The article dwells upon specific features and peculiar methods of teaching a foreign language to preschoolers which will contribute to their social communicative development. The authors emphasize a stage character of this process distinguishing the initial phonetic stage, the second lexical stage and the final evaluative and reflective stage. The enhancement of phonetic, lexical and speech skills stipulates such forms of classwork arrangements as individual, paired and choral, each with its advantages and functions. For this age group, an analytico-imitative method has been recognized as the most effective one: cognitive imitation and reproduction are the basic forms of learning. In this respect, the content of the material intended for cognitive imitation has to be valuable, informative and thought-provoking. Special genres have to be found and applied to motivate children to learn and take part in activities: songs, counting rhymes, poems, fairy-tales and games. Children should be constantly involved into the emotionally appealing canvas of the lesson. The results of the research show that emotional impact, exciting forms of presentation and the informative content of the material increase preschoolers’ self-consciousness about their progress, create positive motivation and push forward their cognitive, communicative and social development.

Abstract The phenomenon of entrepreneurship has various perspectives – economic, financial, social, and psychological. The aim of this paper is to present entrepreneurship from a perspective merging both financial and non-financial aspects of this phenomenon. The article presents two (complementary) aspects related to the phenomenon of entrepreneurship. One of the aspects described by author is the availability of financing for businesses in Poland (showing the issue in response to the most important obstacle to running a business), the other is shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. The section on sources of financing give an answer to the question of whether (and if so - to what extent) the problem of access to financing is a real barrier to starting a business in Poland. Presenting the perspective of students gives a new view on the subject and enables us to recognize factors that determine the decision to start a business among young people, knowledge of which may contribute to a change in attitudes towards setting up a business in Poland. Among the conclusions, the author mentions, inter alia, the need to strengthen entrepreneurial attitudes among students, especially due to the growing number of companies operating in Poland for reasons of positive motivation (such as improvement of the standard of living or independence). Moreover, the conducted analyses lead to the conclusion that new companies are financed primarily from their own resources, which discourages many from starting their own business.

A teacher who knows the type of motivation can create the conditions to reinforce the appropriate positive motivation. If this is a motivation related to the outcome of the training, the conditions for its support, promotion, demonstration of the usefulness of the acquired knowledge for the future can be the creation of a positive public opinion. If this motivation is the motivation related to the purpose of learning, then the conditions for its support can be the information about the results obtained, the emergence and formation of cognitive interests, the problematic methodology. To support the motivation associated with the learning process, there is a need for a lively and entertaining structure of the learning process, student’s activity and independence, research methodology and the creation of conditions for the manifestation of their skills. There are several variants and various modifications of forms of work outside the office. Some companies use, enable or even prefer working from home in the form of a home office. In practice, we often encounter different views on this form of work, both in terms of positive benefits and negatives and risks. In practice, there is probably no uniform view of this issue, both on the part of employers and management and employees. Working from home in the form of a home office shows certain specifics and places specific and different demands on both employees and employers compared to "traditional" work in the office or in another place designated by the employer to perform work. The problem may be not only the decision itself whether to allow and whether to use work from home for employees, but also the decision on which job positions and with what job description are suitable for the mentioned form of work performance. The place of work most likely has a significant effect on the motivation of employees and management. The question is whether and under what conditions positive motivation prevails, or negative motivation, i.e. demotivation. In the presented work, we focus on the advantages and disadvantages, i.e. the risks of the mentioned type of work, especially in the area of employee motivation. In this paper we summarize the development and current theoretical information on this issue and then compare it with current practice. In the following practical part, we will examine the perception of differences in employees, between working in the office and home office, focusing on the mentioned area of motivation. Keywords: Demotivation, Home Office, Leadership, Management, Motivation.
