Big data is a massive and diverse form of unstructured data, which needs proper analysis and management. It is another great technological revolution after the Internet, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing. This paper firstly studies the related concepts and basic theories as the origin of research. Secondly, it analyzes in depth the problems and challenges faced by Chinese government management under the impact of big data. Again, we explore the opportunities that big data brings to government management in terms of management efficiency, administrative capacity, and public services and believe that governments should seize opportunities to make changes. Brainlike computing attempts to simulate the structure and information processing process of biological neural network. This paper firstly analyzes the development status of e-government at home and abroad, studies the service-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services technology, deeply studies the e-government and SOA theory, and discusses this based on the development status of e-government in a certain region. Then, the deep learning algorithm is used to construct the monitoring platform to monitor the government behavior in real time, and the deep learning algorithm is used to conduct in-depth mining to analyze the government's intention behavior.

Earnings management plays a leading role in the development of enterprises. With the popularity of big data, when enterprises implement earnings management, analyzing the big data model from the computer can improve the development speed of enterprises. It is not only the key of accounting theory and corporate governance research, but also the top priority in practice. With the continuous development of economy and society in recent years, the problems of interrelated financial have frequently appeared, which leads investors to query the earning ability of related companies. Therefore, this paper studies the current situation of enterprise earnings management from the perspective of big data, and further analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant enterprise earnings management from the perspective of big data, hoping to standardize the enterprise earnings management behavior and maintain the order of the investment market.

With the improvement of China’s economic level and the level of science and technology, people’s demand for sports products and services is greatly increasing, and China’s sports industry is showing a trend of diversified development. This article discusses the characteristics and connotations of the traditional sports industry and the characteristics of the sports industry in the era of big data, and then points out the challenges faced by the sports industry under the WTO framework and makes relevant recommendations. This paper also investigates the development status of the sports culture industry in our city through experiments, and the results show that the sports culture industry in our city involves 12 categories, of which sports film and television industry accounts for only 14.3%.

Die vergangenen Jahre haben der bundesdeutschen Pflege einen unerwarteten und überaus großen Entwicklungssprung beschert: binnen Kürze entstand eine Vielzahl von Pflegestudiengängen. Zusätzlich hielt Pflegewissenschaft Einkehr in die Hochschulen und begann der Aufbau von Pflegeforschung, womit wichtige Voraussetzungen dafür geschaffen sind, Pflege als wissenschaftliche Disziplin zu entwickeln. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag wird eine erste Bilanzierung vorgenommen und der erreichte Entwicklungsstand im Bereich der Pflegepraxis, der Pflegestudiengänge, der Wissenschaftsentwicklung und Pflegeforschung betrachtet. Dabei wird gezeigt, daß – trotz der Vielzahl in den letzten Jahren erreichter Erfolge – eine ganze Reihe weiterer Aufgaben der Bearbeitung harren. Dazu gehört, das nach wie vor vorhandene Vakuum auf der Ebene der Wissenschaftsentwicklung zu füllen, den Ausbau von Pflegeforschung voranzutreiben und geeignete Bedingungen für die Förderung von wissenschaftlichem Nachwuchs zu schaffen.
