ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable on Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples in this study are 28 Manufacturing Companies on the Stock Exchange that provide regular dividends during the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study found that profitability, leverage and dividend policy had a positive and significant effect on firm value, but liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. The moderating effect proves that the dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on the value of the company, where the dividend policy belongs to the type of variable Quacy Moderator.Keywords : Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Dividend Policy and Company Value

This research belong to determine the factors that influence dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses dividend policy as the dependent variable. Meanwhile the independent variables in this study are profitability, and leverage. This is a quantitative study using secondary data types and panel data regression analysis as a method of analysis. The population in this study was 669 companies that were listed on the IDX. Samples were selected by means of purposive sampling methods which included 39 manufacturing companies in the 2016- 2018 period. Panel data regression test results with a significance level of 0.05 had explained that profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy, and leverage has no significant effect effect on dividend policy.

 ABSTRACT This study aimed to examin the effect of investment, leverage and dividend policy on firm value with profitability as a moderator in Non-Financial Services Companies in Indonesia during the 2014-2018 period. The number of samples in this study were 20 Non-Financial Services Companies that Paid dividend regularly during 2014-2018. The type of data was secondary data in the form of panel data obtained from the company's Annual Report. Data analysis method was Panel Data Regression. The results of this study found that leverage and profitability had a positive effect on firm value, where investment and dividend policy did not effect significantly on firm value, and profitability was able to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value, but was unable to moderate the effect of investment and dividend policy on firm value Keywords: investment, leverage, dividend policy, profitability and firm value

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study aims to determine the effect of funding on firm value where profitability acts as a mediator or intervening variable in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia stock exchange. Funding variables are measured using Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The profitability variable is measured using Return of Assets (ROA). The value of the company itself is measured by looking at the Price to Book Value (PBV) or the market value of the company's shares against the book value ( Book Value ). The population in this study is the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data source used in this study is secondary data collected using documentation techniques. This study uses descriptive quantitative statistics and uses panel data regression which is processed using Eviews 11 software. The results obtained in this study indicate that first, DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Second, DAR has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Third, DER has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Fourth, DAR has a negative and not significant effect on PBV. Fifth, ROA has a positive and significant effect on PBV. Sixth, DER has a positive and significant effect on PBV through ROA. Seventh, DAR has a negative and significant effect on PBV through ROA.

Abstract. This study aims to find out how audit wells, audit rotation and reputation of KAP to audit quality at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The research method used in this research is a verifikatif method. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2011 until 2014, while for sampling using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation technique. In analyzing the data, this research uses statistical test of panel data regression with common effect model. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9 software resulted that the reputation of KAP has a positive effect on audit quality, while audit and audit rotation have a negative effect on audit quality.Keywords: audit, audit rotation; KAP reputation; and audit quality.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tenur audit, rotasi audit dan reputasi KAP terhadap kualitas audit pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2014, sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian statistik regresi data panel dengan model common effect model. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 9 menghasilkan bahwa reputasi KAP berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit, sedangkan tenur dan rotasi audit berpengaruh negative terhadap kualitas audit.Kata Kunci: tenur audit; rotasi audit; reputasi KAP; dan kualitas audit.

In general, the company has a goal to get maximum profits, prosper the shareholders or the owner of the company and make the maximum company value that can be seen in the stock price. This study aims to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility costs measured through employee welfare costs, partnership costs, community development costs and dividend policies measured by the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) ratio to a firm value measured through Tobin's Q ratio. The number of samples in the study These are 13 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016 with data based on annual reports. The method in this study is descriptive statistics and panel data regression using software eviews version 9. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis with a significance of 5%. Based on the results of the study, simultaneously the Corporate Social Responsibility costs and dividend policy have an effect on the company value of 14.31%. While the remaining 85.69% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Partially, the cost of Corporate Social Responsibility does not influence the negative direction of firm value. While dividend policy has an effect on the positive direction of company value.

Abstrack This study is a quantitative study that aims to the effect of tax avoidance on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period, totaling 117 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, in order to obtain 25 sample companies. The method used in analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent in this study is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10 software. The results show that tax avoidance has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. This shows that the higher the tax avoidance done by the company, the lower the firm value. The limitation in this study is that it does not include elements of other variables outside of tax avoidance which may affect firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age, leverage, and independent commissioners on intellectual capital in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research time period used is 3 years, namely the 2016-2018 period. The population of this study includes all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, 17 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that Leverage and Independent Commissioner had no influence on Intellectual Capital. However, the variable company age has an influence on intellectual capital.
