The absence of rapid examination technique to study transportation model using Modified Distribution often learning process become less efficient and effective. To use Modified Distribution (MODI), the first must to found the first solution of transportation model. To find the first solution of this transportation model using Northwest Corner method then find optimum solution with Modified Distribution (MODI) method. Before that Modified Distribution method had built to application on desktop with [9], but it just to calculate optimum solution to find minimum cost of transportation model on matrix 3X3. On application have some suggestion for developer who want to develop it, like to change user interface to be interesting, expand matrix to m X n (for example 5X5) and add some study case in application to guide user to done case of Operation Research to calculate optimum solution to find minimum cost on transportation model using Modified Distribution (MODI) method in the class. In this essay will be develop an application Modified Distribution (MODI) using Northwest Corner method to calculate  first solution and Modified Distribution (MODI) to calculate optimum solution with matrix 5X5 which implemented on android in operating system minimum API 15: Android 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Application Modified Distribution (MODI) have interesting interface, give easy to access information, and get accurate results, this is established from testing with score average 83,77%.

An integer programming model and optimal solution procedure are presented for assigning employees to the (10, 14) days-off schedule. This schedule is used by a large oil company to schedule employees in remote work locations. The primary objective is to minimize the total number of employees. Since employees are flown to their remote work sites, the company also aims to minimize transportation cost. Therefore, secondary objectives include (1) minimizing the number of active days-off work patterns, (2) consistently using the same set of active days-off patterns, (3) assigning work schedules fairly among employees, and (4) avoiding the use of specialized optimization solvers. A rotation schedule is used in which two scheduling rules are enforced: a minimum proportion of weekend days off needs to be given and a maximum limit on the number of successive workdays cannot be exceeded. Utilizing the problem structure, simple optimal procedures are developed to solve this unique complex scheduling problem.

On Islamic education for students of SMK Elektronika, it has been done summary material about application with image brands (brand image) Easily Applicable Graphical Layout Editor (EAGLE) by literacy approach. EAGLE application is one of the principals of fundamental Islamic education in the material form. The literacy of EAGLE application material, including general explanation and important notes to the EAGLE application. A common explanation of the EAGLE application which is one of the many applications for the draft in the manufacture of pieces of printed boards (printed cicuit board, PCB) computer-assisted (computer aided design, CAD), so as layout editor is easy to use to help draft board printed circuit (PCB). EAGLE application consists of three main modules, namely the Layout Editor, Schematic Editor, and Autoroutes embedded in a single user interface. All three can be accessed from EAGLE's User Interface (UI) or user interface on EAGLE application, so there is no need to change netlists between the scheme and layout. Some advantages of the EAGLE application, namely (i) cross-program (cross platform), where EAGLE can operate on the operating system (Operating System), either Windows, Mac, or Linux, (ii) the need for storage is small, there are editions free use (free of charge) or can also have the low cost, and (iii) support of the community. Important notes for implementation literacy to EAGLE application, grouped in five vital records, namely (a) view basis, (b) creation with project new and schematic, (c) reinforcement board layout, (d) loading pathways among parts (routes of parts), and (e) checking rules for design (design rule check, drc).

Due to the data in 2030, the urban growth in developed countries is 83% and developing countries is 53%. Jababeka II Industrial Estate as one of the urban industrialization located at Bekasi Regency. In its development, drainage facilities are one thing that must be considered. Because with its function as a channel that carries runoff water to rivers/lakes/reservoirs to avoid flooding. This study aimed to know the existing condition of the drainage system and the water balances in the form of runoff in Jababeka II Industrial Estate by the simulation of SWMM 5.1.  The method of this research used a quantitative method, and the data collection method used secondary data, including the information from the existing drainage system with precipitation events in 12 years (2009-2020) were obtained from the WTP Jababeka Residential, drainage dimension, and masterplan of Jababeka II. In order to calculate rainfall planned used fifth-year return period based, it’s on the city's classification under study. The probability distribution method uses Log-Pearson III with a planned rainfall of 128.22 mm/d and the highest rainfall intensity of 54 mm. Based on the simulation results, it was found that the Jababeka II Industrial Estate contained puddles in several channels. The peak was at the 3rd hour of the simulation, which were 19 channels. It's influenced by the type of soil that is quickly saturated. The simulation of the existing condition at Jababeka II has the highest runoff at the 2nd hour of simulation, and floods occurred in 19 channels. It’s affected by the impermeable sub-areas. The water balance result is the amount of precipitation 128.22 mm with the intensity is 54mm due to 5 years forecasting, thus producing the outflow is 128.511 mm. Therefore the number of continuity errors of the surface is -0.227%.
