The article discusses the theoretical and methodological issues of the use of key performance indicators KPI as a tool for managing the implementation of the innovation policy of municipalities; the features of their application are disclosed, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the municipal economy; substantiated the advantages of their use in the practice of developing and implementing the innovation policy of municipalities.

The article defines and reveals the problematic issues of the theory of developing methodological tools for managing the implementation of the organization's innovation policy. The expediency and necessity of using key performance indicators (KPIs) as a relevant tool for evaluating the effectiveness of managing the implementation of innovation policy of organizations is substantiated. Methodological approaches to the formation of a system of key performance indicators that provide a systematic approach to a comprehensive and integrated assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of innovation policy implementation based on the proposed methodology for building a «KPI goals tree»; methodological approaches to their application as targets, as well as intermediate criteria and indicators of the effectiveness of innovation policy implementation are proposed.

(ENG):The article reveals the theoretical, methodological, methodological issues of the analysis of innovative activity of enterprises, companies, institutions in the conditions of information-digital transformation of technological development. The features of the goals of identifying and evaluating potential internal reserves to increase the efficiency of innovative processes are disclosed; clarified the main stages of the analysis of innovation; The initial methodological principles of the analysis of innovative activities of enterprises in the context of digital transformation are disclosed and justified, and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative activities using key performance indicators KPI are proposed.

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

Three levels of planning can be distinguished in grassland farming: strategic, tactical and operational. The purpose of strategic planning is to achieve a sustainable long-term fit of the farm business with its physical, social and financial environment. In pastoral farming, this essentially means developing plans that maximise and best match pasture growth with animal demand, while generating sufficient income to maintain or enhance farm resources and improvements, and attain personal and financial goals. Strategic plans relate to the whole farm business and are focused on the means to achieve future needs. They should be routinely (at least annually) reviewed and monitored for effectiveness through key performance indicators (e.g., Economic Farm Surplus) that enable progress toward goals to be measured in a timely and cost-effective manner. Failure to link strategy with control is likely to result in unfulfilled plans. Keywords: management, performance

In modern realities, the number of fuel and energy companies managed on corporate principles is increasing every year. Accordingly, we are talking about the transition of state command management of the fuel and energy sector to private, competition-based and corporate governance. The study proposed a system of "balanced key performance indicators procurement", aimed at optimization of performance to meet the principles of the classic system of Kaplan-Norton and focused on the strategic orientation reflects the characteristics of the processes of production and consumption of services of energy companies. It is concluded that in a balanced system, it is necessary to distinguish between indicators that measure the results achieved and indicators that reflect the processes that contribute to the achievement of these results.
