Perum Perhutani is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) that focus on forest management. One of the Perum Perhutani’s main businesses is Agroforestry. To achieve the business goals of Agroforestry, Perum Perhutani requires an information system that is capable of supporting its management activities. In developing IT, Perum Perhutani has a reference, that is the SOE Regulation Number: PER-03 / MBU / 02/2018 regarding the Information Technology Management Preparation Guide that every BUMN must align business strategy with the IT strategy. So, Perum Perhutani requires the design of Enterprise Architecture. The framework that will be used in designing Enterprise Architecture is the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output of this design is a blueprint and IT Roadmap for 5 years that can be used as an implementation guide.

LAZISMU as an amil zakat institution has an important role in collecting and managing zakat for public welfare. The existence of Law No. 23 of 2011 and the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 333 of 2015 on Guidelines for Granting Permits for the Establishment of Zakat Institutions requires that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaq (ZIS) funds be transparent, accountable and prioritize professional principles. For this reason, there needs to be support from information systems and information technology to achieve these business goals. Information systems and technology will be utilized optimally if the development is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a bridge to harmonize the business needs of an organization with Information Systems and Information Technology. Enterprise architecture planning at the LAZ has been designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). Data collection is done by interviewing and making direct observations of the organization. Analysis tools used are the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method and the Value Chain method. The results of this study are blue print business architecture, data architecture, application architecture so that it can support the business processes that exist in LAZISMU.

Teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam mendukung perusahaan atau instansi untuk keberlangsungan proses-proses yang ada sehingga dapat mencapai tujuannya. Begitu pula dengan instansi pemerintahan yang perlu menyelaraskan antara strategi bisnis instansi dengan strategi TI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi. Instansi pemerintahan yang menjadi objek pada penelitian ini adalah Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Jawa Barat (Distan Provinsi Jawa Barat). Distan Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang mempunyai tugas pokok untuk melaksanakan urusan pemerintah daerah bidang pertanian tanaman. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, instansi belum dapat mengoptimalkan keberadaan dan penggunaan TI untuk mendukung keberlangsungan proses bisnisnya. Hal tersebut berdampak pada pelayanan proses produksi tanaman pangan dan hortikultura yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Gejala permasalahan yang terjadi dikarenakan tidak terdapatnya suatu standar atau pedoman dalam menjalankan proses bisnis instansi dengan dukungan TI yang tepat. Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkannya suatu pedoman dalam menyelenggarakan urusan bisnis sehingga dapat selaras dengan strategi TI. Metode yang digunakan yaitu perancangan suatu Enterprise Architecture (EA) dengan bantuan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa fase perancangan arsitektur. Salah satu komponen TOGAF yaitu TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method), menjadi metodologi dan sebagai lingkup dari perancangan EA pada instansi. Fase-fase perancangan EA yang terdapat pada TOGAF ADM antara lain yaitu fase preliminary, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, dan migration planning. Perancangan arsitektur yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM nantinya akan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan bisnis instansi. Keluaran atau hasil dari perancangan EA pada instansi Distan Provinsi Jawa Barat yaitu berupa artifak-artifak pada komponen TOGAF ADM mulai dari fase preliminary hingga migration planning, serta architecture roadmap sebagai rekomendasi penerapan dan pengembangan TI. Dengan adanya blueprint dari arsitektur tersebut, maka instansi dapat memiliki pedoman pelaksanaan proses bisnis dan penarikan keputusan dalam penerapan sistem informasi maupun teknologi yang akan digunakan dalam kurun waktu tertentu sesuai dengan kebutuhan instansi.

Abstract. West Java Provincial Health Office still faces difficulties in managing information, especially in medical records. Recording and reporting of malnutrition are still done in some stages starting from collecting data from village midwives, puskesmas, Regency/City Health Office then Provincial Health Office and forwarded to the the central office. It is necessary to manage information through service system by utilizing Cloud Computing based on information technology. This research uses The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) approach in Architecture Development Method (ADM), from Architecture Capability Iteration to  Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) are two integrated activities in the context of controlling a program. The results of this research are planning a medical record information system architecture and monitoring malnutrition based on Cloud Computing with the name of M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) in the form of integrated recommendation and development between current information system and proposed information system architecture.Keywords: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing Abstrak. Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Jawa Barat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan informasi yang baik, terutama pada proses rekam medis, pencatatan dan pelaporan gizi buruk masih dilakukan secara bertingkat mulai pengumpulan data dari bidan desa, puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota kemudian Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi dan diteruskan ke pusat. Sehingga perlu diupayakan pengelolaan informasi melalui sistem pelayanan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis Cloud Computing. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan framework The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM), yaitu iterasi ke satu pada Architecture Capability Iteration daniterasi ke dua pada Architecture Development Iteration. Monitoring dan Evaluasi (M&E) merupakan dua kegiatan terpadu dalam rangka pengendalian suatu program. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan arsitektur sistem informasi rekam medis dan monitoring gizi buruk berbasis Cloud Computing dengan nama M2Rec (Medical Record and Monitoring) yang berupa rekomendasi integrasi dan pengembangan antara sistem informasi berjalan saat ini dengan arsitektur sistem informasi yang diusulkan.Kata kunci: togaf adm, medical record and monitoring, cloud computing.

SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga is one of the schools in Kolaka Regency that implement the flagship program, but the current condition of SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga does not have an integrated information system architecture according to the needs and objectives of the school, this problem arises because the school has not focused on the process development of information systems. Therefore it is necessary design of information system architecture SMA Negeri 1 Watubangga. Architectural modeling in this research using TOGAF Framework (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with ADM (Architecture Development Methode) method. Stages used are the preparation of architectural vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions and migration plans.The result of this enterprise architecture modeling is the blue print model and framework in integrated school information system modeling to support the needs of SMAN 1 Watubangga.

M Group is a company engaged in the field of pharmacy, eye health and food. Along with the rapid growth of the company there are problems of how to make use the Information Technology department as optimal as possible and how to build a  blue print of it strategy in handling a variety of issues and programs or initiatives to support the company's business strategy? This study aims to produce a strategic plan for information technology M Group. The research method used is John Ward and Joe Peppard’s framework for strategic planning of information technology and Scott A. Bernard’s Enterprise Architecture documentation. This study uses SWOT analysis, IT Balance Scorecard and Cost Benefit Analysis as a strategic tool to analyze the needs of Information System on M Group. After conducting the analysis then the  Information System(IS) strategic planning is propose for M Group for next years (2020), which includes business strategies IS, IS / IT Management Strategy, Information System(IS) strategy and future application portfolio. The result of analysis and proposed strategies on M Group documented using the Enterprise Architecture Documentation.

CV. Garam Cemerlang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai jenis garam. Meskipun perusahaan ini sangat baik di bidang pembuatan garam, perusahaan ini hanya didukung oleh sistem keuangan yaitu menggunakan aplikasi krieshand untuk mengelola laporan keuangan. Aktivitas proses bisnis yang ada di perusahaan dilakukan secara manual dan hanya menggunakan Microsoft Office sebagai aplikasi untuk pencatatan data. Sehingga aktivitas terkait dengan pengadaan bahan baku, produksi, dan penjualan garam belum efisien dan mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami keterlambatan dalam mengelola data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan enterprise architecture sistem informasi pengadaan bahan baku, produksi dan penjualan menggunakan TOGAF dengan metode ADM (Architecture Development Method) yang terdiri dari fase Preliminary, fase Requirement Management, fase Architecture Vision, fase Business Architecture, fase Information System Architecture, fase Technology Architecture, fase Opportunities and Solution, fase Migration Planning, dan fase Implementation Governance. Competitions faced by companies are some obstacles in achieving the business objectives to maintain the company's growth and survival. The use of information technology trend requires companies to use it in order to compete with competitors. Strategic planning of information system (IS) and information technology (IT) which refer to business strategy should be customized to the company's business processes. The process of finding a future application portfolio is preceded by the discovery of business strategy, IS/IT strategy managemen and IT strategy. The method used is the strategic planning of information system and information technology of Ward and Peppard. The discovery of business strategy through internal and external analysis of the company is done using tools: PEST, SWOT, Porter's five competitive model, Value chain, and CSF. The analysis of the current information systems helps determine the proposed IS and IT plan. The result achieved is strategic system plan and information technology that are appropriate to the company in achieving its business goals.

ABSTRACT PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of tires. Good business strategy isnecessary for the company to compete with local competitors as well as with other companies in thegroup XYZ. Business strategy is also needed in order to achieve its goal in providing the best servicesfor customers. Support the implementation of information systems and information technology isneeded to support the company's business strategy. Planning of the Enterprise Architecture isnecessary for the company to run its business processes. Enterprise architecture is composed of theBusiness Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture.Business processes and organizational activities executed using the data collected, managed,secured and distributed using applications, both custom applications and common applications thatrun over the technology infrastructure and computer networks. The research report in this thesisdiscusses about planning the Enterprise Architecture of Manufacturing Information SystemArchitecture Based Cloud Computing using TOGAF, a case study in PT.XYZ. In planning thisarchitecture using the TOGAF-ADM to pass the following stages: Defining planning the ArchitectureVision, Planning the Business Architecture, Planning the Information System Architecture, Planningthe Technology Architecture, Solutions and Opportunities, Migration Planning, ImplementationManagement, and Change Management Architecture. The research process is done by looking at thebusiness strategy on the manufacturing process and products distribution from PT. XYZ. The resultsof this study are planning the enterprise architecture of manufacturing information system at PT.XYZ to support the implementation of enterprise information systems as a whole, to solve theintegration problems of information systems, and improve effectiveness and efficiency in theimplementation of information technology infrastructure.
