Обосновано использование профессиологического подхода в подготовке будущих офицеров. Предложены основные направления подготовки к работе с военнослужащими, проходящими службу по контракту: подготовка к работе с коллективом и подготовка к индивидуальной воспитательной работе. Представлена программа, содержащая комплекс организационно-педагогических мероприятий реализации профессиологического подхода по указанным направлениям подготовки. The use of a professionological approach in the training of future officers is justified. The main directions of preparation for working with military personnel serving under a contract are proposed: preparation for working with a team and preparation for individual educational work. The program containing a complex of organizational and pedagogical measures for the implementation of the professionological approach in these areas of training is presented.

The article considers the terms «conditions», «pedagogical conditions», «organizational and pedagogical conditions» and their interpretation by scientists in modern pedagogical education. The purpose of the article is to determine the organizational and pedagogical conditions of providing the communication readiness of future engineering officers to professional activity. It’s been highlighted the organizational and pedagogical conditions that provide for the formation of communication readiness for foreign language activity of future officers of the engineering troops. Namely: the formation of positive motivation for mastering the components of communicative competence and values in their own self-realization; the use of innovative methods and forms, information and communication technologies in the training of the engineering officers for foreign language communication; the organization of individual work of the future officers of engineering troops with the use of information and communication technologies. In the justification of the first condition, motivational resources that help military personnel to study English are emphasized. They include: knowledge of vocational-oriented terminology; the ability to communicate with partners from different national forces, familiarity of relevant structures and features of international documentation in the context of international cooperation; fluency in English that will allow military personnel communicate with the local population in the framework of peacekeeping operations, in which Ukraine is actively involved; an opportunity to increase the level of knowledge of a foreign language for servicemen who have successfully passed the tests at language (professional) courses abroad. Forms and methods of creation of positive motivation are defined. To administer the second organizational and pedagogical condition, the main English study programs for the future officers are determined: Lаnguаgе іn Usе 24/7, QDіctіоnаry, FVоrds, ЕZ Mеmо Bооstеr, Еxеrcіsеr. The bases for the third pedagogical condition were identified from the analysis of scientific and methodological literature. They are the aspects of the problems of individual work of cadets. Individual work means to take the responsibility for deep and strong mastering of basic knowledge, formation of skills from the studied subject which promotes the education of cognitive independence and individual activity; determines the degree of mastery of special methods of educational work by the students; is the basis for the formation of the need to constantly update their knowledge, readiness for self-education; is a means of forming the independence of educational cognitive activity. Much attention is paid to teaching methods. The study used data from psychological and pedagogical sources and from scientific research. The comparative method of analysis is applied.

Bangladesh army performs different activities in war and peace in all terrain so physical fitness is the prime requirement for military services. Though military personnel perform regular physical activities they are not immune from hypertension. Hypertension is a multivariate disease ranging from physical and psychological factors. In this study hypertension found among 16% of participants where some modifiable factors were found associated with development of early onset hypertension like lack of physical activities, increase mental stress, overweight, smoking, pattern of dietary habit, lack of awareness and abnormalities in lipid profile. Further study is required to establish these modifiable risk factors and their intervention to prevent early onset hypertension among military service personnel in Bangladesh. Which not only improve the health condition of military personnel but also increase the efficiency of Bangladesh Army as well as it will reduce the health expenditure related to hypertension.

В статье рассматриваются способы повышения адаптации военнослужащих к условиям неблагоприятного жаркого климата. Доказана высокая эффективность сочетанного воздействия тепловой нагрузки с физической и гипоксической нагрузкой. При текущем и восстановительном режимах коррекции большое внимание уделяется обеспечению обитаемости военнослужащих. The article discusses ways to improve the adaptation of servicemen to conditions of an unfavorable hot climate. The high efficiency of the combined effect of heat stress with physical and hypoxic stress has been proven. With the current and recovery modes of correction, much attention is paid to ensuring the habitability of military personnel.

The aim of the study: to consider the main sanitary-epidemiological, climatic and military-professional factors of the Far North, which can have an adverse effect on the health of military personnel, their military-professional adaptation, maintaining combat effectiveness and working capacity.Materials and methods. In preparing this article, an analysis of scientific literature was used on the features of medical support for military personnel in the Far North, as well as the experience of the authors’ practical activities in the field of organizing medical service in the Arctic region.Results and discussion. It was shown that due to the remoteness of the regions of the Far North, their harsh climatic and geographical characteristics, complex sanitary and epidemiological conditions, as well as the peculiarities of military labor, there is a significant contribution of therapeutic pathology to the morbidity structure of personnel. It has been substantiated to carry out such activities aimed at effectively solving the problems of the medical service for the provision of therapeutic care, such as equipping medical units and over-staffing units with demanded medical specialists, medical equipment and property, actively using the capabilities of the remote telemedicine consultation system, establishing effective interaction with medical organizations of civil systems health care of the Far North, as well as with medical units of other ministries and departments performing tasks in the Arctic.
