This paper first analyzes the current status of sponge city construction at home and abroad, and combines the actual construction of sponge cities at home and abroad to study and explore its problems in engineering construction. Based on the principle of sustainable development, using TRIZ theory and related engineering theories to further explore the high-efficiency collection of rainwater and high-efficiency comprehensive utilization, and combine the concept of smart city with the practice of sponge city construction to create a new type of sponge city rainwater recycling process system. This method and means of exploring and solving problems is the only way to further develop the construction of sponge cities, and it is also the general law of social development to provide exploratory reference for the construction and development of the sponge city.

Abstract: Sponge city is a new type of urban construction, which can play the natural ecological and artificial functions, realize the rainwater runoff, purify and penetrate, and meet the needs of modern urban development,in response to natural disasters and natural environment changes play a significant effect. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of sponge city construction, hoping to provide a reference for relevant researchers.

Based on the background of sponge city, this paper discusses the necessity of studying permeable bricks from the permeable pavement, reviews the research on permeable bricks of industrial waste in China and abroad. Based on the mutual exclusion of materials and permeable bricks, a comparative analysis was carried out. Finally, the optimal permeable brick bricking method and a new type of cementing material—geopolymer were proposed.

Rainwater utilization is a technical means of comprehensive utilization of rainwater. These include environmentally and economically friendly methods of irrigating farmland and storing water for flushing. The construction of “sponge city” is also the key point that the society pays close attention to nowadays. Rainwater utilization and “sponge city” are to solve the problem of urban waterlogging from the concept to the purpose of construction. Based on certain data, this paper analyzes and expounds the current situation of rainwater utilization at home and abroad, the progress of “sponge city” construction and the desirable experience of advanced countries, summarizes its development trend through case analysis, and puts forward the prospect of future rainwater utilization and “sponge city” construction and development.

The current status of technical development of annular shaft kiln for limestone calcination production is described in this paper. Based on the existing technological accumulation, a new type annular shaft kiln with capacity of 600t/d has been developed independently by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. A number of key technologies of the new type large annular shaft kiln are researched and integrated, include thermal process system determination, lining refractory structure optimization, heat-exchanger configuration etc. The major advanced characteristics of new type annular shaft kiln are energy saving, higher efficiency, lower environmental pollution, lower emission, lower engineering investment, and lower operation cost. The excellent performances and application results in production have been achieved at Shougang Qiangang steel plant.

The “Sponge City Construction Technical Guide” mentions the method for decomposing and implementing the annual total runoff control rate: volume method and model simulation method. Through research, it is found that the two are based on the control detailed planning level in decomposing the scale parameters of LID facilities. The indicators to each block are allocated through repeated tests through experience and trial calculations, resulting in a lack of scientific rationality in the process and results of the indicator decomposition, and because the Guide is still in the trial stage, there are few researches on the decomposition of runoff control indicators represented by SWMM. Therefore, with the help of MATLAB’s constraint optimization module and SWMM hydro-hydraulic model, this study proposes a complete set of decomposition ideas and methods for the decomposition and implementation of the annual runoff total control rate in the special planning of sponge city, and the index decomposition process through relevant cases Elaborate.

Relatively few medications are available for the management of obesity and all are indicated as adjuncts to increased physical activity, caloric restriction and lifestyle modification. Among different weight-loss drugs, the most intriguing and controversial class is the one of anorexic amphetamines, due to their high efficiency but also relevant side-effects. Several previously approved anorexic amphetamines like fenfluramine, phenylpropanolamine, phenmetrazine and sibutramine have been withdrawn from the market due to unanticipated adverse effects. Nowadays only four amphetamine derivatives are approved for short-term treatment of obesity: amfepramone, benzphetamine, phendimetrazine and phentermine. The article provides an overview of both the history, and the current status, of the use of amphetamine derivatives in the obesity pharmacotherapy. J Pharm Care 2019; 7(3): 75-82.
