The authors present the results of studies carried out in the laboratory “Ice tank” of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Krylov State Research Centre”, related to the study of the ice effect on extended hydraulic constructions with a vertical wall. They analyze the possibilities of applying the method of physical modeling to investigate the processes of ice-construction interaction in ice tank. The results make it possible to recommend the method of physical modeling as one of the main approaches for studying the interaction specifics of hydraulic constructions with ice. The data of the model experiment can help to construct mathematical models of ongoing processes, as well as to clarify the requirements of regulatory documents.

The researchers analyze the possibilities of applying the method of physical modeling to investigate the processes of ice-structure interaction using ice tank. The results make it possible to recommend the method of physical modeling as one of the main approaches for studying the interaction of hydro-technical installations with ice. The data of the model experiment can be used to construct mathematical models of ice breaking mechanism, as well as to clarify the requirements of ragulatory documents.

Today diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the leading medical and social problems. Its complications lead to terrible concomitant pathologies that qualitatively affect the lives of patients. At the end of 2019, there were more than 463 million people with diabetes in the world and this number is increasing every year. Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is one of the most severe complications of DM on the organ of vision. Secondary neovascular glaucoma (NG) is a manifestation of the end-stage proliferative DR. This is a relatively rare but difficult-to-treat pathology that often leads working-age patients to disability and impaired social adaptation. The main objective of treatment for NG is to compensate for intraocular pressure (IOP), but conservative (drug) therapy is often ineffective. Therefore, doctors are forced to use surgical methods of treatment. At the same time, do not forget about the multiple complications during the operation, as well as in the early and late postoperative periods. A special feature of the course of NG in patients with DM is its combination with the failure of the ligamentous-capsular apparatus of the lens, iris bombage, anterior and posterior synechiae, traction retinal detachment and various hemorrhagic complications. All this allows us to talk about the so-called diabetic glaucoma (DG). Currently, drainage devices have become the standard in the treatment of refractory NG. The effectiveness of such operations according to various sources is about 70-80% of success. Purpose. To assess the condition of patients with DM in the late (10-15 years) postoperative period after performing NG drainage surgery, to analyze the effectiveness of the intervention by studying the dynamics of IOP, the presence or absence of pain syndrome and various intraocular complications. Material and methods. During the period 2006-2020, 150 patients with NG and DM were operated on in the Department of Diabetic Retinopathy of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Endocrinology Research Centre» of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Results. In 100% of the postoperative period, the pain syndrome was stopped. And also, in 59.7% of cases, the presence of late complications: vascular thorn, EED, subatrophy and anophthalmos. Conclusion. Despite the presence of complications, drainage surgery in patients with DM continues to be an effective method of choosing surgical treatment for patients with uncompensated NG. In order to implement the provisions of the Federal law No. 102-FZ and the regulations of the state system of ensuring the unity of measurements on the basis of the metrological service in the Federal state unitary Enterprise GosNII GA test laboratory software SI and information and measurement systems (IIS). In terms of software testing, the scope of authority of the laboratory includes algorithms and software (standalone and embedded) MI and IIS used in air transport and in the aviation industry. The article describes the main tasks solved by the laboratory in the process of certification of the SYSTEM software.

Properties of epoxy glues of cold curing VK-9 and VKV-9, the components received with use which are let out by modern producers, depending on the filler used in their structure are considered. Tests of glued joints on VK-9 glue in wider interval of temperatures are carried out. Properties of VK-36 glue and its updating’s on the basis of components let out now are shown. Properties of glue binding brands VSK-14-1, VSK-14-2, VSK-14-4, VSK-14-4m and VSK-14-4k received, under production conditions by VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise are given. It is shown that on the properties they completely meet the requirements of existing normative documentation.

Nowadays, reinforced concrete structures are most often used as load-bearing elements of buildings and structures. In the case of alternating loads such as seismic action, there is accumulation of residual plastic deformations in the concrete structures, which leads to a significant complication in the calculation of structures by “standard” methods. For such problems, it is advisable to use computational complexes in which mathematical models of structural materials are implemented, which allow to describe the work of concrete and reinforcing bars for various types of impacts more properly. However, when applying such methods, the results obtained should not contradict the requirements of the existing regulatory documents, which, in the first place, the structural engineer should be guided by. Before solving more complex problems, the applied methods should be verified and analyzed for fairly simple structures and types of loads.

The paper explores in detail the very essence of fledgling trends concerning the development of contents of the Federal State Educational Standard. It is stated, that setting up the new Standards should be considered as the first step only. Further the next step of the Standards implementation should follow, putting the demand to elaborate a set of regulatory documents. The principal educational program, the curriculum, the training outcomes requirements and etc. are to be further elaborated and clarified. These particularly relate to the senior high school, where subject-oriented education is stipulated.
