Human Resources (HR) is the most vital resource that determines the success of a company, therefore it is necessary to provide rights that can spur improve its performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT. Artha Prima Mandiri in Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on compensation for employee performance by 41.3%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table, or (8,135> 1,986). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.0%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,418> 1,986). Compensation and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.1%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (50,627> 1.661).

This study aims to determine the effect of career placement and development on employee performance at PT. Mandiri Karya in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the placement of a significant effect on employee performance by 41.6%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,133> 1,986). Career development has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.8%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (8.508> 1.986). Career placement and development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.6%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (51.106> 2,700).

Organizational culture has a close relationship with the effectiveness of the organization in achieving its goals. A good organizational culture always impacts on organizational effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mega Sentosa Prima in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study organizational culture significantly influence employee performance by 42.1%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (8.335>> 1.989). Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance by 44.4%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8,764> 1,989). Organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 53.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (53.979> 2.770).

Human resources play an important role in company management. In this case that human resources are the main key that must be able to full attention to all their needs. Human resources are the driving force of the company. The progress of a company is very dependent on the human resources that exist in a company by giving authority and responsibility in managing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitra Steel in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 82 employees. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 35.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Giant Dept Store BSD Tangerang Branch. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study marketing mix significantly influence consumer satisfaction by 37.7%, hypothesis testing obtained t count t table or (7.707 1.984). Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 46.1%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count t table or (9,153 1,984). Marketing mix and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9,780 + 0,293X1 + 0,476X2 and the contribution of effect is 53,8%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count F table or (56,404 2,700).

This research aims to study the training and placement of employees at PT. Bank Danamon Tbk, Kuningan-Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, evaluation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study significantly improved employee performance by 48.3%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Significant job placement on employee performance by 34.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Training and work placement is significant on employee performance by 56.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at Floris Florists in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing.  The results of this study product quality significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 40.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.069> 1.986). The promotion has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 39.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.796> 1.986). Product quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y = 10.681 + 0.382X1 + 0.361X2 and an influential contribution of 50.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (46.890> 2.700).

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. Expamet success. The method used is explanatory research with analysis techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 53.6%, hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (7,815> 2,006). Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.3%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count> t table or (6.358> 2.006). Work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.506 + 0.426X1 + 0.366X2 and the contribution of the effect is 62.4%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (43.076> 2.780).

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Employee performance, in general, is an embodiment of work carried out by employees who are usually used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Good performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, therefore, performance is also a deciding tool in achieving organizational goals so it needs to be strived to improve employee performance. This study aims to study the Placement and Career Development of employee performance at PT. Jakarta Prima Cranes in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 53 respondents. The results of this study indicate the significance of the company's performance of 48.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
