The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, risk, trust, and attitud e toward using on interest in using the Shopee application. The types that we use for research are qualitative and quantitative. This research was conducted with a number of respondents as many as 168 respondents. The sampling technique used was the cluster & stratified, dispropotional, random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust in conducting transactions and behavior in transactions can affect the interest in using the Shopee application in Batam city and other factors do not affect people's decisions in the city of Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R2 value show a value of 0.56 which means the independent variables in the study show a value of 56% and the other 44% is explained by the outside variables. This research can be a refe rence for readers in determining how to attract users to use or transact at Shopee in the city of Batam.

ABSTRACT Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is a direct cash assistance provided to underprivileged students with Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) as a marker / identity to ensure and ensure that children get the assistance of the Smart Indonesia Program. In order to monitor the distribution of KIP and to ensure that KIP has been accepted and can be utilized by the students, the Ministry of Education and Culture shall validate and update KIP recipient data through the Dapodik Application. Dapodik is an online and real time, based application that can be accessed and operated directly by all school operators in data entry, data processing, updating of PIP data, education personnel, students, periodic, sanitation, study groups and data of infrastructure school. This study aimed to evaluate the level of acceptance of basic education data applications (dapodik) using the method of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study used 3 modified variables are Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) as independent variable while Acceptance of IT as dependent variable. This study used simple random sampling as a sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 66 people operators. For data analysis techniques, this study used multiple regression techniques with descriptive quantitative research types, as well as data processing tools using SPSS 16.00 for windows software. The results showed that the benefit factor (Perceived Ease of Use) of 43.5%, factor amenity (Perceived Usefulness) of 36.8%. Abstract. The long-term objective of this research is to enrich the development of science, especially the development of SMEs related to the adoption of information technology with studies using the Technology Acceptance Model. The specific aim of the research is to examine what factors are inhibiting the adoption of e commerce technology in SMEs in Banyumas Regency, as well as examining whether e-commerce adoption has an impact on increasing the demand for product quantities in SMEs. Collecting data in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires through direct interviews with SMEs in Banyumas District who were respondents. The sampling technique in this study using random sampling technique. Whereas for data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS program. The results of the study show that the Technology Acceptance Model theory is able to explain the institutions of SMEs actors to use e-commerce technology. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui antar langsung kepada pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Banyumas yang menjadi responden.  Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sedangkan untuk analisis data mengunakan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 22.0 dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori Technology Acceptance Model  mampu menjelaskan instensi para pelaku UMKM untuk menggunakan teknologi e-commerce.  Hasil penelitian juga berhasil menerima 3 (tiga) hipotesis yaitu Perceived usefulnes  berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, Perceived ease of use berpengaruh terhadap use behavior, use behavior  berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan permintaan kuantitas produk.  Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi manfaat (perceived usefulness), Implementasi e-commerce tidak berpengaruh terhadap persepsi kemudahan pengoperasian sistem  (perceived ease of use) atau dengan kata lain menolak 2 (dua) hipotesis lainnya.Keywords. The purpose of this chapter is to examine the factors that influence small and medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) intentions to use the investment account platform (IAP) based on technology acceptance model (TAM). The central hypothesis for this chapter was that SMEs' intentions to use IAP were a result of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. This chapter also suggested that perceived ease of use and intention was mediated by perceived usefulness of the IAP. Using primary data collection method, 163 questionnaires were collected from SMEs in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia using the purposive sampling technique. The data were analysed using SPSS and SmartPLS. The chapter found that perceived ease of use had significant influences on SMEs intention to use the IAP while perceived ease of use significantly affected perceived usefulness and the relationship between perceived ease of use and intention was mediated by perceived usefulness of the IAP. The results of this chapter suggested strategies to promote the platform as a fund seeking platform for SMEs.

ABSTRACT The meaning of this research wants to explain the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk towards attitude and purchase intention of Go-Massage on Go-Jek application. The population of this study is not limited (infinite) which is the user Go-Jek application in Denpasar. The sample in this study was taken with non-probability sampling technique with 120 respondents. The result shows that perceived ease of use and perceived of usefulness have positive and significant effect towards attitude. Furthermore, the results of the study also showed a positive and significant effect of perceived usefulness and attitude towardspurchase intention. Conversely, risk perceptions have a negative and significant effect on attitude and purchase intention. The theoretical implication of this research is that this research reinforces the attitude theory especially the Technology Acceptance Model proposed by Davis (1989). Practical implications are useful for companies to explore the construct which gives significant effect towards purchase intention.  In the future, the company should focus more on perceived usefulness to encourage customer’s purchase intention towards Go-Massage service offered on Go-Jek application Keywords: TAM, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Risk, Attitude, and Purchase Intention

Mobile banking is a banking facility that uses mobile communication tools such as mobile phones. Mobile banking services provide convenience for customers to perform banking transactions such as check balances, transfer between accounts and bill payments and know the history of transactions made by users. This study aims to analyze the influence of Awareness, Transaction Speed, Security, Perceived Usefulness with Perceived Ease of Use Media to Adoption of m-banking BRI Makassar Raya. The sample used in this research is customer of m-banking BRI customer in Makassar Raya. The number of samples used in the study were 100 respondents who distributed directly and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using smartPLS program (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The result of the research shows that the awareness variable has negative effect not significant to BRI m-banking Adoption, Transaction Speed has a significant positive effect on BRI m-banking Adoption, Security has positive significant effect on BRI m-banking Adoption, Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect to m -banking BRI, Perceived Usefulness has a significant negative effect on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived  Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on m-banking Adoption

The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptance of Hospital Management Information Systems related to accounting transactions using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methode. Constructs in TAM used are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavior Intention to Use, and Actual Technology Usage. The population in this study were users of systems related to accounting transactions, with a total of 150 people. The sampling technique using the convenience non random sampling method. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results showed that Perceived ease of use had an effect on Perceived usefulness and Behavior Intention to Use. The research conducted aims to examine the effect of facility conditions and social influences on the technology acceptance model (TAM) construct consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intentions to use, and actual use to GoPay and OVO consumers. This research was conducted on students who are actively studying at Tarumanagara University, Trisakti University, and Atmajaya University who are also GoPay and OVO users in April 2019. The sampling technique used is based on the Slovin formula. Source of research data is the result of the distribution of questionnaire instruments, where the assessment of the response of each sample is measured using a Likert scale. The results of data collection are then analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of the study prove that the condition of the facility and social influence as an external variable in the TAM model under study has a positive effect on perceived ease and perceived benefits. The results of this study explain that the better the facilities, which include facilities and infrastructure in the use of GoPay and OVO as e-money, as well as the more people who use GoPay and OVO will tend to have an impact on the formation of perceptions of convenience and perceptions of benefits that are increasingly positive so as to encourage individuals to have a positive attitude and greater interest to use GoPay and OVO to help with the activities or activities undertaken.

In today’s business world, the traditional ways of doing business are rapidly being replaced with online transactions. More and more companies realise that they need to digitalize their operation processes to keep abreast with the local and foreign competitors. This practice is no exception to zakat institutions in Malaysia when they must seize this technology evolution to ease the zakat payers in fulfilling the obligation as Muslim via online payment system. This study aims to identify the determinants affecting the intention to use online zakat payment among Muslim in Shah Alam, Selangor. A structured questionnaire is distributed to 300 Muslim respondents Muslim using a convenience sampling technique. The results of the estimated multiple regression show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and security and privacy critical drivers of intention to use online zakat payment while no significant relationship was found between trust and amount of information to use online zakat payment. Thus, the empirical findings of this study provide a point of reference to zakat institutions to leverage the usefulness and ease of use of the online collection zakat system to increase zakat collections. Additionally, the institution must also beef up its security and privacy of users to alleviate the acceptance of online system usage.

Increasing advanced technology makes online shopping continue to grow from time to time. An easy, simple way to shop, and even consumers can get cheaper prices compared to traditional shops, is indeed a choice for consumers. Very high internet speed also supports the rapid e-commerce business in Indonesia. The purposes of this study is 1) the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, 2) the effect of trust on perceived ease of use, 3) the effect of trust on perceived risk, 4) the effect of trust on intention to transact, 5) the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to transact, 6) the effect of perceived ease of use on the intention to transact and 7) the effect of perceived risk on the intention to transact.Population in this study is all consumers who use Tokopedia marketplace. The sample of this study amounted to 120 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Testing the hypothesis used multiple linear regression. The results show that 1) trust has a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, 2) trust has a significant positive effect on perceived ease of use, 3) trust has a significant negative effect on perceived risk, 4) trust has a significant positive effect on intention to transact, 5) perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on intention to transact, 6) perceived ease of use has a significant positive effect on intention to transact, 7) perceived risk is significant negative on intention to transact.Keywords: trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, intention to transact, tokopedia

The government's policy to prevent or reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus is to enforce the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) so that transactions that previously use paper money and cash turn into digital transactions. So far, e-wallets are considered as a transaction facility that makes it easier for users. This study aims to analyze the differentiation attributes that affect millennial considerations and attitudes towards using to intention to use e-wallets during LSSR Covid-19 on millennials in Tangerang City. The research sample was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely millennials who use e-wallets in making payments. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, data processing using the Smart PLS program. This study's results, the intention to use e-wallet of the millennial generation, were influenced by brand image, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness through consideration millennial, and attitudes toward using as intervening variables with R2 adjusted 0.638. This study's results have implications for SMEs business actors to switch payment systems from cash payments to payments using e-wallets.
