calibrated and monitored.

In conventional electric measurement devices, measurements are made on the use of electrical energy as a whole where consumers can only see information on the results of the use of electrical energy by looking at the total power consumption amount indicated on the meter kWh meter. Based on the above problems, the author aims to raise the title "Design of Monitoring System of Electricity Energy Usage using LabVIEW". The LabVIEW program has the ability to measure, monitor and store data quickly and accurately. With this tool will be realized a design system monitoring the use of electrical energy in real time through the computer instead of kWH meter analog or digital. This concept is one of the energy management solutions that enable consumers to obtain statistical data on electrical energy consumption in detail. From the results of monitoring the use of loads, obtained very good results in monitoring the usage of energy, which in this case using household burden.

El presente trabajo describe el proceso de diseño, construcción e implementación de un medidor bidireccional inteligente, el cual, mediante la utilización de un sistema web, puede dar de alta y baja a usuarios finales, entendiéndose como usuarios finales a los clientes que reciben el servicio eléctrico. ¿Qué beneficios obtiene el usuario final? El cliente apoyado desde una aplicación instalada en su dispositivo móvil podrá generar de modo electrónico un reporte que mostrará los datos correspondientes a su consumo eléctrico durante un periodo determinado, así como uno de los pagos realizados, además de recibir información de patrones de consumo, consumo actual, estimación en moneda corriente y estado del medidor. En suma, estos datos le permitirán al usuario obtener información en tiempo real que le ayudará a tomar decisiones con respecto al mantenimiento de sus equipos electrónicos.Se incluyen, además, los criterios que se utilizaron para la selección de las herramientas, las cuales estuvieron enfocadas en la recuperación de datos desde el medidor bidireccional con la finalidad de generar los informes orientados al usuario. Las herramientas de software que se utilizaron son un servidor web, un sistema operativo, lenguaje de programación, un sistema gestor de bases de datos (SGBD), entre los que destacan el Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Ionic 3, Angular 4 y Laravel. El conjunto de estas herramientas hizo posible concretar el desarrollo web y móvil.
