Diagnostic studies carried out using any medical equipment require comprehensive control, which is provided by a number of regulatory documents. Particular attention is paid to X-ray imaging methods, but in the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), one can notice both the lack of this attention and the multidirectional efforts to normalize. This is understandable - this diagnostic method is not based on the use of ionizing radiation, and although magnetic fields have some effect on human health, especially on personnel who work in MRI rooms all the time, they are safe for patients who come to the diagnostic procedure from time to time. time and do not have in their body foreign metal (steel implants) or electronic (pacemakers, neurostimulators) objects. However, ignorance and non-compliance with both advisory and mandatory requirements can significantly increase the risk of harm to patients or staff, as well as lead to a decrease in the quality of imaging and diagnostics. A separate feature of the field of MRI regulation is that over the past decades, more than a dozen different standards, sanitary norms, rules, letters and recommendations have been published or revised, a significant part of which complement or duplicate each other, or completely contradict each other. As a result, the need to ensure compliance of the MRI room / department with the requirements of regulatory documents is greatly complicated. This paper provides an overview of the regulatory documentation in force in Russia related to the organization and functioning of an MRI room / department, highlights the aspects that are most important from the point of view of safe and high-quality operation, and formulates the steps necessary to modernize the system, both from the point of view of the quality of diagnostics. and the safety of MRI studies.

Features of software as a component of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems are analyzed. Attention is paid to the importance of functions performed by software and hazards of such software. Requirements for characteristics of software as a component of I&C systems are analyzed. Different regulatory documents are considered in order to disclose common approaches to the use of dedicated software and off-the-shelf software components. Classification of software, as well as classification of requirements, is described. Criteria of selection and structuring of requirements, as well as criteria for software verification, are defined. As long as the characteristics of software components directly depend on the quality of the processes of software development and verification, requirements for software life cycle processes are considered.

Using the example of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russia), this article discusses the emergence of the field of medical services for Muslims. It argues that genderisation of social interactions, in particular, of those between physicians and patients, has been one of the main principles of Muslim bioethics in the Republic. Among other measures, halal certification procedures are currently being developed by numerous religious experts in order to standardise and legitimise such genderisation. The analysis draws on data collected during multiple interviews with experts, medical professionals, Muslim patients, as well as on the qualitative study of regulatory documents. The article shows that the main feature of rules that govern certification procedures in Tatarstan today is the ongoing convergence between religious norms and biomedicine. As a particular example of medical services designed explicitly for Muslims in the Republic, the paper presents and analyses the service of “halal birth-giving”. This service combines commodification of religiosity and paid care for Muslim women, thereby heavily relying on their gender and religious identities, as well as their class status.

Abstract. The article provides an adapted methodology of absorbed dose calculation for the cattle from the territories with long-term man-made contamination. The methodology was developed according to existing regulatory documents in the RF: veterinarian rules VR 13.73.13/12-00, VR 13.5.13/03-00, methodical instructions MI 13.5.13-00, regulation for the state veterinarian control system in radioactive contamination of veterinary surveillance objects in the Russian Federation. The aim of the work is the development of calculation methodology of absorbed radiation doses for the cattle on the territory with long-term man-made isotopes contamination, taking to the account the radionuclide composition of the soil. Methods. The regulatory documents governing absorbed doses calculation has been analyzed; the contribution of external and internal radiation into total annual absorbed dose has been determined. Results. It has been established, that the calculation of external radiation dose needs to be done considering doses in stable and pasture periods. Pasture period dose is a sum of day and night doses considering day length. According to the data of radio ecological situation in Krasnoyarsk krai the internal radiation dose should be calculated as a sum of 137Cs, 90Sr, 60Co, taking to the account different concentration of these radionuclides in green and coarse fodder. Scientific novelty. The methodology of dose calculation for the cattle according to the radio ecological situation in Krasnoyarsk krai has been introduced for the first time. Practical significance. This methodology is recommended for the specialists of radiological departments of veterinarian laboratories and science officers in the field of agricultural radiobiology.

Abstract. The article considers main technical characteristics, indicators of dynamic qualities and parameters of braking effciency of special railway rolling stock of container cars (container transporters) intended for the transportation of radioactive materials — spent nuclear fuel. In accordance with the current regulatory documents of JSC Russian Railways, it is currently allowed forming special trains exclusively from container transporters of any one type, which is associated with the peculiarities of the technology for handling and transporting spent nuclear fuel, which is within the competence of the state corporation Rosatom. However, this signifcantly increases the timing of the delivery of special trains due to the need to wait for the readiness of transporters, due to the non-simultaneous delivery of any one type of assembly kits with spent nuclear fuel. The practice of handling has shown that the transportation of some types of spent nuclear fuel can be carried out with a combination of the transport operation, which implies the combination of various types of container transporters in one echelon, but at the same time it is necessary to correct certain regulatory documents of Russian Railways. For this purpose, at the request of the Rosatom corporation, a necessary set of experimental works was carried out. Authors presented results of control running dynamic, stationary and running braking tests of container transporters of various types, following as part of the same echelon, on the infrastructure of the Test Loop of JSC “VNIIZHT”, including when running along the frst ring track and along various combinations of turnouts along a tangent line (main) and lateral directions. It has been experimentally proved that it is possible to operate container transporters of various types as part of the same echelon in compliance with the conditions for ensuring traffc safety in accordance with the standards of dynamic qualities and braking effciency. Based on the test results, a regulatory document of JSC Russian Railways was developed — the Regulation on the conditions for joint operation of special freight cars (transporters) as part of one echelon, approved by the order of JSC Russian Railways dated July 22, 2021 No. 1591/r. components. Interstate standard, put into effect as nat. standard of the Russian Federation by order of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology dated March 17, 2016 No. 162-st. Moscow, Standartinform Publ., 2016, 54 p. (in Russ.).

A review of the most significant domestic and, due to numerical superiority, foreign works on physical modelling of snow transport and snow accumulation processes, in particular, for the purpose of determining snow loads on roofs with arbitrary geometry, is presented. The existing practice of development of recommendations on assignment of snow loads in Russian laboratories is considered and critically evaluated. Comparison of do-mesticworks with scientific articles in the advanced world scientific journals and foreign regulatory documents leads to unfavorable conclusions. Recommendations on assigning snow loads, issued by Russian laboratories on the basisof extremely outdated and poorly substantiated methodology, bear a serious risk for evaluating mechan-ical safety of modern structures, for which such recommendations are developed. Recommendations are offered to remedy this current dangerous practice. The article also gives some suggestions on forming a basis for field observations of snow loads on existing roofs.
