The current status of technical development of annular shaft kiln for limestone calcination production is described in this paper. Based on the existing technological accumulation, a new type annular shaft kiln with capacity of 600t/d has been developed independently by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. A number of key technologies of the new type large annular shaft kiln are researched and integrated, include thermal process system determination, lining refractory structure optimization, heat-exchanger configuration etc. The major advanced characteristics of new type annular shaft kiln are energy saving, higher efficiency, lower environmental pollution, lower emission, lower engineering investment, and lower operation cost. The excellent performances and application results in production have been achieved at Shougang Qiangang steel plant.

This paper first analyzes the current status of sponge city construction at home and abroad, and combines the actual construction of sponge cities at home and abroad to study and explore its problems in engineering construction. Based on the principle of sustainable development, using TRIZ theory and related engineering theories to further explore the high-efficiency collection of rainwater and high-efficiency comprehensive utilization, and combine the concept of smart city with the practice of sponge city construction to create a new type of sponge city rainwater recycling process system. This method and means of exploring and solving problems is the only way to further develop the construction of sponge cities, and it is also the general law of social development to provide exploratory reference for the construction and development of the sponge city.

Food Packaging material requires an excellent barrier ability to humidity and oxygen.SiOx barrier thin film deposited on high polymer substrate can compare beauty with aluminum foil in the barrier quality,even more SiOx barrier thin film is obviously allowing microwave permeating directly and it also provide a chance for merchant to vision their production in shelf life.SiOx film as barrier packaging material is becoming a high light.The current status and research progress of new type high barrier thin film packaging material were overviewed and production technology was introduced. The various influencing factors were discussed, including background vacuum, reactive gases, and pretreatment of the substrate surface and properties.

APF has its outstanding features comparing with PPF, it is a new type harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation device. This paper makes an introduction about two key technologies about APF, and it makes a prediction to the trend of the key technologies. APF is the main harmonic suppression technique at present and in the future. At present, there are large of loads in every industry, such as, electric arc furnace in steel industry, the welder in automotive industry, and these industries are important sectors of the national economy, we can do not stop them running, only installing APF in the appropriate location .Therefore, APF has broad prospects for development in various industries.

Under the background of China’s energy structure optimization, environmental protection, energy conservation, and rising pressure of emission reduction, geothermal, as a potential strategic replacement energy, has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. This paper systematically summarizes the domestic achievements in the exploration and development of geothermal resources, analyzes the endowment, distribution, and accumulation mechanism of geothermal resources in China, and points out the main problems existing in the exploration and development of geothermal resources in China. On this basis, it looks forward to China’s urgent geothermal exploration and development work and key technologies to be urgently developed, providing important guidance for China’s geothermal science and technology innovation and rapid industrialization development.

Biomass is a renewable energy. Its curing and molding technology is one of the key technologies and mould structure is a important factor. A model is set based on ANSYS to simulate the molding, and using curve fitting, the relationship between maximum equivalent stress and mould parameter is founded. Then the optimization model is set and mould parameter is optimized.

Infrared thermal wave detection technology has been found to be a new type of wide attention non-destructive testing (NDT) method due to its non-contact, non-destructive, rapidity, wide imaging field and advantages of direct observation. Key technologies and the latest research progress of the infrared thermal wave technology in parts defects are reviewed in this paper. The key technologies include the heat stimulator, infrared thermal image processing, heat transfer analysis and etc. The existing problems of the technology are also pointed out.

This article used application of image extraction technology, algorithm processing, data fusion and transmission to improve the reliability of surveillance and set up a new structure of network. Traditionally, Naval ship design programs have placed Human Factors Engineering (HFE) in a subordinate role to ship manning, a process primarily concerned with determining the ship's complement. As a result, HFE inputs to ship design documentation are often scattered, uncoordinated and lacking in fundamental standardization. The Naval Sea Systems Command has recently initiated an effort to correct these problems through a program designed to integrate HFE technologies into the ship planning and acquisition process. One of the primary objectives of this project is the development of an HFE Design Guide to assist Navy personnel in applying HFE technologies early in the design phase of the ship acquisition process. The paper describes the current status and philosophy of this program, and evaluates an attempt to apply a preliminary model of the Guide to Naval recovery systems presently in the development stages: the Mark-14 Arresting Gear System and the Beartrap Recovery Assist, Secure and Traverse System.
