Outsourcing allows organizations to reduce costs, optimize the use of resources, provide added value in services and goods, and concentrate on achieving the strategic objectives of the business. However, many software projects have failed due to the lack of knowledge of the factors involved in its planning. Some of these elements are poor communication with the supplier, weak monitoring of the status of tasks, lack of active participation of users and stakeholders at all stages of the process, and software quality assurance. Consequently, this research aims to aid the management of the outsourcing process and proposes a methodology for its management during system development. The methodology comprises 7 phases, each one with its inputs, tasks, and outputs, which are used by the following stages. In summary, it synthesizes the best practices for the management of third parties.

Selanjutnya perbaikan pada pengembangan sistem pangan energi terpadu dapat ditempuh melalui: (1) sosialisasi dari inovasi teknologi, (2) membentuk kawasan-kawasan pertanian terpadu di daerah sentra pengembangan dan (3) memperkuat kelembagaan petani untuk mengembangkan agroindustri.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong><strong> </strong>ABSTRACT</p><p align="center">Biomass from estate crops can be used for food, feed, and bioenergy. The results of research and technological developments have encouraged the utilization of biomass of these plant parts. Plantation crops have great potential to produce biomass that can be utilized in the development of renewable energy. Mapping of biomass potential has been carried out in plantation crops, such as: sugar cane, cocoa, oil palm, candlenut, jatropha, coffee, deep coconut, rubber, and tea. The development of food and biomass production systems for energy generation through a commodity-based multi-cropping system has been developed. In East Aceh District an agro-industrial system development has also been carried out utilizing all byproducts, encouraging recycling and utilizing residues. The utilization of bioenergy is still faced with various distribution constraints, continuity of material supply and economic aspects. In response to this, strategic steps can be taken through carbon balance analysis, land allocation, land use, sustainable use of resources, technology support, focus on high added value and improved governance. Furthermore, improvements to the development of integrated energy food systems can be pursued through (1) socialization of technological innovations, (2) establishing integrated agricultural areas in plant centers and (3) strengthening farmer institutions to develop agro-industries.</p><p> </p>

Capability Maturity Model Integration is the best proposed theory for software quality assurance. Implementing the agile methods linking to Capability Maturity Model Integration and presenting the software. Basically Scrum is one of the best implemented methods. We will link the scrum to CMMI level managed to the scrum methods and define software quality. This Application totally involves with Consumer or customer behaviour while shopping an Item.Seller Companies analyzes this behaviour in order to rate their product or increase the sales of the product. Every Product selling company need to know about market analysis of their product. This project is proposed to provide market analysis of the each product to the seller companies with interaction of the customer purchases. Now days because of increase in media and internet, shopping items through online is increased. Seller companies need to rank their products and they need to administrate products in their companies , that is few products they want to retain, few they have delete/stopbut in order to stop or promote a product they need to know about product status in the market. With survey sites sometimes it may fake results. To overcome such kind of drawbacks, this project is proposed, this project directly estimates the behaviour of customer, in search, and buy a product. The result given this project is useful for company to estimate the status of the project in the market.

The Exchange of information on the results of the functioning of the systems to ensure the efficiency of the equipment within the company, Association or enterprise is an important component of production activities. Properly organized exchange of information about the causes of failures and malfunctions of equipment, as well as best practices and effective solutions to ensure the efficiency of equipment allows without significant investments to improve the efficiency and safety of production. The purpose of this article is to describe the work carried out in LLC «SUEKKhakassia» to improve the efficiency of development and development of solutions aimed at improving the performance of mining and transport equipment.

A probabilistic fracture mechanics code, PRAISE-CANDU 1.0, has been developed under a software quality assurance program in full compliance with CSA N286.7-99, and was initially released in 2012 June. Extensive verification and validation has been performed on PRAISE-CANDU 1.0 for the purpose of software quality assurance. This paper presents the benchmarking performed between PRAISE-CANDU 1.0 and xLPR (eXtremely Low Probability of Rupture) version 1.0 using the cases from the xLPR pilot study. The xLPR code was developed in a configuration management and quality assured manner. Both codes adopted a state-of-art code architecture for the treatment of the uncertainties. Inputs to the PRAISE-CANDU were established as close as possible to those used in corresponding xLPR cases. Excellent agreement has been observed among the results obtained from the two PFM codes in spite of some differences between the codes. This benchmarking is considered to be an important element of the validation of PRAISE-CANDU.
